I haven't been to a Which Wich in foreverrrrr. It was only right to fill out my bag while I was stopping at the connecting gas station to gas up for the rest of the drive home. My sandwich was made fresh and with love. Plenty of meat + toppings. Sure this kind of sandwich is more on the messy side for a road trip, but that's what makes it all the better in my eyes. So we dropped in for a sandwich. First time visiting. The menu says $8.75 for a regular sandwich. To my surprise when I got the receipt, the sandwiches were actually $10.50. Either update the menu or have better transparency in pricing. The menu is confusing and so is the wrote in the bag process with crayons. In addition my sandwich is as hot. I ordered a Turkey bacon. No where does it tell me that all subs are toasted. In the 50 questions I had to fill out about the sandwich why not add toasted or not. I reviewed the menu the signing and nothing explained my cold meat sandwich would've served hot. Nothing worse than hot condiments on a sandwich. Over-all a horrible experience. We stopped here because we were traveling through the area and the great Yelp reviews. It's a sandwich shop in a gas station. We did the drive through and proceeded down the road. When we opened the bag... I ordered a crab salad with pepper Jack cheese. What I got was an Extreme BLT. Not a bad sandwich, but not at all what I ordered. Receipt showed the crab salad. My SO had a meatball sandwich. Again, not a bad sandwich but it had almost no marinara of pizza sauce. We also found 2 bags of chips in the bag, again didn't order this. Walked in with my kids... the staff asks if its our first time here. Yep. I try to order, but told to fill out a bag n what we want on a sandwich... huh? Great lunch destination on a road trip! We stopped here thinking we would have to social distance inside then eat in the car but were happy to discover their drive-thru. It does take longer to go through the drive-thru at Which Wich compared to other fast food chains because of the customization options of your sandwich, but the process is very clear and our order was correct. We were very pleased by our sandwiches, drinks, and cookie. I would highly recommend the Caprese Wich if you're looking for something lighter to eat on the road! read more

Just a couple of minutes drive from the Corvette Museum, my partner, his family and I stopped here for lunch connected to the Shell Station in Bowling Green last Monday. It was my 2nd visit to Which Wich establishment and first time here. Basically, one walks in and grab a brown paper menu to choose your sandwich from. They have three different sized sandwiches you can get. Circle the ingredients and fixings you want, then give it to the cashier and pay. You can add chips and a drink to make it a meal. This is by far one of my favorite sandwich restaurants. We were a party of 10 and ordered various meal between meat and meatless. Seating could be a struggle as this place is small but managed to fit all in one table. I had one of their signature favorites called the meat balr consisting of Italian Meatballs in Marinara & Provolone on a toasted roll. Hands down had to be one of the best ever. The meatball were hot, moist and extremely tasty. As mentioned on my previous post, I wish they had them in Jersey as I can recommend this place. read more

I'm a huge fan of Which Wich and stop every time I find a location along a road trip path. This location was just off I-65 inside a Shell gas station. Given the shared location, the Which Wich is small with limited seating. It also has a drive-thru, making it a very busy location. There was quite the line of sandwiches to be made when we made our stop. At first, I was put off by the introduction. Our cashier did not appear to know how to use the register as she took quite a bit to ring up our order. Meanwhile, the other cashier was complaining about getting stuck taking orders as she gets frustrated when it gets busy. I learned later that our cashier had worked there only 2 days. Our sandwiches were made quickly given the line. My son's kid's meal available first. Noticed that it didn't include the token for the M and M's (a Which Wich requirement). When I asked, the sandwich maker quickly apologized and gave us 2 tokens for the confusion. My son acted like he won the lottery! That small extra token made a difference. My sandwich was the typical fresh, delicious sandwich that I've come to love from Which Wich. Glad that we found this location. read more

It literally took from start to finish literally about 45 minutes to get 1 sandwich and there was no one standing in line or giving their order ahead of me, just other people sitting waiting for their sandwich too. This was my first experience where you write with a sharpie and check the boxes for the items you want on your sandwich. There is not a clear front to show how fresh the items are or to be able to see before choosing your toppings, and you aren't able to see the workers hands and if you want more or less of a topping. The manager at the time I think was wearing a name badge that said Manager in Training and he was putting all the sandwiches into bags to hand out but it simply was taking foreverrrrrrr. Overall I don't think we can afford to stop here on the drive to/from family for some grub with the amount of time it literally took. There were four workers behind the counter too. Loved this little sandwich shop attached to the gas station. I read the reviews on here and thought we'd give it a try while traveling through town. Never seen this brand before and wishing it was more places! I love heated subs/sandwiches and it was delicious! I got the turkeywich which has a ranch slaw and thousand island so it's basically a Reubin type. My husband had regular turkey with cheese and lettuce. He is picky but he loved it! It didn't take more than 5-10 minutes with the drive thru. Definitely more of a sit down place but thankful for the drive thru with two dogs and a baby in the car. read more

This is the grossest restaurant I have ever been to. The dining room is disgusting. Upon entering the restaurant I was asked if it was my first time at a which wich. I told the young man at the counter that it was and I would like to order a salad. He stated I needed to fill out a "bag" but did not explain the process. I paid for my salad with cash in which he took while wearing gloves. He proceeded to then make my salad with the same gloves he handled the cash. We stopped on our way back to Cincinnati. My boyfriend and I had never heard of Which Wich before, but thought we would give it a try. We walked in, the employees said they closed in 10 minuets, but they were more than willing to serve us. The process was a bit confusing, from a new customers point of view, but one of the employees realized my confusion and offered to help right away. She explained it in an extremely clear way and I was able to get my order in right away. The food came out extremely quick and was affordable. Walked in at 9:50 and was out by close. Great service, 10/10. When we got back to the car, we tried the food and realized just how amazing the sandwiches were. Quality food, filling, but also light enough to not feel overstuffed.
