I called to make an appointment they sent someone out right away. I was told two different prices and was told I can change my mind to get same day service if I wanted the more expensive option. The guy would just stay and do the work. Anyway I did the $50 service and then at the end of my service when I paid the guy I paid with check and then I asked him if I can void the check and we do the more expensive he said yeah, so I cancel my check and void it. I start to rewrite the new one for the new price $200 more then the man tells me the office called him and said I can't do that I need to pay both fees however that's not what I was told and then they needed to reschedule me as a new and different appointment time. This is not the technicians fault he genuinely felt bad I could tell it was awkward to communicate it's the company trying to get the most $$$$ I had a difference technician from a different company come the next day and actually told me my issue was different than what the guy was going to do so I saved some $$$ read more

I received a coupon from the company, Rooter John, that offered a free camera inspection for plumbing drains. The technician came to my house. He informed me that he would not accept the coupon. I called the company and explained what happened when the technician visited my house. The customer service employee said the manager will talk to the technician and call me. Would have been 5 stars. Had a problem with a front toilet that wouldn't take solids without plunging much of the time. Arranged for a tech to come out, and he checked it out, including running a camera down the pipes (difficult due to an offset cleanout - eventually had to go through a vent on the roof to gain access). Worked like dogs for 2 days cleaning what eventually was calcium deposits in the sewer pipes, using a mini miller. Included pulling the offending toilet for better access before reseating it. Advised that the toilet had some calcium buildup, too. Flushed the toilet and it still had a problem with solids. They ran a camera down the sewer and it was now clean. As I was gladly paying $1800 for the sewer pipe cleanout, they advised that I had to replace the toilet. I asked how much, and was quoted $650, so I declined. Went to the hardware store and bought a very nice Kohler for about 1/3 the price (granted, not gold plated, but perfectly usable). The hardware store wold replace it for $60, but I'd done this before and replaced it myself in about an hour. It works perfectly. I broke open the old toilet and found a ring of calcification about 1/2 inch thick from the bottom exit to about 3" up the pipe, so the diagnosis was spot on. Excellent work. The only problem was the astronomically inflated price quoted to replace the toilet that had me end up replacing it myself. read more

Well as you all know when a plumbing issue comes up it's never at a good time. My family was having a nice Sunday dinner and right in the middle of the cleanup the garbage disposal sink decides it's going to back up. I was able to finish up what I was doing and ran the water and sure enough the sink is backed up. I contacted the plumber who came out to my residence earlier in the year, Sergio and advised him of my problem and asked if he could come out the next day on Monday to go ahead and take a look. Sergio related he would have his company schedule me on Monday and I did receive a confirmation that they would be here Monday morning between 9 and 10 AM. Sergio arrived at my residence about 10 AM I advised him of the issue with the sink he took a look and knew immediately what the problem was and went to work. He snaked out the drain for the kitchen sink and within 45 minutes he was done. The water was flowing freely on both sides of the sink and I was able to start our dishwasher and complete the clean up from Sunday evening. The cost of the drain cleaning was very acceptable and I paid that with no issues! I want to thank Rooter John for putting me on the schedule first thing Monday morning and I also want to thank Sergio the plumber technician who came out to my residence now for a second time and both visits he explained to me what was going on what he was going to do and I'm very satisfied with the work! Sergio came out and did a rooter job on my main line under my kitchen sink stated if stated if problems were worse before getting recommendation to go under the house since I have a raised level to see if it would be cheaper just to replace the small section of pipe that might be having the blockage. Ran the dishwasher right away to see if problems were still there and no water detected read more

We had a backup at our house and Sergio came out and was able to unclogg the drain where 2 previous plumbers I called out previously were not able too! Sergio was awesome and made it look easy, he not only unclogged but also found the reason it was clogging which was a break in the pipe. He put the camera down drain and showed me what was going on and where the break was. I was so pleased with him I gave him the go ahead. The price he gave me was very reasonable. The other companies I called out to get a 2nd opinon gave me a ridiculous price, that just about gave me a heart attack. I called Sergio and John and gave them the go-a-head. They were clean and efficiant. Showed me the break also when he dug it up. We are all fixed for now. However we do have a few other issues with out pipes but you betcha, I am calling them back for the repair! I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs.
