Every single time I order pizza for delivery and ask for an extra sauce cup, it's never there. Something I need to pay extra for. Every single time it's missing. I do not understand how everyone that works there can't read what's included in my order. The pizza is good, food is good. But it's super inconsistent. Sometimes it comes under cooked and sometimes overcooked. Sometimes there's mounds of cheese and other times it has almost no sauce. I just don't get it read more

Wanted to try this place for a while and finally made it. I haven't had their pizza yet so we went on a Friday evening. I ended up ordering a Bowl and not a pizza. It was okay. Too much sauce in a bowl for me. I should have ordered the pizza instead. It had so much sauce that I could not taste the toppings. It warrants a return visit to sample the pizza. We WILL be back for the pizza. Oh, the people were friendly and the place was clean so no complaints there. Service was good too. See you next time. read more

This was the 1st time I had ever ordered from here and I ordered the Hawaiian Bourbon Pizza and it was DELICIOUS. I also got some cookies and the Almond Joy are the BOMB, the cinnamon sugar cookie was so so and even though these are my favorite like snickerdoodle but not these. I also got the pecan Carmel and they were very good also. I will definitely eat there again and next time will eat inside instead of Carry out . The staff was very friendly and even when the size of the pizza I thought I ordered was wrong they made it right. No complaints read more

First time being back since its reopening. The place has expanded and allowed for indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. Had a large pizza, cheese sticks, drinks and ice cream/milkshakes; all of which were delicious. Especially the big dill sticks which I have not seen anywhere else in town. At one point, an angry customer returned and the worker running the front counter handled it very professionally and attempted to help the lady as best as she could and resolve her issue. (even though it seemed that the lady didn't want help but rather a free party size pizza) Would definitely be returning and recommending it for a nice spot in BG. read more

First of all, I ordered a delivery with this restaurant. I got a text or an email stating that they were closed and this is the day they should've been opened. They said I would receive my refund within I think 3 to 7 business days. I still have not received my payment of 3895. So I just ordered again. My order is so wrong. I've heard great reviews about this restaurant from family to friends, and it's a bad experience. I called the restaurant to talk to a manager, she got on the phone she kept saying hello hello and I kept trying to speak a lot of she could hear me. I don't know what's going on there, but it's not it's really not a good thing. All this being said and done, I never complain until now. I hope and pray they can get their act together, if they do not, they will start losing business. I was a general manager for 37 years with restaurants. I know how it's done. It's the first time in about 15 years that we ordered from Firehouse Pizza. We ordered half Supreme, half Vegetarian pizza no onions on the veggie side. There were NO mushrooms on the Veggie side. ‍. That is the one thing I look forward to on a pizza. The mushrooms on the Supreme side were canned. The pizza was very dry. Needless to say I am supremely disappointed. I've been ordering from this place since I was in college many years ago and service may have felt crappy then, but I was also drunk then a lot! Now I'm a Husband and Daddy to two little girls and they all know either every Thursday or Friday... we getting firehouse! I've had nothing, but excellent service from the person on the phone to the delivery drivers. I tip these drivers great because they have the best attitudes every time they bring us food! They cut up with me from afar because of COVID, but they really do try! If you do have a bad experience these days let me know! Because it would shock the heck outta me! Worst time ordering a pizza from this place. Ordered the pizza at 12:50 A.M called at 2:30 A.M to see where it's at. They say they brought it back bc they called and we didn't answer when the door never knocked and we never got a phone call once. Stayed up until almost 3 in the morning for nothing. This place has a bad rep, but I've always had great experiences with them. For starters, the pizza is delicious, in my opinion. Secondly, considering they're the only pizza place that delivers after midnight, of course delivery time will be longer; when you acknowledge the fact they are delivering to numerous drunk college students and they are limited on delivery drivers, the wait time is to be expected. Pretty ridiculous when you order a medium pizza and its literally no bigger than a personal pan pizza. I could have gotten a whole Digiorno for cheaper then what I paid for this. If a pizza is gonna be that small they should at least tell you and definitely lower the price. Was just in utter shock when they arrived with the pizza. Firehouse pizza consistently has the worst service I've ever experienced. I live close by and it's often impossible to have a pizza delivered. It's not bad. The pizza is fine. If you are ordering carry out and like their pizza I'd say you would have no problem with this place. The only knock is their delivery time and their reliability. If it's past midnight expect and hour to an hour and a half. Half the time I call I either get a rude person or my call isn't picked up at all, but hey they are open until 4 am and deliver until then. It is what it is. I think people should have a lower expectation of what this place is. A very late night local pizza shop that usually takes forever to get to your house. Do yourself a favor, never try to get this place to deliver a pizza. I was given a 45 minute wait for delivery(which isn't awful for a Saturday night). The pizza was an hour late so I decided to call the store to see what was up. The guy told me the driver returned it to the store because he couldn't find my address. I never even got a phone call from the driver to ask for assistance, I would've been happy to stand in the middle of the road waving my hands for him to find me.
