We were visiting in Bowling Green and wanted to find a unique breakfast - this definitely hit the spot. We were seated quickly and had a pitcher of water right away. The restaurant is fresh and clean with fun egg art on the walls. The food was really good and there's lots of it. Positives: Meal was very filling, grits were hot, avocado was fresh, coffee was solid, restaurant was clean, and waiter was polite. Negatives: The bun was very big compared to the sandwich filling and there was a lot of chipotle Mayo on the bottom bun which made it somewhat soggy. I'd say the experience was fine but not impressive to me. I'd probably go back if someone invited me but wouldn't choose to go on my own. This place is great. I used to live in BG and come back to visit occasionally. We discovered this place looking for brunch and wow, we were happy. Delicious food, I got a farmer's market scramble (veggies, cheese, eggs). Good coffee, great food, many options for all diets. My husband was pleased too. We have eaten here often on through the years, but I've never had the urge to review it until now. We used to love it, but then more and more the quality and the service has gone down, and the prices have gone way up. We went back yesterday and they were blaring CCM music which is a sure final straw for me. CCM is bad vibes for both digestion and having a meal with family & friends. We stopped here on a road trip and the food was very good, the Farmers Market skillet was a good mix to make a great breakfast. The patio seating was nice for a warm day, the service on the patio was a little slow, we saw some other customers get up and leave that had not been served. To be fair they were very busy as well. Not busy inside but quite a long wait before our server came to our table. Food was decent but nothing exciting. Pancakes are huge. The syrup dispenser apparently never gets cleaned between customers because it was super sticky all over. I hade the chicken and waffles. The chicken was almost dry and overcooked. The waffle was not bad but I felt like it was missing something. The water had a weird taste also but I every town/city has different tasting water. Thank goodness I had a cappuccino which may be the highlight of the visit. They serve Community coffee which isn't bad and didn't leave a strange aftertaste. I ordered the BLT with eggs and avacados. The Tomatoes were so unripened that I had to use a knife to cut the white center out of the slices. The avocados were almost as bad. My cheese wasn't melted at all. The waitress was fantastic. The bathroom was impossible to use because a worker there was sitting in the only stall for as long as we were there talking on his phone. I have eaten here twice with my travels. I'm probably one of the pickiest eaters out there but come on you have to admit the quality of food we are survived today is subpar to is it actually edible or good for us. As for eggs the simplest thing to cook but 99% can ruin a good egg. Why? Why do cooks have to dry them out or burn them. This place does scrambled eggs like they are suppose to be. Brad H went above and beyond to ensure my son and I were taken care of. I do apologize there was a female server who was also amazing. She's in school to become a diesel mechanic and came and chatted with us and we were amazed that she remembered so much. Between these two, I have no idea how anybody could ever have a negative experience. They paid close attention to my gluten allergy, chatted with us about experiences that we've had in the area since moving to Kentucky and even chatted about the fact that my daughter is headed to college soon. We had to drive to Bowling Green and wound up at Wild Eggs. We weren't interested so much in food as coffee. We were looking for a good breakfast place and found this place. The space was cute and had plenty of room. It was also well staffed, which seems to be an issue at other places in the area. I enjoyed the wild mushroom and roasted garlic scramble. It came with a side of potatoes and an everything muffin. The muffin was a little dry, so I recommend adding butter. The eggs were very flavorful. The white truffle oil and goat cheese enhanced the dish nicely. read more

Food and service is always amazing here. I have yet try anything but the Crabby Patty Bennie. So good. Everything here is such a great twist on the traditional breakfast joints. I don't know why more restaurants try to explore a brunch menu like this. My only complaint is that are not open later than early afternoon.
