The experience overall was very good. Christine was our waitress and she was very high energy. The overall feel was a bit like Texas Roadhouse. It was not overly loud, and we felt secluded in the booth, even though we were in the side of the dining room. The food was excellent. The kitchen was very fast. We had an appetizer of fried pickles. These were delightful. They were sliced the long way and the batter had just the slightest hint of heat. I also had the mesquite salmon with the raspberry chipotle sauce. The salmon was cooked well and the raspberry sauce must have been homemade. Very delicious. A nice find on this excursion.

I went there tonight and my steak may as well of still been mooing. I ordered it medium came out rare. The rolls were half burnt. Mac and cheese was incredibly dry, tasted like it had been microwaved multiple times. My baked potato was hard as a rock. Overall horrible experience. And when I told my server and it he acted like he did not care. Will not be back

Steaks were great. Portions were fair for the price and service was excellent. Place was full on a Sunday afternoon at 1:00 with a 15-20 minute wait time. Decor is fun and fits the western theme. Booths were comfortable and seating was not on top of each other. Parking was close and handicapped accessible entrance made for easy seating and bathroom use.

Ordered with our eyes and had to eat everything because we just couldn't stop. Wowzah! Great meal. Om nom nom

Went here after seeing Mammoth Caves. They had large portions, fresh food, and very tasty. Our server was Taylor, she was friendly and attentive. It was perfect for after a long day of hiking.

A standard chain, Texas Roadhouse style restaurant with predicable, but decent menu. Food is fine and service is very friendly.

Food is great, might be a little pricey for Glasgow but worth the treat. Steaks and seafood selections abundant. I'm taken with this place.

Colton's is a great option in Glasgow. Nothing spectacular but they do have good food and good service. We've gone here many times!

I WANT THIS AS A PERMANENT MENU ITEM!…read more I recently had a craving for Applebees and when I heard they had the new O-M-Cheese burger, I had to give it a try! Once I ordered and it arrived, I literally said to myself "Oh My Cheesiness!" It looked so good I wanted to preserve it in a Museum of Cheesiness, especially the fries with it, (although the Spicy Honey Mustard more likely was just Honey mustard that was Hot.. not as much Spice as i thought) all in all I'd definitely recommend it and I Hope it becomes a permanent menu item! Ambiance is good too.

While eating with my large family, I had a piece of steak become lodged in my throat. It was a terrifying emergency, and the staff immediately sprang into action once they noticed what was happening. They called 911 while an off-duty EMT who happened to be there attempted the Heimlich maneuver to try to dislodge the steak. Although it could not be dislodged at the restaurant, their fast response ensured that emergency services were already on their way, and I was transported by ambulance for medical treatment. In the middle of all the chaos, they showed an incredible amount of kindness by putting our entire party's meal on the house. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to my family during such a stressful and emotional moment. It's easy to review a restaurant based on the food, but today I'm reviewing the people. The care, compassion, and humanity the Applebee's team showed us is something I'll never forget. Thank you to every employee who helped, to the off-duty EMT who stepped in to assist, and to everyone who made sure my family was cared for during such a traumatic experience. Your kindness made an unforgettable impact, and we are forever grateful!!!

After several days of Southern comfort food (and enough fried food to last me a while ), Napoli's…read morewas exactly what we were hoping to find. The menu is enormous and honestly rivals some of the Italian restaurants back home in Los Angeles. We were surprised to see entrées here that we don't even find at some of our favorite Italian restaurants in LA. Everything we ordered was beautifully prepared and fresh. The tortellini was rich without being heavy, the veal was perfectly cooked, and even the cannoli was outstanding. It felt like a restaurant that genuinely takes pride in its food. The highlight of the evening, though, was Alessandro. He shared stories, made us laugh, and immediately made us feel welcome. When my husband asked for ranch dressing with his salad, Alessandro smiled and said, "Welcome to Kentucky!" I guess he knew right away we weren't locals. What started as a search for a break from all the fried food around here turned into one of the best meals of our trip. If you're anywhere near Glasgow, don't miss this hidden gem.

Sitting unassuming along Happy Valley Road, Napoli's Italian Restaurant is Glasgow's answer to a…read moreclassic, white-tablecloth trattoria. While the exterior might suggest a standard small-town eatery, the interior transforms into an intimate escape, complete with soft lighting and a warm, countryside charm that feels surprisingly sophisticated for Barren County. Here is our experience based on a recent visit starting with our Appetizer: Stuffed Mushrooms, We began the evening with the Stuffed Mushrooms, a dish that sets a high bar for the rest of the meal. These aren't your typical breadcrumb-heavy fillers; instead, the silver-dollar caps are generously packed with a savory blend of crab meat and herbs, then bathed in a rich, velvety sherry pink sauce. The sauce is the real star--creamy with a slight acidic brightness that cuts through the richness of the seafood. It begs to be mopped up with a piece of their warm, house-made garlic rolls. For our main course, the Lobster Ravioli was an absolute triumph. The pasta arrived perfectly al dente, housing a delicate, buttery lobster filling. What elevates this dish above standard fare is the presentation; the ravioli are tossed with chopped tomatoes and fresh basil, then smothered in that same signature pink sauce found in the appetizers. It's a decadent, "more-is-more" approach to Italian dining that feels celebratory. The portions are notably large--typical of Napoli's reputation for value. We selected the Limoncello Mascarpone Cake for dessert. To cleanse the palate after a symphony of cream and garlic, the Limoncello Mascarpone Cake is essential. It's a light, airy sponge cake layered with a tart lemon mascarpone cream and finished with a dusting of white chocolate shavings. Unlike a heavy cheesecake, this dessert is refreshing and bright--a citrusy "exclamation point" at the end of a heavy meal. Napoli's succeeds because it doesn't try to reinvent the wheel; it simply polishes it. Between the attentive, friendly service and a menu that leans heavily into authentic, "made-from-scratch" flavors, it remains a hidden gem for anyone in the Somerset or Lexington area looking for a short drive to a high-quality meal.
