The restaurant has a nice, clean decor that fits in nicely with its Mexican menu. Speaking of the menu, OMG! It is massive, and there are so many tasty items, we had a hard time choosing what to order. We'll definitely be back soon so we can try more of the menu. My daughter and I both ordered grilled chicken and grilled steak quesadillas, while my wife ordered the grilled beef tips burrito and my son had the enchiladas del mar (with shrimp and scallops). He wanted to order the birria pizza as well, but he was too full to order it. My wife and I also shared a pitcher of margaritas on the rocks. I love it when you can order a pitcher so you can refill your drinks whenever you want vs waiting for a server to bring another order. Our server was attentive and had some great suggestions of what to order. We visit Horse Cave regularly for the Hidden River Cave, Kentucky Down Under, Dutch Country Safari Park, and Horse Cave KOA. I got the chicken stir fry and the beef salad, and they are both great. They've got 3 levels of heat so you might ask for it on the side until you get a feel for how spicy it can be. If you're getting the beef salad, that thing probably comes spicy enough for most people as is, just a heads up.
