My husband and I visited Rooster's a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Nice and clean, and the food was soo good. Service was great too. I especially loved the jokes they have all over the walls. We can't wait to go back. read more

Went today for the first time. We were seated promptly, which was nice. Had a really nice waitress. I got five chicken wings flats only and potato wedges, my husband got a barbecue burger and curly fries and my daughter got a side salad and 10 boneless wings. What I noticed first was how they charge you for every little thing like blue cheese celery which should come with chicken wings anyways. I could not believe how greasy and disgusting tasting the chicken wings were. I ordered all flats. I ordered five mind you. I got two drumsticks in there. Super super greasy turned my stomach I kept squeezing him with the napkin to get most of the grease out. My daughter loved her boneless wings and my husband said the hamburger was huge and he thought it was delicious.. We also had ordered mozzarella sticks that were delicious, deep-fried mushrooms, which were really good and my husband got onion feathers, but in my opinion, the dip had broken and it didn't look good at all, and I didn't think it tasted good either. I gave it two stars because the waitress was so good and the food came out really fast and hot. . read more

Stopped in for lunch yesterday while passing through the area. I have been to this location several times. I came in after the lunch rush, so it was not crowded. I sat at the bar and was probably the only non-local. The bartender was friendly and waited on me quickly. I ordered a Full Order of Hand Breaded Fried Fingers tossed in Medium Sauce with a side of Ranch and Curly Fries. Food was delicious and I had enough to bring home. These places are great for watching sports. Plenty of TV's. This location has a nice covered patio. read more

Usually no waiting as the inside has lots of room. Parking is usually crowded but empty spots on the back side. My wife loves the pizza, I enjoy the buffalo chicken. This time I did get a pizza. Our server was Meadow and she did a great job taking care of us. We both got pizza and I did get Buffalo chicken as a to go for dinner later. read more

Came here for the first time for a girls day and got seated very quickly. The place itself it nice and has enough televisions to watch whatever you're in the mood for. Lots of family's were there on Saturday at noon and it was very mellow vibes. Our server was nice and friendly, also on top of our drinks and always coming back to see how we were doing. I ended up getting the fried shrimp tossed in hot buffalo sauce and it was good. I would for sure come here again. read more

We went here for my cousin's birthday and the food was elite, we started off with pretzels and cheese sauce, and it might've been one of the best pretzels I've ever had in my life. The service was quick and very good ambiance. 5/5 read more

Our food was delicious and the portions were just right. Our waitress Hailey was excellent! My wife is diabetic and had several questions which Hailey went and got the answers for her so she could safely order a fantastic meal for her. Which BTW was a pizza on cauliflower crust. This was the cauliflower crust we had ever had. The seating was a little hard on our setter but other than that it was a nice atmosphere and quitter than most places. read more

Absolutely love coming to Roosters. Didn't know they had one in Bowling Green. I purposely booked my hotel next door to it too for this establishment. Staff here was friendly. Quieter ambience than most Roosters establishments I've been too. Great food menu and at a great price. Most locations close at 1115 but this one stays open till midnight! I don't come to Bowling Green but I would absolutely love to come back here. read more

Service is excellent, food is delicious. Wings are huge! Hubby had an Italian sandwich and tots and said it was great

Rooster's has a funky, eclectic look to it as soon as you walk in the door. I loved the vibe! It made me very hopeful that the food would also be good, because I could already tell that I'd come back when driving through Kentucky. We were seated and a server came right over for our drink order and ask if we'd like some apps. We had fried mushrooms. So far, so good. They tasted like typical fried mushrooms. It's hard to screw that up. I ordered Rooster Littles, 2 fried chicken sliders. The chicken on them was so large that I could only eat one. Hubby ordered a cup of chili and half salad. He enjoyed both. We were entertained the whole time we were there by the small signs everywhere. "I haven't spoken to my wife in twenty years--I didn't want to interrupt her!" We had more than a few laughs. I think you should give this place a try. read more

Food is good but most of the food is cooked with no seasoning especially the wings, it taste like they just but the chicken in the grease and served it with hot sauce on it NO SEASONING AT ALL. Also they charge $.99 cents for Ranch even if you ordered a 10 piece read more

We sat out on the patio with our dog. The food was good. Our server brought a water bowl for her. The only critique I had that I did not like is on the patio. It was super slow. I work one mile from roosters with an hour lunch. From the time I sat down even with us ordering immediately upon seeing our server I was late for work. From the time I said to the time I got a check even encouraging him to rush things it was 58 minutes. A pizza and some boneless wings. read more

I have not had their pizza. Chicken salad big and really good. Wings well done or big and crispy. Garlic bread yummy. Chicken tenders are big and juicy. Chicken wrap yum. Potato wedges yummy. Clean restaurant, quick service, good prices. read more

I'm very disappointed. I've never had to explain at a hot wing restaurant that we wanted 4 different kinds of wings not 4 different sauces on all of the wings. We had 2 orders of 20 wings and both were messed up. I can not recommend this restaurant to friends coming in from out of town anymore. I was very disappointed. read more

Rooster's - 4 sauces mixed together on same wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bowling Green, Kentucky

Roosters is by far my favorite wing place I believe their wings are very large compared to some other places like a BW3 or Beef O'Brady's. The Waitresses are always really nice people are good they got great cold draft beer I got hot wings always go with the donkey wings with ranch and fries with no telling how much money I've spent in this place to be honest. But I've never had a bad meal here, steak and potato chicken wing type of dude and this is right up my alley I put this above Hooters I put this above any other wing place this is by far my favorite sports bars American bar whatever you want to call it. They always have excellent TVs and everything just is awesome love this place 5 out of 5 read more

The good: The food is *good. There are plenty of sauce choices for the chicken - there's something for everyone's palate. The staff is awesome! We had really good service from a friendly waiter, and the prices are very fair. Now for the bad: Someone thought it would be a good idea to replace the regular lighting with SILLY pink lights. So, anything written in red (menu, signs on the wall, etc.) Is basically gone. It's SO obnoxious that we decided we wasn't going back until they were finished with those stupid pink light bulbs. That's a shame. We liked everything else about the establishment. This would've been a 5 stare review. But since we hurried out, and left with a headache, full credit to those stupid pink lights, it knocked my rating back on the scale to 3 stars. Fire 1) whoever thought that pink lights were a good idea, and 2) whoever allowed it! read more

We were in town for work for just a few days. This restaurant was right next to our hotel and made our evening dining easy. They have great staff and a pretty big menu. There's lots of seating and also plenty of seats at the bar. The bar has lots of drink options as well. I tried the Red Rooster Salad and ordered grilled chicken fingers and used the nukelar sauce as my dressing. The pizzas were a hit with my group as well. read more

Food was good and came quickly. Server was attentive. Atmosphere was casual. Bathroom was clean.

Spend the night in BG on the way home and this was across the parking lot so we walked over and had dinner. Didn't expect much, but was nicely surprised. The meat lovers pizza slapped hard. So did the mac-n-cheese bites. Prices were good too. I'd give it 4.5 if I could. The service was a tad slow and the bites came out with the meal instead of before. But that pizza! Stop in if you're near. read more

It's ok. Think: Red Robin meets Wild Wings with a snarky redneck vibe. The beer is nearly all generic crap, but they do sport a couple locals that might be worth a look. The cocktails are frat house, over-sweet and forgettable. The menu is a bizarre jumble of deep-fried heart disease- and diabetes-inducing madness, chicken parts and attempts at bbq, dressed up in a selection of sugary monotonous sauces. Burgers. Blah blah. Exactly what you might expect. So what were we doing here? And more than once, for the love of Pete? And why more than two stars? My wife likes their chicken soup. Yep. I sh*t you not. Pre-drinking recommended for the non-driving, especially folks of the northern persuasion. I know of what I speak. Oh, and masking up, sanitizing or otherwise acting like you have a brain will get you some side-eye here. Stick to your metaphorical guns, but be polite. And maybe try the soup. read more

the food at roosters is always top notch i have a go to order that i love by 2-4 carolina gold tenders and dumpster wedges the best fried chicken in bowling green that carolina gold is something special the vibe is awesome the service is incredible if your a sports fan even better incredible atmosphere on nfl sunday's read more

First-the chicken strips are very good. That's where the goodness stopped. Ordered a fried chicken entree salad. When attempting to chop and mix the salad, I encountered 5 big chunks of lettuce core which should have never been served. Boring salad with just typical veggies and a little shredded cheese. Chicken strips had to be moved to a plate to be cut and to allow the salad to be mixed. Would not recommend. The biggest gripe, however, was the audio from one of the many televised games (it was a Sunday) blasted over the sound system at a level that made conversation impossible. Asked server if the sound level could be reduced, to which she responded by saying it was normal. There's also nothing like having commercials blasted while trying to enjoy lunch. I fully expect a sports bar to be noisy, but in all my years, I have never been in one where one broadcast drowns out all the others. I know this is rambling, but the whole experience was annoying and irritating. Will never return. read more

Every thing I ordered was the way I wanted the best service hardly no wait tasted great I will probably keep ordering from them

The waitress was super friendly. Probably one of the best waitresses ever. Shoutout Jamie The food was a little subpar. The wings were more like fried breaded drumsticks and you bite into them and they look bloody. Apparently it's just the veins... read more

Why do I have to set a timer and watch it run over 10 minutes without even a single server asking to at least take our drink order? That is literally the BARE MINIMUM. Out of the entire establishment, we were only one of three tables with customers. Everyone else was at the bar and I see why. The servers were just shootin' the at the hostess station. We just walked out. What's the point? I just wanted some wings and I always tip more than 20%. Pretty lame... I had just taken my kid there a week ago and my server was AWESOME. So much for that... read more

Stopped by for food and drinks. Skylan was my server, and she was very friendly and never let my beer get empty. Good selection of taps.. about 20. The restaurant is clean, well laid out, and has ample large TVs. Clean bathrooms. First time trying their wings.. a TOUCH on the greasy side but the incredible sauces made up for it. Went with 5 hot and 5 donkey (extra hot). Good heat, GREAT flavor. Much more complex than traditional buffalo sauce. Fries/wedges were kinda meh. Starchy and a bit undercooked. Not bad, just not much stands out. Overall I'd go 4.5 but rounding up because of how good the wing sauces are, and how great Skylan was as my server. read more

We are visiting from NC and even though this is a chain, we don't have any near us. The staff was friendly, the prices were very reasonable and the food was great. I'd honestly give 4.5 if I could...it takes a lot for me to give 5. The kids meals are only $3.99 and come with a drink, entree and two sides. I was impressed that the mac and cheese wasn't cheap imitation. The fried pickles were delicious...I was just disappointed that they were out of the Buffalo cauliflower. My salad was yummy and hubby loved his chicken tenders. I'd definitely go back! read more

Back again!!! Glad I found Roosters!!! Seating is fast, servers are friendly and act as if they can't wait to serve.. The insane wing sauce is truly INSANE!!!! I order the grilled chicken fingers dipped in the hot sauce with the insane on the side and can't finish the whole side portion. The Greek Salad is great as well but you can't beat the wings!! 9/11/17. Back once again and trying the NU-Killer sauce !!! WOW!!! Good flavor and plenty of heat . Oh and football everywhere. I have never been disappointed here. I've been here many times between the last review and today. Nothing's changed!!! Roosters is still a great place for Buffalo Wings with great service. Really like this place - so do the grandkids - they like the wings & loaded fries or tots
