I don't go to Chick-fil-A too often, but this morning I had a little crave for some breakfast and I had a free voucher for hashbrowns and funds on my mobile account. One thing I can really appreciate is that they offer protein without a biscuit or bun. I conveniently placed an order on the Chick-fil-A app. One thing we can all say about Chick Chick-fil-A is despite the lines being long in the drive-through. They're always pretty quick. My order was mostly accurate. They forgot to add the sauce I requested at the drive-through line. Not too big of a deal because I needed to use the restroom in their lobby anyways. Overall, the inside of the restaurant was very well maintained. And the bathrooms were pretty clean. The kind young lady at the counter provided me with the sauce needed. I'm not sure what's going on with Chick-fil-A but the food and to-go service has taken a huge hit over the last year. Let's start with the service: When this location first opened it was amazing. Two drive-thrus made getting in and out super fast but for some reason, about a year ago they changed the drive-thru to one lane for traditional drive-thru ordering and the the other for pickup orders. It seemed like ordering ahead on the app would be the way to go. Turns out I was wrong. When you order and pay in the app, they don't start preparing your food until you arrive and scan a QR code, so basically it removes the ordering and paying in line, which is super fast anyway. This leads to sitting in line to pickup your preordered food and watching people in the other line order, pay, get their food and leave while you sit and wait because someone preordered a large order that wasn't prepared before they got there and is holding up the pickup line. This has happened both times I've tried to use it which leads me to ask: WHAT'S THE POINT OF ORDERING AHEAD OF TIME!! So, they made pickup orders slower and people ordering traditionally being limited to one line and slowing it down also. What a stupid decision. Now the food: I don't know what's going on, but the fries taste stale and have a weird aftertaste. The chicken has been off. I can't put my finger on why but it's not right. It could have been old the couple of times I've been in the last few months but it's supposed to be freshly made when I get there which is what takes so long in line. I don't know but at least the lemonade is still good so that saves them a star... I always loved Chick-fil-A so it's a shame that longer wait times for lower quality food will keep me away but I guess that's the way things are now. read more

This is your typical generally great Chick-fil-A. Like all Chick-fil-As I've ever visited, this location runs like a well-oiled machine. We visited to grab some quick kids meals, and even though the drive-thru line was long (like it usually is for any Chick-fil-A), we got through quickly. The only bummer is that they forgot ketchup packs and our straws, but what are you going to do? The food tasted good, they have rabbit-turd ice in their drinks, the staff is quick and friendly, so all was forgiven. read more

I feel completely biased writing a review for Chickfila, mainly because it's my favorite place to eat chicken and everyone is always super nice! So I'm gonna do my best to critique to one who doesn't know the vibe. Me and my party of 4 when to dine in to a moderate level of conversational noise level not noisy at all. The dining room wasn't packed for a Saturday night. Unlike the drive thru it was lined up but moving along pretty well with those trying to hurry to get their Chic fix before closing into Sunday. We definitely took advantage of our favorites there. I was first ordering my Cobb salad w/o bacon because of my no pork diet and they made it happen! The person that took my order behind the counter was very helpful and informative about how my chicken nuggets came with my salad. I didn't feel rushed to decide which dressing to choose either (a plus). I chose the avocado lime ranch so glad I did! My husband got his favorite spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries and my son did as well. His girlfriend got a chicken sandwich with waffles fries too. Seems like as soon as we sat down we got our food brought to us. Everything was fresh and delicious as usual. Before I thought to Yelp my checkin, I was done eating my salad. That was my first time trying the Cobb salad there. I was satisfied and full. It will be interchangeably be picked with the Mac and cheese with grilled chicken nuggets. This is one of two Chick-fil-A's in Bowling Green, Ky. I've been to both and the service is sub par. Friendly staff and the absolute fastest drive thru in any fast food business I've been too. The line can look notorious, literally 20 cars plus, deep in the drive thru; but don't worry..:.cause you won't be there for over 5 minutes! What a relaxing atmosphere to have a quiet moment before work! I had the egg white grill and it was delicious and healthy. Every chance I'm in the south I have to stop and get some chick fil a. This chick fil a was fantastic. The location is by WKU. The location was packed. I couldent be leave how many people were actually inside the chick fil a. The staff was very nice. They had 4 registers open because the amount of people. After we ordered a server brought over our food. I ended up getting 2 spicy chicken #4 just the sandwich. I could only eat one of the sandwiches. In my opinion chick fil a is how fast food should taste. I know deep frying chicken isn't healthy but there food is always consistent. I hope there stores don't change. I do recommend coming to this chick fil a. I will defiantly be back. read more

While traveling I had carry out dinner here. It was close to my hotel and convenient. It is located off an access road as are most things off of Scottsville road in bowling green. It was very crowded but service was fast and folks at the counter were friendly. I ordered a chicken salad with the lite vinaigrette dressing. So glad I checked my bag before I left the store because they only gave me one packet of dressing and it would not have been enough for the salad which was good size, fresh and tasty. No crackers were offeted or placed in my bag. In addition I ordered a vanilla milkshake. As I stood waiting for my order they brought me my milkshake probably 5 minutes before they gave me my salad which I thought was odd. But luckily I had a fridge in my hotel and was able to refreeze it while I ate my salad. But the milkshake had absolutely no taste and was disappointing. I threw most of it away. These restaurants are always busy but service was pretty quick and food is typically good. Reasonable prices for fast food. Drive thru is always crowded. read more

Food was good, tasted the same everywhere you go but no service with a smile from anyone. All these teenagers had big old frowns. I'm not sure if it was because my girlfriend and I are an interracial couple but I don't know if that's the case. They frowned at everyone else but what looked to be like a manager in a green shirt had his angry eyes on towards us and a group proceeded to talk about us. How do I know this? Because I can read body language and when green shirt guy was talking he would not lose eye contact with me. After he his lips stopped moving everyone in that circle turned in our direction making it more obvious. All I'm saying is if you don't want to be there and you aren't happy working there then either don't work or find somewhere else for employment. Holy crap. Biggest Chick-fil-a I have ever seen. The drive thru line was so long and there was NO parking to eat indoors. I drove around the lot for a few minutes before finding a spot like 3 mins from the door. It's PACKED. There's basically no seats. I was just stopping in on my way back home from the Gulf Shores. The lemonade is not fresh. Bleck. Tasted like Minute Maid. Not what I normally have when I visit my normal Chick. Definitely not a spot to stop into off the interstate!!! 2nd visit. Saturday at 5pm (not a peak rush). Took my 3 YO and 2 YO to the men's room, it was clean. Went to the play area and started ordering via the CFA1 app. I walked to the front of the store to pick up our food. The employee at the pick up area was in a lengthy conversation with another employee who was making an order, or something. There was no pause in their convo to see if I needed anything. I waited politely. I saw my name on a screen flashing in red, I could tell that was a bad sign. Another employee (some kind of shift manager, he had a swipe card that did stuff to the register) finally asked the customers gathered there "any mobile orders?". Keep in mind I'd walked away from the counter 3 times to go check on my kids (there were no other kids in the play area). I told him yes, and that was my name flashing in red on that screen. It took 15 minutes for the food to come out and the order was wrong. They mixed up my drink and replaced my kids fruit cup with fries. When I sat down with my kids to eat, there was no manager/team member visit to see if our visit was going well. Store Operator, these employees need help. read more

A horrible experience. Handed wrong order, handed it back, asked for correct order. After checking around staff realized handed our food to someone else. Asked to park us, said it would be "just a minute." After waiting 10, someone comes to get our receipt so they can get out our order(they've lost it) and after 10 more minutes of waiting(no, I'm not kidding) I had to go in and ask for a manager to get our food. Manager was unhelpful and insincere in her apology. I think people just excuse Chick-Fil-A of anything because they're Chick-fil-A. They've lost a customer. Chick-fil-A consistently provides excellent service and delicious food, and this one is no exception. I've eaten here several times, and it's always great. What impresses me even more is that they can have a double line of cars around the building, and I still get through the line with food in hand faster than I can get through some places with two cars ahead of me. I went in to order an 8oz bottle of ranch and it took 6 minutes! They were not busy at all and the bag sat on the counter for about 3-4 minutes so I saw it and no one not even the bagger ran it out. This was something so simple it should've taken seconds. I would've just gone back at gotten it myself! This Chick-Fil-A is always crowded, which seems like a bad thing but it is a very good thing! Their food is always good, always hot and fresh. Sometimes I think their fries are too salty, but I think that is just more of a personal preference. Drive thru almost always has a line. At lunch and on weekends they have a system set up where the employees are outside taking orders and I do think it helps with the flow of traffic. It doesn't stop me from visiting at peak times! I don't usually eat fast food, but on a trip south we stopped in for breakfast. The service was fast and friendly, restaurant was clean. The food was great. Grandson was able to stretch his legs in the play area after being in the car so long. The fruit cups are fresh, everything we ordered was very good. The lady taking our order was patient with us trying to order breakfast at lunchtime. Time change! read more

My daughter and I frequent this chicfila because it's usually clean, it's never made me sick, they rarely get an order wrong and when they do, it's not a big deal to fix it. One day, many issues happened at once and the manager (older woman) handled it better than most managers would have. She went above and beyond to address the issue. Also one of the few places where a family with young child(ren) can go and not have to worry about offending anyone if their kids aren't completely silent. Family night events are awesome! My biggest complaint is that there's not more than one location! It's so busy! A second location would be amazing for bowling green just so traffic could be spread out a little more evenly. However they have managed to handle the large amount of traffic very well. read more

What would you do? For us the answer was easy - Chick-fil-A (Campbell Lane, Bowling Green) to the rescue! Due to Andy Robinson (Manager), Erika (cashier) and the unsung, unknown female delivery person, Chick-fil-A saved the day! It was everything we've all grown to expect from this great franchise. The food was delivered on time, hot, and of course delicious. Food is consistently good. Staff is young, energetic and very respectful. As their work pace allows they often stop by your table to see if you would like a drink refill. My children are grown but Tuesday's are still fun to see the happy faces on kids night. read more

Everyone loves this place but when you walk in BEFORE 10:30 to get some minis but when you get to the register at 10:35 are told they aren't going to do the minis because it's past 10:30.
