This restaurant is the best in town! The ambiance is stellar. From the place setting on the table to the music played overhead, it is perfecto! This is such a beautiful family environment & the brothers reflect the essence of the their heritage. Alex is such a wonderful personality and his attentiveness to the customer and the experience is unmatched! The food is absolutely wonderful! The spaghetti is fantastic. The pairing of creamy sauces and crisp vegetables is perfection. I cannot describe how amazing the desserts are. They are rich and decadent, yet not over sweet. The old world recipes are unmatched. If you have not tried Napoli's yet, you are missing out. Go!!!!

We have been to this wonderful place many times. I always "think" this is in Glasgow, KY? The ambiance is perfect, and the wine list is extensive. The staff is accommodating. In ten visits, this restaurant has done nothing but stellar.

Lower parking lot looking up towards the restaurant (slope is steeper closer to the main road)

Went to dinner on a Tuesday night at 6 PM, Jan.6, 2026. Easy to find location with a moderately-sized dedicated parking lot for customers. Front entrance is easily accessible. There are a few parking spots that are on a steeper slope as you turn into the lot off of Happy Valley Road that might be challenging for some individuals with disabilities or mobility issues. More level spots are nearer the building. As you enter, there is a board that lists the daily specials. A friendly host asked if we preferred a booth or table. We opted for a table and were seated to the left in the main dining room. To the right of the main entrance is another dining room of similar size but it has a bar at the far end, a large table seating ten and fewer overall tables. I am not certain if that side also contains booths. The booths will seat four average-sized adults comfortably. The decor is fresh, clean and comfortable. Not too fancy so as to be stuffy but also not so casual as to be mundane and dull. It struck a nice balance. Our waiter was friendly and attentive without hovering or being intrusive. He answered all of our questions, gave us added time to order since one of our party of four arrived a few minutes later since he drove separately, and took down our orders quickly and efficiently. Water and soft drinks were served very quickly. None of our dinner party regularly consumes alcohol and we did not order any alcohol so I can't comment on the wine list. The food menu is extensive and has many of the usual items you would expect at an Italian restaurant but there were some interesting options as well that made for a very nice selection to choose from. The four entrees we ordered were Fettucchini Alfredo, Chicken Florentine, Chicken Arrabiata and Manicotti. Each entree came with a fresh mixed greens salad. The Caesar and Ranch dressings we had on the salads tasted homemade and were excellent. Along with a salad were freshly baked, hot knotted yeast rolls that were slightly chewy and delicious! As far as the four entrees we tried, all of them were prepared well, served hot and tasted great. We basically cleared our plates so that's a good indication of how much we enjoyed the food! The cream sauces were smooth, flavorful, rich but not overly rich or salty like other Italian restaurants often times can be when they're trying to compensate for a lack of flavor. The Chicken Arrabiata had a mildly spicy sauce that was also full of flavor and just the right amount of heat. The chicken had been pounded thin and likely pan seared, and while it tasted more than fine it was just a tiny bit overcooked and slightly dry imo. This was only a single very slight negative in an otherwise fantastic dining experience. Price was good for a meal of this quality.

Delicious pasta! Must try the eggplant parmigiana! One of the best I've had! Their Alfredo sauce is also amazing.

Fruiti de mare with Alfredo sauce, chicken parm

Beautiful Italian restaurant that beats any I've had in bigger cities. It was so homey, the wait staff was wonderful, and the food was to die for. The marinara is bright, fresh, and acidic in the best way. I would have licked my plate if it wasn't such a nice business. Frutti di Mare was pricey but oh so worth the $28, 10/10 recommend the Alfredo sauce with it. Will make the drive here again and again. We regret not getting the tiramisu to go, it was gorgeous at the table next to us.

Okay so I read both reviews and the negative one definitely felt honest but I didn't want to cook tonight and I'm so over the same old places, so we decided to roll the dice. My husband got the Portabella Mushroom Ravioli and he said it was great, he did say the Alfredo had minced garlic in it which is different than he is use to but still very good. I had the Tortellini Alla Panna w/chicken and it was divine! It took me back to my favorite Italian restaurant where I would order this same thing.. food that can transport you to the past can be very powerful. The rolls were also very good. We also got the Tarmisu was amazing.. my husband doesn't eat dessert like ever and he ate a lot. To address the negative review, yes there are no white table cloths but the restaurant is decorated very nicely. About the wine, and them posting a picture of a rack of wine, yes they currently don't serve alcohol but that's due to liquor license taking awhile to obtain. They do have a nice little bar area that I'm sure they will have stocked with wine ASAP. So the "canned red sauce" comment.. we did not get anything with it but after trying my sauce I highly doubt the marinara is canned. Everything I saw come out looked very good definitely one of the best restaurants in Glasgow. I agree stock photos need to be switched out but thats an easy fix. We moved from Texas, I have a culinary degree and we eat upscale home cooked meals every night. So I feel like if you read the bad review and didn't go due to it, ignore it and try it.. very good and great service! Sorry for bad pics I used my daughters old phone to take them since my son was on my phone lol

Everything was excellent!! The food. The service. The ambiance. All of it! We started with a roasted pepper & potato soup that was one of the best soups I've ever had. The balance of flavor was just right! I had chicken parmigiana and my husband had the shrimp & chicken Dijon special. We both would get those selections again. He said he only wished for a few more shrimp and more mushrooms (he loves them). I tried the chicken and the flavor of the dijon sauce was so uniquely delicious. I got the tiramisu for dessert and it did not disappoint. The flavor was excellent. We will definitely be back!

With its brick facade and red awnings, the Gondolier may initially appear to be just another eatery in a strip mall. Don't let it deceive you; this region's Italian cuisine is comparable to Kentucky's bourbon: The harbor is stocked with pasta, pizza, and enough garlic to keep off vampires for ages, and the bright red sign invites hungry travelers like a lighthouse directing ships to safe harbor. As soon as you enter, you are taken to a cozy, welcoming Italian restaurant in small-town Kentucky. The atmosphere perfectly balances "nice enough to celebrate your anniversary if you forgot to make reservations somewhere fancier" with informal family dining. Paintings of Venice's well-known canals and gondolas cover the walls. We started with the Calamari in marinara sauce, made in-house. I opted for the Pork Tenderloin Souvlaki plate, which includes a Greek salad, marinated, trimmed pork cuts served on pita bread with tzatziki sauce, and rice. My wife opted for the Zorba Special, which is slices of gyro meat, chicken souvlaki, pork tenderloin souvlaki & grilled shrimp, served with pita bread. Also, with the Greek salad on the same plate, she opted for French fries and a side of tzatziki. For dessert, we had a combination of both Baklava and cannoli. We also enjoyed a draft Beer pitcher along with our soft drinks. This is the first time I have had draft beer since COVID in 2020. Overall, our experience at Gondolier Pizza was fantastic. It is easily one of the best dining spots in Glasgow, and we are already planning our next trip back to try more of the menu. If you haven't been yet, you are missing out.

It's a bit confusing to find the restaurant though from there, as there is no access from the first floor. But from the 2nd and 3rd floor there is access using the elevator. The bulb in the elevator area needs to be replaced because it's burned out, and all dark like a scene from a horror movie. The restaurant faces the ballpark stadium Inside the restaurant there weren't many customers on a weekday for dinner. It was our waitresses second day and she messed up quite a lot. Like the bill/check had us all ordering drinks and extra meat with our pasta, but we didn't do any of that. But she was nice about it all, and even comp'd us a $5 beer which I pointed out to her that she didn't add to the bill yet (that being the one and only omission in the midst of all the wrong add-ons). The fried calamari appetizer was good. Only the rings. No arms. The pomodoro sauce was nice. But overall it was just an average dish and much better at other places. The New York strip was good. But they didn't have asparagus. That would be ok if not for the fact that they only have 3 sides to choose from: roasted potatoes, rice, and asparagus. So it was either double potatoes or the rice. So we got the rice. And it was super boring, and tasted overcooked and chewy. The steak and potatoes were good though. The kid's Alfredo was good too. But the carbonara was kinda bland. The waitress and said it was a white sauce but upon checking it was butter sauce she told us. But it was really not worth it. The complimentary bread they served with the meal tasted like pretzel bread. Kinda hard and chewy. But hot. It was good. It comes with olive oil for dipping. Over $100 for 3 people. It was kinda steep. And add to that a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Well that really was like salt in the wound. Is all of bowling green like that with credit surcharges? Sure hope not.

We started with the fried cheese ravioli appetizer. Two thumbs up. Way up. And they bring out bread with it that soaks up that extra sauce so well. It is the perfect complement to that appetizer. For the main meal, we went with the Baked Mac Poseidon, Chicken Parmigiano, Meatball Marinara, and Eggplant Parmigiano. The chicken and meatballs here are fantastic. The eggplant was maybe the best I've ever had. Anywhere. The Baked Mac was the only dish I didn't love, and that stems from the fact that I have never liked mixing cheese and seafood. If that's your thing, I say go for it. As a bonus, these guys can make a pretty good Bloody Mary. I'll be back. If you're driving anywhere near the county seat of Logan, it's worth a stop. We always enjoyed the pizza here so when we inquired about the pizza menu, none was provided but the server "rattled off" three pizza options. Not a good impression since, once we got a menu from the manager, there were plenty of choices. Took, what seemed like, forever to get drinks -- still not sure if there was actually a bartender or if the servers were handling the drinks. MUSIC IS INSANELY LOUD!!! TERRIBLE! Food was mediocre -- it used to be off the charts fantastic. Shrimp and Grits (two orders) were floating in grease from the onions and peppers -- it was awful. Pasta Alfredo, with shrimp and chicken was very good! Salmon with risotto was just okay. Long story short -- this place used to be fantastic, an absolute no brainer to visit regularly. You're a restaurant in the business of hospitality, right? Perhaps share that with your employee named Ellie, who took it upon herself to nastily and aggressively berate my sister this evening. Let me paint a picture for you. Our party dined with you in observance of three family birthdays (my sister's being one of them) and brought a homemade cake to enjoy, just as we did last year when we reserved the vault room. Imagine our surprise when, upon receiving the checks, we were charged a $25 "cake cutting fee." I realize that's just semantics, like a "corkage fee," but maybe call it something else when the servers do no such thing. I digress. When questioned by my sister about the charge, Ellie told her in no uncertain terms that the cake cutting fee was clearly posted "on the door, the menu, and the website." Multiple members of our party thoroughly checked all three places and found it stated NOWHERE. The audacity! How rude and misinformed can one person be? Needless to say, an otherwise pleasant experience was instantly and wholly ruined by one person's lack of professionalism and tact. I've never had a bad experience at Copper & Oak, so I'm not sure what's gone wrong at La Cosa Nostra, but none of my meals there have come close by comparison. And you can be assured I'll never spend my hard earned money there again; in fact, I'll be hesitant to support Copper & Oak by mere association. And I'll be quick to caution others regarding both establishments. I'll be curious to see if this email is ignored (my prediction) or handled in a timely, professional manner. And even more curious to see - if acknowledged - how you intend to remedy the situation. Oh, and you might consider updating the website, as you highlight both spaghetti and meatballs and saltimbocca, but serve neither."
