Love this place. The food is always hot and fresh. If they make a mistake they gladly make it right. Service with a smile and a cheerful greeting when you enter through the door. Music can sometimes be a little loud but no biggie. Quality is excellent at this location. read more

I consider honestly consider Five Guys the In N Out or Shake Shack of Kentucky. It's now one of my go to places if I want a good burger. Since this particular location is close to my apartment, I come here more than I should. The people that work there are always friendly and immediately say hi when you walk in the door. They are also very nice and patient (or appears to be) to people when they are not sure on what they want. The menu is very standard; burgers, fries, hot dogs, fountain drinks. That's really all you need. The portions are huge. A regular cheeseburger consists of 2 patties and the regular sized fries can easily two people. My favorite part of the menu is all the toppings they have are free. It easily allows people to be as adventurous as they want without worrying about adding more money to the bill. I'm not going to lie, it can be expensive. The regular sized burgers are around 9 dollars and the regular sized fries is around 4 dollars. Even though it is pricey, like I stated earlier, the portions is worth they money. Even though I'm bummed that I don't know the hype of In N Out or Shake Shack, Five Guys is a good substitute. As long as I'm a Kentucky Resident, I will keep going to Five Guys to get my burger fix. read more

These Burgers are as good as it gets (for a burger) and I would had scored better except a $8.15 (after tax) cheese burger without fries etc... (Little fries $3.09 before tax), IMO is getting pricey. We are not talking Kobe Beef here, just a good burger. The crew there did offer me a comp fries which was nice. I declined although a nice thought. I may not bring my family heres. Four to six burgers $32.60-$48.90 (after tax). 4-6 little fries $12.36-$18.54 (before tax), 4-6 small drinks ~$8-12... or ~$52.96 to ~$79.44, for 4-6 cheeseburgers, fries and drinks. I do like them, but definitely hard to swallow the expense. Ill be back but unfortunately cannot justify it on a regular basis or family meal out. If you like a good burger and don't care about a $12+ cheeseburger, fri and drink. This place is for you. read more

The beef has no fillers or preservatives and the French fries are made fresh and cooked in a no cholesterol peanut oil. The menu at this establishment is a` la carte and is budget friendly. The sandwiches are bit overpriced with some of the competitors and sandwich selection here is limited. So, those wanting a chicken sandwich or a turkey based burger should look elsewhere. There are hot dogs, grilled cheese, and something called a veggie sandwich offered but other than that it is all burgers and fries so thus the chain's name. I ordered a Little Cheeseburger which consisted of one sandwich bun, one burger patty, and cheese along with my desired toppings of lettuce, tomato, and ketchup. This differs from the regular Cheeseburger in that it comes with one bun, two beef patties and cheese along with one's desired toppings. The food was handed to me by a friendly employee in a brown paper sack where I could already feel the steam of the burger and see grease of the fries bleeding through the sack. The food was mouth watering and tasted very good but as expected was very greasy. The burger's bun did a remarkable job of soaking up the excess grease without becoming overly soggy to which I was quite surprised. I did end up making a mess when eating my burger so I don't know how one would've managed eating the Cheeseburger with two patties. The fries I ordered in the regular size and they were quite generous in portion so one only can imagine how the large size fries look. Great service today at lunchtime. The employees were friendly and seemed to have an efficient assembly line. The food was hot and fresh. The cajun fries were seasoned perfectly, and were extremely crisp. The only thing I would change about Five Guys is offering a kids menu. My husband and I rarely get it since there is no kids options for our son. It's too expensive to buy him the one patty cheeseburger when he couldn't even eat half. Not this locations fault, but something corporate should consider. read more

Traveling home after a four-day trip, we wanted a quick, good place to eat and be on our way. We remembered passing through a few days earlier that there was a Five Guys at this exit, so we decided to visit on our way back. The traffic was unbelievably heavy, but being a Friday Night, I guess it should have been expected. My Waze app guided me through a WalMart parking lot (Of course full of people and cars), and through a few other parking lots and we finally made it to the restaurant, which seemed to be hidden. I had only eaten at a Five Guys once before, and several years ago (2011 to be exact), so I was not familiar with the menu. I didn't realize that ordering a "cheeseburger" or a "bacon cheesburger" was a double, so it was a little more meat than I wanted. I think you have to order the "little" burgers to get a single patty. The flavor of the burger was great, but that was because it was pretty greasy. What I liked most was the hand cut french fries. A "regular" order is enough for two-three people. If you are wanting a great burger, this is a good place to find it. read more

Took a long time to get my order of a little cheese burger and small fries i paid $15 for, what i found was not worth $15 and did not fill me up, the burger didn't have any juice in it as they basically flattened it dry and looked like dried cat food, the fries looked appealing but they weren't crispy at all it was a bunch of warm not even hot soggy fries, I ate it regardless because I was super hungry I could of eaten anything, A Mcdonalds quarter pounder has more flavor than the tasteless burger they gave me. I am most likely not going there again it was a pretty bad experience for me. read more

I do not know what these individuals are speaking of, but my experience at Five Guys was disappointing. Maybe it was a better time for these folks, but for me it was not so spectacular. My burgers were not up to par for even the lowest of standards. Burger King buns have these beat, because the ones I revived at Five Guys were soggy and stale. I spent 7 dollars a burger for the quality I could of got off the nearest dollar value menu. I was not amused in the least, I left disappointed. I always crave their cheese dog with grilled mushrooms, onions, & tomatoes. My husband gets the same thing. A small fry will feed my family of 4. I just wish they had more options for kids. My boys usually will not eat from here, so it's a rare treat for me. We enjoy the peanuts before we get our food, as well. read more

No big surprise to most, but I can confirm these folks have one of the best burgers you can buy in Bowling Green, KY, and a LOT of fries (don't order a large unless you are in a large group). A "Regular" order of (Idaho Potato) Fries is more than enough for two Texas Giants or three normal people to share. The trick to the burgers is finding the right order for you, but the Bacon Double Cheeseburger can only be beat by Grandma's Home Burger with Pastrami, Ham, and the works (Garbage Burger). As expected you'll pay about 150% of your run of the mill fast food restaurant, but also as expected, they couldn't charge that much without absolute justification. read more
