Possibly the best pizza we have had since moving to Kentucky!! We'll die as we asked! The fries were amazing the price was fair and the staff was all super friendly and nice!! Will definitely be back! read more

Every single time I order pizza for delivery and ask for an extra sauce cup, it's never there. Something I need to pay extra for. Every single time it's missing. I do not understand how everyone that works there can't read what's included in my order. The pizza is good, food is good. But it's super inconsistent. Sometimes it comes under cooked and sometimes overcooked. Sometimes there's mounds of cheese and other times it has almost no sauce. I just don't get it read more

Wanted to try this place for a while and finally made it. I haven't had their pizza yet so we went on a Friday evening. I ended up ordering a Bowl and not a pizza. It was okay. Too much sauce in a bowl for me. I should have ordered the pizza instead. It had so much sauce that I could not taste the toppings. It warrants a return visit to sample the pizza. We WILL be back for the pizza. Oh, the people were friendly and the place was clean so no complaints there. Service was good too. See you next time. read more

The service was fantastic and the place was very clean and welcoming. The pizza was average and the boneless wings were disappointing.

Really cool place, great food, employees were very nice and really enjoyed the experience.

Terrible service, rude to customers , orders take forever and the pizza tastes like cardboard. Don't recommend.

This was the 1st time I had ever ordered from here and I ordered the Hawaiian Bourbon Pizza and it was DELICIOUS. I also got some cookies and the Almond Joy are the BOMB, the cinnamon sugar cookie was so so and even though these are my favorite like snickerdoodle but not these. I also got the pecan Carmel and they were very good also. I will definitely eat there again and next time will eat inside instead of Carry out . The staff was very friendly and even when the size of the pizza I thought I ordered was wrong they made it right. No complaints read more

Food is mid service is terrible. Youd expect good pizza after waiting 30 mins, but it really tastes like sheet

We had two different topping pizza's tonight and I have to say it was outstanding. The best pizza I have had since I moved from Pennsylvania 8 years ago... I will be a repeat customer Lisa read more

First time being back since its reopening. The place has expanded and allowed for indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. Had a large pizza, cheese sticks, drinks and ice cream/milkshakes; all of which were delicious. Especially the big dill sticks which I have not seen anywhere else in town. At one point, an angry customer returned and the worker running the front counter handled it very professionally and attempted to help the lady as best as she could and resolve her issue. (even though it seemed that the lady didn't want help but rather a free party size pizza) Would definitely be returning and recommending it for a nice spot in BG. read more

Awesome pizza. Great atmosphere. Beer wall is a win. Service was great. Daughter loved the milkshakes.

I know everyone has been excited for Firehouse's return, but honestly the quality and taste is the same as I remember. MID at best. Definitely overpriced for the quality. read more

First of all, I ordered a delivery with this restaurant. I got a text or an email stating that they were closed and this is the day they should've been opened. They said I would receive my refund within I think 3 to 7 business days. I still have not received my payment of 3895. So I just ordered again. My order is so wrong. I've heard great reviews about this restaurant from family to friends, and it's a bad experience. I called the restaurant to talk to a manager, she got on the phone she kept saying hello hello and I kept trying to speak a lot of she could hear me. I don't know what's going on there, but it's not it's really not a good thing. All this being said and done, I never complain until now. I hope and pray they can get their act together, if they do not, they will start losing business. I was a general manager for 37 years with restaurants. I know how it's done. And I've never had a bad review against my restaurants. Have a great day, and please get your act together. Deborah Bowes. read more

Pizza was absolutely unreal. We stuck to the essentials and it was a great choice plus the staff was super accommodating and kind. read more

Very poor service. They messed up my order and tried to argue with me. Not worth the trouble

It's the first time in about 15 years that we ordered from Firehouse Pizza. We ordered half Supreme, half Vegetarian pizza no onions on the veggie side. There were NO mushrooms on the Veggie side. ‍. That is the one thing I look forward to on a pizza. The mushrooms on the Supreme side were canned. The pizza was very dry. Needless to say I am supremely disappointed. Please work on developing your craft of pizza making. read more

I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from. I've been ordering from this place since I was in college many years ago and service may have felt crappy then, but I was also drunk then a lot! Now I'm a Husband and Daddy to two little girls and they all know either every Thursday or Friday... we getting firehouse! I've had nothing, but excellent service from the person on the phone to the delivery drivers. I tip these drivers great because they have the best attitudes every time they bring us food! They cut up with me from afar because of COVID, but they really do try! If you do have a bad experience these days let me know! Because it would shock the heck outta me! Try their special too for delivery. It's a large 2 topping pizza and cheese sticks for right at 20 bucks and again for delivery! read more

Worst time ordering a pizza from this place. Ordered the pizza at 12:50 A.M called at 2:30 A.M to see where it's at. They say they brought it back bc they called and we didn't answer when the door never knocked and we never got a phone call once. Stayed up until almost 3 in the morning for nothing. Do your self a favor and go ahead and fly to Italy if you want pizza faster than this place. (Edit) 3/17/19 Ordered firehouse pizza for the second time. Honestly they got here within 30 mins. Delivery man was super chill. Pizza was fucking amazing honestly. Fuck Pizza Hut, fuck dominos, fuck racist johns, firehouse pizza is the shit. read more

This place has a bad rep, but I've always had great experiences with them. For starters, the pizza is delicious, in my opinion. Secondly, considering they're the only pizza place that delivers after midnight, of course delivery time will be longer; when you acknowledge the fact they are delivering to numerous drunk college students and they are limited on delivery drivers, the wait time is to be expected. Finally, the owner gave me a coupon for a free pizza one day, just because he had seen me in there before. That's customer service at it's finest! read more

Pretty ridiculous when you order a medium pizza and its literally no bigger than a personal pan pizza. I could have gotten a whole Digiorno for cheaper then what I paid for this. If a pizza is gonna be that small they should at least tell you and definitely lower the price. Was just in utter shock when they arrived with the pizza. I thought they were at the wrong house for a minute but I was surely mistaken. My personal opinion unless you are starving go somewhere else and eat you will surely get more for what you pay for. read more

Firehouse Pizza - This is suppose to be a medium. I call it a joke. - Pizza Near Me - Bowling Green, Kentucky

Firehouse pizza consistently has the worst service I've ever experienced. I live close by and it's often impossible to have a pizza delivered. Sometimes they are cold, sometimes the price changes, and sometimes the pizza never comes. This place should go out of business. I've had a 1 star experience at least 10 times with them. read more

My friend and I were told by the employees that this is the best pizza we will ever have. This pizza is sub par at best. We were both highly disappointed after having bought the smallest pizza available for $10. Sure we tipped, but it was a big regret. Talk about wasted calories. read more

It's not bad. The pizza is fine. If you are ordering carry out and like their pizza I'd say you would have no problem with this place. The only knock is their delivery time and their reliability. If it's past midnight expect and hour to an hour and a half. Half the time I call I either get a rude person or my call isn't picked up at all, but hey they are open until 4 am and deliver until then. It is what it is. I think people should have a lower expectation of what this place is. A very late night local pizza shop that usually takes forever to get to your house. Either way I'm still ordering if it's past midnight and I can't drive because I'm stuck at work (I work 3rds) or it's the weekend and I shouldn't drive. read more

If I could give this place five stars twice I would! This place has some of the best pizza I've ever had in my entire life their caramel pecan cookies are absolutely amazing and service is incredible!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Bowling Green Kentucky!!!! Mom-and-pop with great service and quality food !! read more

We had a pizza being delivered and the pizza was left unattended without giving us a call that it was here. When confronted about this situation, Firehouse pizza was EXTREMELY rude. The situation was called "ridiculous" by the woman on the phone, saying that we were in the wrong. We will not be ordering from here again. read more

The pizza and wings were spectacular the service lacked in many ways they acted like they didn't need the business and weren't very friendly

Granted, I haven't been to this place in years (since college) but it was killer in college. So delicious. Open late. Cheap. Big pizzas. Always was clutch. HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food after midnight. read more

Delivery took over an hour (they told us 45 min to an hour). When it arrived, everything was cold. Cheese bread was just cheese on a sub roll. Deep dish pizza was NOT deep dish---just extra dough cooked in a deeper pan. The large was more like a smallish medium. Pizza pocket was pretty good, very generous with the toppings. I would maybe try Firehouse again (carryout only though). read more

Do yourself a favor, never try to get this place to deliver a pizza. I was given a 45 minute wait for delivery(which isn't awful for a Saturday night). The pizza was an hour late so I decided to call the store to see what was up. The guy told me the driver returned it to the store because he couldn't find my address. I never even got a phone call from the driver to ask for assistance, I would've been happy to stand in the middle of the road waving my hands for him to find me. Instead the man on the phone says he is sorry and I can come to the store to pick up my cold pizza if I'd like. Will definitely be coming to the store for carry out next time, that is if this is the only pizza place left in bg read more

Order delivery to our hotel on way back from vacation. Great pizza, much better than average chain. average cost.

It was ok. hits the spot when ur hungry after 1am when everything else is closed. Pizza tasted good, sandwich was good, wish the BBQ chicken wings had actual BBQ sauce on it. i was told it would but it was just grilled. but overall, not bad. better than a couple other places I've tried. read more

The food is good most of the time but knowing that the employees are forced to be there when sick with viral and or bacterial sicknesses is quite repulsing. This place is awful. Had a coupon that said for delivery, but got told it was only for carry out/pick-up. And to beat all they asked my half drunk gf for an Instagram name. For no particular reason at all. Creepy and lucky I didn't walk down the road and go postal. Would not recommend to order here. It's expensive.
