Food was good with hot French fries after 10pm on a weeknight. One of several fast food burger joints open in town after 10pm on a weeknight. They now have AI working the drive through, not a fan. Actually took more time to order than with a person. At least glad they were open. read more

This was my first time at a Rally's. I have heard so many good things about this franchise. So when i had the opportunity to try it out. I stopped to check it out. The service was exceptionally fast. Even tho they had a line of cars, they wete flying by. Less then a couple minutes till i got my order. I got the Baconzilla. And wow! It was super good. The food, the fries! It was very delish! I highly recommend it. And this location was great, altough i would suggest a more personalized approach to when the order is ready then just throwing on counter. Besides that. Love this place. The food is always fresh, any hour of the day or night. And it's super inexpensive. We have been stopping at Rally's for well over a year now, because I used to have cravings for their hot Wings late at night when nothing else was open, and they would always cook them fresh for us. Soooo good! And you can call the number on your receipt and get a free burger with the purchase of a later drink - everytime! Very friendly. Great prices. I think they're very underrated in this area. I feel like we hit a little gold mine with it here. read more

My family & I frequent this restaurant a lot because of the coupon deals received in our coupon mailers. We have had a few iffy experiences over the years but the way my husband & son were treated tonight by a crew person at the store as well as the manager on duty, David, when calling about his visit. First off the the crew member is a fellow high school student of my son's and because apparently he doesn't like my son, comes to the dt window to stare my son down in an attempt of intimidation. They were pulled up to a parking space for fresh food to be made and my husband asked for specific condiments and to make sure all of his order is checked and verified before bringing ot out to our vehicle. That crew person told my husband "we'll get em we'll get em." The same crew person that came to the window brought our order. My husband specifically asked did you verify that everything in my order is in my bags? The crew person replied everything is in the bag and my husband proceeded to tell the crew person the last few times were were treated bad. The reply my husband received was "well it didn't happen on our shift we don't treat people bad in a very hateful and disrespectful tone. My husband then asked about the amount we paid because we used coupons and were a bit overcharged. The received reply, in the same tone as the previous reply was , well David is doing the best he can in there. My husband asked for the Corporate or home office number the young man answered they don't have it. Fed up my husband started to pull out of the parking lot and as he was the crew person kept saying over and over again THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU I called to the store and the manager David answered I started explaining the events & issues of our visit. When he asked a few specific questions my husband took over the phone conversation and while explaining the manager repeatedly interrupted and tried to talk over my husband so my husband hung up . My husband and I are former QSR managers and had we had treated any customer this unprofessionally or service this poor bot only would the crew person be walked out the door, we as managers would have as well. After the last few unacceptable visits we probably will never be back. read more
