Well not sure how to start . Being in a small town restaurant choices are limited. If you haven't had Pho you be fine with this place. If you have , like myself you won't like it. Broth was salty and I've eaten Pho around the world. Broth was scalding hot which is good. Probably should use more bones in broth because there was little or no collagen .The brisket was cooked , should be raw. Hoshin sauce was added , should have been on the side. There was no tripe or tendon in the bowl. It can easily be improved. Service was great . The young lady at the front seat was polite and inviting . read more

My wife and I had dinner here tonight. And it was surprisingly good! The young lady who was our server was very very nice and helpful. And the food was very authentic and good. I had the pad Thai and my wife had the Tom Yum soup. Take a look at the pictures as to what they look like. The decor was OK, maybe a little shabby, but it was fine. The price point was spot on for the quality and quantity of food that we received. One little hiccup though, the menu said that my wife's soup came with rice but she did not get the rice. We stopped here just as the restaurant opened for lunch after our tour of Mammoth Cave. It was a nice meal where the food was fresh as we were the first people to dine in for the day. The space was intimate. Our server was very friendly. We ordered Pho Soup, Pad Thai, Breaded Mushrooms, Egg Rolls, Pot Stickers, Tom Yum Noodle Soup, and Stir-Fried with Noodle. In the future, we'd love to see a menu with pictures which would make it easier to make a decision when ordering food. We'd also love to see the restaurant renovate the space to be authentically Asian as it would really add a nice cultural touch of diversity. My husband tried the pad thai spicy level 5 which was good but the peanut sauce was more sweet than we are used to. If thats your thing, go for it!! Staff was super friendly and attentive. She explained the owner was from Cambodia and made all of the food from scratch. We were surprised there weren't more Asian dishes on the menu but managed to find a few things we liked and took them to go. We had the egg rolls which were the BEST egg rolls I've ever had. I also had the chicken and vegetable with noodles which was very tasty. I had the spice level of 3 (out of 10) and it was HOT but good. We also had the Sweet and sour chicken which is not what you would expect. It was a big piece of grilled chicken with Sweet and sour sauce over it with a side of rice. The Tom Yum soup is fantastic! I also like the Noodle Stirfry with Chicken. Everything is made to order and is customizable. If you like spicy foods, they allow you to add a heat/spice level between 1-10. I ordered a level 5 in the Tom Yum and it was a bit too spicy (although the sever tried to warn me that it might be too spicy-I didn't listen). This restaurant is a treasure in our town. My only surprise is that there is not a wait of 30-45 minutes every Friday and Saturday night. The food is great whether American or Asian. The combination allows my wife and I the ability to have Asian Fusion while having many selections for our children whose palate is more conservative. Wife and I stopped in here for lunch. She had the club with fries and found it to be excellent. First time she had ever had pickles on a club, she thought that was a cool addition. I had the chicken fried rice and asked for it to be hot. They spiced it up rather nicely and had my nose running before the end of the meal. (that means it's good!) The inside could be mistaken for the typical Chinese takeout joint and needs a makeover badly. However, the menu varies widely and has some great American options. Tried it for the first time the other day, a quirky little place. The server was very nice and informative she explained the difference between Chinese food and Tai style and the heat levels. The food was good although the vegetables in the rice were from a frozen pack and you could really tell it. The menus is American/Asian.
