Let's start from the beginning. -- I got the pleasure of first meeting Jeff who came out to do an estimate. Jeff had this genuine confidence about his experience, his team and his company (which was really nice since my 1940s home had a lot of plumbing issues. Essentially we needed everything replaced!). On top of that, he and his team gave me an estimate that was beyond competitive. Rooter Guys truly want to help their customers and not take all the money since they understand house projects and repairs are a huge headache physically and financially. Next he brings out the team Lead Jacob (this guys KNOWS his stuff and years of experience), amazing Cody, and awesome Austin to get another eye over on what their going to do like double checking their work. All three of the workers were also very kind and helpful if I had any questions or concerns. They even would go out of their way to show me pieces that they needed to repair, educate me on what to look out for or what pipes are which, levers, etc. Rooter Guys even found a blocked ground pipe that was so important to replace so that our basement/foundation would not die from water damage. I had so much anxiety because I was thinking "Oh great. Another expensive bill!!" But no, THEY TOOK CARE OF ME! They were efficient and clean in their work. They communicated and educated every step of the way. They were so professional and nice at the same time. They are licensed and have a warranty. I will 100% recommend to others and use them again in the future. I like them so much that they are invited to my house warming party. :) Again, Rooter Guys are the best. The end.

We had a big ask when it came to redoing our upstairs plumbing that comes through the kitchen ceiling plus moving the gas line for the range and they blew me away with with their delivery; absolutely exceeded our expectations! Both Eric and Gabe came the first day and then Gabe came back for two more days, and they are incredible at what they do! I've already recommended Pristine to neighbors and friends and we definitely plan to have them back for another job as well!

After having my sewer lines cleaned out by the terrific Joe McCloud from Diamondback Drains (recommended as step #1 by Mainline), I had the Mainline service rep come out to scope out my line. He did a great job and explained every step of what he was doing. He scoped my sewer line out to the street and found that there were no breaks or cracks or irregularities anywhere in my line. A different and well-known plumbing company had tried to tell me a year ago that all of my pipes were cracked and needed to be replaced---to the tune of almost $15,000. Thank goodness I resisted that other company's dishonest, hard-sell pitch. Mainline is efficient, reasonably priced, friendly and HONEST. Drip water plumbing and Phil have been working on our project and I can tell you that this company…read moreis one of the best we have done business with and the last few years with very affordable prices and great turn around timing. Phill the owner is not the most social guy you my meat however the guy gets the job done with less communication which we have no complains about if you like someone solid that can get your plumbing work done with no baby sitting Phil is your man. Phill will be our guy for all our plumbing need from now on . Thank you phill and his crew .

Pros: 1.Phil is a personable guy with reasonable rates…read more 2. Has a wide range of skill sets. Cons: 1. Does not show up when promised- Phil no called no showed on us multiple times. 2. Comes to jobs unprepared- Phil came to finish our sink drain but did not have the copper pipe necessary, nor did he have the nova vent or HVAC materials he needed to do the other work required. Due to being unprepared jobs took longer than necessary to complete. 3. Leaves jobs unfinished - Phil pulled down the heat runs to two of our bedrooms on a Saturday even though he didn't have the material to replace them. He said he would be back on Tuesday to replace them, but he wasn't sure. Left our venting for our washing machine undone. Completed some framing work, but did not tack one of the baseboards of the floating wall into the concrete so the wall is unstable which needs to be fixed. Did not leave space around the door he installed for shims in order to adjust the door for accuracy. When questioned he said the door was fine when he left. 4. Unethical business practices- We gave Phil $200 for HVAC material that we never received after 1 month. When asked about the material he said it was already paid for and we could not get our money back because the wholesale place would charge him a restocking fee. I told him to charge me the fee and give me the difference back and he would not agree to do so. I also requested that if he was unwilling to refund us the money that he drop the materials off at our house. As of 3/28/14 he has not done so, nor has he followed up to resolve the situation. 5. Defensive and argumentative when questioned by a customer- When I called Phil to talk to him about the HVAC materials that we paid for and did not receive, he was angry and asked by we went out to buy the materials ourselves (We did so because two of our bedrooms were without heat and no timeline for finishing). He refused to give us our money back. He was supposed to call on Wednesday night (3/26/14) so that he could show up with the material and fix some of his work what was done poorly and we have yet to hear from him on (3/28/14). When questioned about the installation of the Nova vent to our washer he said it was completely up to code according to the new plumbing code. I asked him if he would tie it back into the venting for the other plumbing in the basement and he said it would cost me. He was unwilling to adjust his plan to meet the customer requests. Do not be fooled by this contractor. While he is a nice guy, he does not stand behind his work and when questioned becomes argumentative and defensive with customers.
