The store manager Henry was the BEST! He was super friendly and made it feel like so much more than subway!

This visit was a miss for me, but I will probably give it another shot. This is a relatively new…read morerestaurant for Glasgow and when I saw Cincinnati Chili Dogs on the menu I was definitely going to give it a try. Much to my disappointment, they no longer do a "Cincinnati" Chili (although it's still on the menu) due to too many patrons not liking that unique Chili style. Being a Cincinnati Chili fan, I opted to avoid their substitution. I went for the Highlander burger, boasting a homemade jalapeño ranch, pepper jack cheese and sliced jalapeños. I chose the house-made slaw for my side item. I really liked the slaw. The burger was not bad but it just didn't have any wow-factor. The bun, although appearing to be chargrilled, was cold, leaving me wondering if the grill marks happened on another day. I was the only customer the entire time I was there (during the 11 am hour). The atmosphere was lacking in that it was silent...no music, no tv (I did see a tv on, but it had no sound). They seemed to be doing some maintenance work to the stage area and perhaps that was the reason. Service was polite and adequate. Definitely not a bad experience, but certainly lacking.

Ordered the pulled pork sandwich plate to go. Absolutely…read morethe worst I've ever had. Pork was tough with no taste and big chunks of inedible fat. Baked beans were okay. Hash brown casserole was bland and potatoes not cooked through. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon

Food is decent. Service has always been good…read more Ambiance is good too. We have been going here since it has opened. Prices definitely have gone up but that's to be expected. After many years of going I am finding it harder to find something I really like.

With its brick facade and red awnings, the Gondolier may initially appear to be just another eatery in a strip mall. Don't let it deceive you; this region's Italian cuisine is comparable to Kentucky's bourbon: The harbor is stocked with pasta, pizza, and enough garlic to keep off vampires for ages, and the bright red sign invites hungry travelers like a lighthouse directing ships to safe harbor. As soon as you enter, you are taken to a cozy, welcoming Italian restaurant in small-town Kentucky. The atmosphere perfectly balances "nice enough to celebrate your anniversary if you forgot to make reservations somewhere fancier" with informal family dining. Paintings of Venice's well-known canals and gondolas cover the walls. We started with the Calamari in marinara sauce, made in-house. I opted for the Pork Tenderloin Souvlaki plate, which includes a Greek salad, marinated, trimmed pork cuts served on pita bread with tzatziki sauce, and rice. My wife opted for the Zorba Special, which is slices of gyro meat, chicken souvlaki, pork tenderloin souvlaki & grilled shrimp, served with pita bread. Also, with the Greek salad on the same plate, she opted for French fries and a side of tzatziki. For dessert, we had a combination of both Baklava and cannoli. We also enjoyed a draft Beer pitcher along with our soft drinks. This is the first time I have had draft beer since COVID in 2020. Overall, our experience at Gondolier Pizza was fantastic. It is easily one of the best dining spots in Glasgow, and we are already planning our next trip back to try more of the menu. If you haven't been yet, you are missing out.

I'm can't find this on the menu anymore. It's a Gyro Plate but with spinach pie and skewers of shrimp, chicken, and brisket.
