My first time in a blaze pizza and have to say I'm disappointed in myself for not coming here sooner. With so many options to make the pizza perfect for your favorite style of pizza you really can't go wrong. All the ingredients tasted fresh and the pizza was cooked in there brick oven to perfection. The service was polite fast and friendly. Also when I say fast I mean very fast. Look out jimmy johns, Blaze might be more freaky fast. The dining room was clean and it was nice that on a beautiful day you can enjoy your meal out on the patio. My sister and I went to Blaze on Pi day to take advantage of the $3.14 pizza deal. It was not advertised anywhere in the building that the deal was buy one pizza @ regular price and get the 2nd one @ $3.14. It was only after questioning my bill did an employee named Chris explain the details. Chris also stated that he tried to make sure that he made everyone aware in advance. However, neither me nor my sister heard him announce the details of the deal before, during or after eating our meal. In addition, Chris went to the tables on the right and the left of us asking if the patrons would like to take a survey, skipping our table completely. Upon me asking if my sister and I could take the survey, he acted confused as if he didn't just put the QRG card with the survey back in his pocket, clearly not wanting us to share our experience. read more

on Wednesday WKU had different events set up which us WKU students were apart of, we was able to walk around to different vendors and see what was being advertised. I got way too excited to see that some employees from Blaze pizza had came and attend this event (being one of the best places i have ever ate at) me and a few friends went over to spin the wheel they had set up, they were passing out free pizza cards and other things so it was fun. but a few things we noticed was that they didn't seem to really care about what they was doing, they were a bunch of kids with no manager (unless they were else were handing stuff out) the two girls there really wasn't doing much advertising so the energy kind of stunk. they were cussing, dancing and one tall guy seemed to be under the influence of something. you couldn't really understand what he was saying when you talked to him. More of our friends showed up so we took them over so they could spin the wheel and one of the girls (she was black) told them they couldn't spin the wheel because they already have (which they haven't, they just showed up) and the other girl with brownish hair (white girl) just had a smerky look on her face and started laughing. So we walked off...It probably would have felt more friendly if they were supervised by an adult. Next time we have an event like this going on maybe nicer and friendlier people should come. read more

I have been into Blaze Pizza multiple times and gave them the benefit of the doubt each time until now. There have been multiple instances where the environment set by managers have been very unprofessional and/or downright disgusting. One night when I came in to get a pizza, one of the managers (female, blonde, I believe the name started with a P, wears glasses) was throwing food at one her workers. This was the point that I drew the line. The floors behind the counter were covered in a white powder (I assume it was flour). Another time I came in and one of the younger workers (female, bleach blonde, a bit stocky) yelled a curse word loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. It was very unprofessional and offending as a customer. I felt as if I wasn't respected as a paying customer. The environment should be family friendly and I feel as though I can't bring my children to this establishment without teaching them naughty words or to throw things at other people. I feel that I should point out that most of the workers were working diligently to help us but unfortunately the few represent the whole. The food was good, but after seeing food being thrown my appetite ceased to exist. I will not be returning and I encourage others to consider if broken heath code violations is worth it paying eight dollars for. read more

The pizza is great.... But yesterday while I was standing and waiting on my pizza I over heard a conversation with the cashier "Wes" I believe , talking to the other employees about how high he was and how Another employee that was tall and looked kinda mixed (maybe 20) looked messed up and he needed to put eye drops in.. I understand that a person can do whatever but when your talking about it in front of customers then that's a problem. A few other people around me was talking about the situation as well... When I asked to speak to a manager I was told he already left. I will be talking to the people in charger over this matter... This is a family restaurant.. I WILL NOT BE BACK read more

I recently visited Blaze Pizza and had the pleasure of being assisted by Chris. His customer service skills are exceptional, and he made my dining experience truly enjoyable. Chris is not only efficient and attentive, but he also has a great sense of humor and is genuinely entertaining to talk to. He made sure that my order was perfect and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It's clear that Chris takes pride in his work and values his customers. I'll definitely be returning to Blaze Pizza, thanks to the fantastic service provided by Chris. Highly recommend! read more

The food was very good. We came around lunch time so it was fairly busy but the staff was super efficient while also making us not feel rushed. When we sat down we had a great experience with Chris, who brought us our food and was constantly cleaning and making sure all the customers in the seating area were taken care of. He gave great recommendations and was lovely to talk to. Overall it was a great experience and Chris made it a 10/10 read more

My family and I came to Blaze for the first time on vacation and had a fantastic experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My two girls, 7 and 4, can be very picky eaters and ate every bite of their pizza! The price was also very good. We bought 3 pizzas and 2 drinks and spent around $20. Not too bad for a hungry family of 5. We will definitely be coming back!!! read more

My husband and I wanted to try something different than our usual favorites so we decided to try Blaze Pizza. What a great decision! The food was fast and fresh--Pizza any way you want and salads with fresh ingredients. Manager, Cheryl, does a great job keeping restaurant clean and employees friendly, especially Ashley. Pros: 1. You can order online. But still have to drive there, walk up to the counter, and then wait 3 mins while it is being cooked. Cons: 1. No delivery 2. Long line 3. Noisy as a sports bar, plus person yelling names 4. Personal size pizza for $8 5. Tastes like frozen store bought pizza, plus burned crust. *Would have given this zero stars if possible. read more

I will not be coming back at for dinner.. I will come back during the day. I don't know who the mangers are over night but its a bunch of kids acting out and cussing loudly where the customers can hear it.. Night time is defiantly not a place to take your kids for dinner. Someone needs to get the kids under control and get a better night time manager! read more

The restaurant was sparkling clean, the crew was friendly and energetic, manager Ben being exceptionally helpful getting me started on my first time and making sure I had a pizza I was thrilled with.
