This Jersey Mikes has gone downhill. Had a really bad experience a couple of weeks ago when I came, waited in line for a very long time and the worker let someone just skip in front of me after I had been waiting. Decided to come back this week to give it another chance, and the customer service is still terrible. Waited in line again for a very long time without being helped, mind you the store had maybe 2 people in it, and then they tried to give me the wrong sandwich because no one was marking what was what. I asked the guy to please check and make sure it was mine and he said no this is yours I'm sure. I took it off to the side to check and what do you know, it's not my sandwich. I took it back and told them they needed to check the other sandwiches to find the one I had ordered. They found it, but no apology was given or anything. Will not be back here. I have eaten a Jersey Mikes across the country and the Bowling Green, Kentucky store is hands down the worst I have ever eaten at. The three workers on 8/2/25 did not want to be there and it was evident. One of the employees took out the trash with his sanitary gloves on came right back in and started making sandwiches again. Tried JMS for the first time today. I've driven past the shop a million times, and never was stopping in that shopping mall. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, ordered, and quickly had my sandwich. I ordered a roast beef on rosemary and Parmesan. It was pretty good. About the same price as other sandwich places, with more meat and provolone cheese than other shops for certain. I'll go back I'm sure. The picture doesn't do the sandwich justice because I crammed it in my bag before arriving at the office to eat it. The restaurant was clean. Kids would probably like to eat here. They have chips and cookies, too. Worth a stop. read more

Go there once you won't go anywhere else again for the best sub sandwich you've ever eaten.Top-notch food and customer service! Dine in, pick up or delivery, it's your call. They also offer catering, and that is delivered by store employees. However, home delivery there are several services you can pick from, from my experience DoorDash is hit or miss. I won't make that mistake again, and I'm sure there are some good people that do DoorDash delivery. It's a shame when you have one bad apple it reflects on all of them. Without going into a lot of detail, I called Jersey Mike's, they are able to see the conversation you have with your delivery person, and they were able to see this person did not deliver my food, the manager, there, Barb, she got on the phone with me. She said I'm making you a fresh sandwich and bringing it myself and she did! And she went further and refunded my money. Been a long term fan of Mike's but will never again get anything from them. Ordered online at 1130 and then got message it would be ready at 1245. At fifteen after one other's waiting we tried to cancel order. We were sarcastically chastised for thinking we could get order faster by ordering online. I have forty dollar gift card that I am ready to throw away. Never, ever again. From what used to be my favorite place it is now the worst. I brought a performing group to Bowling Green on a charter bus 2 states away for a competition and called this location to prepare boxed meals. I called 2 weeks prior to arrange to have sandwiches made and delivered to our group at WKU on the day of the event. I spoke with Barb initially and then I did most of the planning and ordering with Melissa the manager. It was a pleasant and easy experience. Many thanks to for Barb delivering the food to us at Diddle arena right before we departed on the bus. Love Jersey Mike's since I first tried it. My first time at this location was wonderful. But on this occasion I brought my family and of course it's less than good. One employee she was great and was the only one to help even though she was sitting down to lunch herself. The other two had irritated looks on there faces and less than pleased to help us. The boys and I had ok sandwiches, my husband however hated his despite asking for NO blue cheese guess what?? Even ringing us up seemed like an ordeal for this woman. Stopped in here Sunday night to get eight combos. We took orders to eat at halftime. We walk in there's two young men one 16 and one 17. We tried to place her order and we were informed that they could not operate the slicer that only one of our eight sandwiches could be made. But we were more than welcome to wait for the manager to come back. I asked how long that would be and they did not have a clue. They said they had to get somebody and take them home or something. As you can see by my first rating this place has dropped 4 stars and we won't be back. We decided to call and order for pickup. I called and let's say, a less than enthused person answered the phone. I ordered 3 subs, a reg size ( 1/2 sub) Italian done Mike's way with no tomatoes ( which she said back to me), a giant ( it's a full sub) steak and she asked " with onions & peppers?I said " yes" and a reg Chicken, Bacon sub. They told me 20 minutes to come get them. 20 minutes or so later we went. They had 3 couples in there eating, 2 woman waiting for an order, an older man ordering at the counter and a woman who walked in, took her bag and walked out. My husband went in and called me immediately, " they screwed up, come in" so I went in and the girl behind counter ( there were 3 of them) said " we made two of them what was the 3rd one?" seriously?? Did I tell you the girl who took my order hung up before I could give her my name?? Okay so to the subs.. mine was perfect except it had TOMATOES on it, my husband had NO ONIONS OR PEPPERS just cheese and steak and my daughters was a mushy mess on a bun!! Yuck! Drove 10 mins off I-65 to get my Jersey Mikes fix. Upon walking up to the counter, instead of being greeted, I saw the only two staff members at the counter arguing. Add to that the fact that one's butt was half way out of his pants, and the other seemed to be handling bread with the same hands she'd just rung someone out with, and I was already half-way grossed out. When they both disappeared into the back room and I saw her half-jokingly (?) swing a loaf of bread at the coworker, I was fully grossed out, and promptly turned around and walked back to my car, and drove to Chick-Fil-A. Doubtful I will take the time to drive that far off the highway in the future. read more

I ordered online. When I went to pick it up, the order wasn't there. I was told they were making it but it was another order. The employee picked my ticket up off the floor, went to the back, came back out and said that the food was made and the order was taken by someone else. When I asked for a refund, my food remade or something to get this rectified, the employee said they couldn't because the order already went out. So I didn't get my food and they will not refund me. I am in contact with corporate and will be with my bank, but as a previous regular I will never return to this location and will urge everyone I know to do the same. Fantastic service, the lady that made our subs, she had blonde hair, I did not get her name. I am sorry for that. ( the receipt says Barb but there was two people working together.) She is a true sandwich artist. The subs were fantastic delicious to the last drop. She made them better than any commercial could ever hope to pull off. I would recommend this location hands down any day of the week. I have been to JM's all over and there is no question that this is the best location I have ever been to. So tonight my partner ordered sandwiches through the Jersey Mikes website for pick up. I went to pick them up and the order wasn't at the pick up area. I asked if their was an order under my partners name they said they where finishing it. They handed me an order for someone else which I realized when I just got in my car. I told them it was the wrong order and that I needed the one under my partners name. They found a meal ticket on the ground, and then told me it had already been picked up by Doordash. I showed them the receipt, which said the order was ready at 6:06 and was a pickup order through the Jersey Mikes website not Doordash. They said somone picked it up, that they would not make the sandwiches again, and that I would not be refunded so I left. So either someone took our food, they gave someone else the wrong order like they had done to me at first, or they didn't even make the order beacuse the meal ticket was still on the ground. I've bought pick up orders through the Jersey Mikes website probably at least 10-15 times and never had an issue like this. If anyone in management is reading this I went in 6:15pm on 08/08/23. The people who where working where 2 female presenting people of color, one person was younger in her 20s she said her name was Deadra and that she was a shift lead she had one blue headphone in, the other person was older maybe in her 40s drinking from a red tumbler cup. I ate at Jersey Mike's all the time, when I lived in Florida. I was happy to find one in Bowling Green. I have only ever eaten two subs. The chipotle cheesesteak is great. The other sub I eat is not exactly on the menu. I order a club and ask them to leave off the bacon. So, it ends up being turkey, roast beef, and ham. Its a great sub. Their cookies are really good too, so get one or 10! read more

I love the roast beef sandwiches at Jersey Mike's. It's always so tender and flavorful, and the perfect shade of pink. The reuben is awesome here too. Plus, the sandwiches are big enough that I can usually get 2 meals out of them, and they don't skimp on the meat. The last two times i have ordered to go I asked for the same thing. Number 99, wheat bread add lettuce, tomato and pickle. Please cut it into fours. Both times they said we already cut it into fours but both times it was not cut into fours. The bread was soggy and the meat disputed unevenly. I rarely give anything a 1 star but this place was total over priced crap we ordered a big platter of sandwiches for a work function thinking you can't go wrong with meat cheese and bread right? Wrong! some of which were only around 2 inches long and dry as a mummies D!€% the meat was even dry from sitting out too long in their shop and was warm not like that warm hot sub from Quiznos but more like I forgot I took that out of the fridge before work and found it on the counter 12 hrs later when you get home kinda dry and as for the bread I'd rather have had a couple of slices of bunny bread before I'd eat that garbage again do yourself a favor Mike and pop into this store and fix the issues or shut it down so no one gets ripped off by your company again read more
