The Cashier did not sincerely listen and follow the orders received because the customers received incompleted order! The customer ordered the $7.00 fill ups deal, but was charged $8.39 and $2.49 for "Aquafina" water which was witnessed that it came from the foundation, not bottled. When ordering online for a pick up order pay no attention to the pictures of your selected items because that's NOT what you are ordering. This is (and for the most part) always been the most mismanaged KFC of any that I've ever been to! By 6:00 PM they ran out of original recipe chicken and took 25 minutes to wait for more to be fixed. The inside was practically empty but their excuses were drive-thru and Door Dash but SOMEONE should've noticed the trays getting empty. I don't even know why I give this place additional chances. The dining room will make you lose your appetite. Floor is sticky, food in the floor, etc. But sometimes, you want fried chicken and given Glasgow's limited selection of eating establishments, this is currently all there is. Our take-out orders are always incorrect, including today when I ordered a Smokey Mt. BBQ sandwich and received something totally different. I didn't want to bother with a receipt, but given the fact I didn't want to drive all the way back anyway, why bother? We are big fans of the friendliness, quality and cleanliness of the Bojangles chain, but have heard the Popeye's we are getting is pretty good too. Hopefully, we will have an actual fried chicken option aside from KFC. If not, we will drive to Bowling Green like we already do to grocery shop. . . but that's another story. read more

Ok my rant for the day. Saturday Rosa Humphrey Wilson went to kfc n Glasgow n got a 12 piece meal upon her arrival at home they gave her 6 thighs 3 legs and 3 wings now when I worked in the deli's and sold chicken and you ordered a 12 piece you got 3 legs 3 wings 3 thighs and 3 breast. So I called them and spoke Kathryn and explained to her what happened and she apologized and told me she would replace my meal she also told me that there was wait on breast n I explained to her they should of told her that and she would of waited so I asked her when do I need to come in since I lived 20 miles away n she explained to me come whenever I want she would write my name down. Well let me tell you Rosa went there today to get n of course Kathryn wasn't there n to my surprise no note. So explained to the manager what happened n she said she didn't know anything about it so Rosa told her to call Kathryn and guess what she doesn't remember our conversation so Rosa told her how would I know your name if I hadn't spoke with you. As a previous manger myself my job was to make the consumer happy and if I told them I was going to rectify the problem I did as I said I was going to do not go back on what I told them. So KFC teach your managers to be true to their word's or that mistake can get around and ruin your reputation. I'm not asking for anything free I just want them to keep your word this day and age you don't need negative publicity.
