I couldn't recommend this place enough. I've been or had it delivered a couple of times a week since we started going there. It's so refreshing to have something different hit Bowling Green, and it tastes SUPER fresh. The staff is great, and always happy to help with explaining and recommending, so don't be nervous if you're not super experienced with a restaurant like this. Was so excited to see this place opening up in BG. Even though we're moving we had to visit once before we left! It was so yummy! They had all the amazing options. I would give a negative review if I could. My order was wrong, ordered two Bg Fresh bowls and didn't even know what one of them was. The servers behind the counter argued with me about my order. Hostile environment, employees were disrespectful and rude. Found a small, black hair in my bowl and they refused to refund my other bowl as well. Ridiculous customer service to expect someone to consume food that was made alongside contaminated food. An employee behind the counter said "good luck" when she went to get the manager. The manager was also extremely rude. I ended up just leaving without the refund. At the end of the interaction I didn't even want the money because of how hostile the environment was. Definitely will not be going back and would not recommend this establishment to anyone who values their health, money, or experience. read more

The owners are very rude. They treat their employees badly by yelling at them in front of customers because they are not as fast as some of the other employees. I won't pay money to eat somewhere where the owners treat people that way in front of customers and doesn't wait until they are in private, that's degrading for the employee, especially when you have a bunch of young girls working for you. I won't be back and I will tell others the same when they ask my opinion. read more
