I can only imagine what the kitchen and dumpster area are like The owner, Sarah, is unpleasant and unfortunate to speak to, and that's being kind. The manager Thomas is an absolute fuckwit. He doesn't know up from down and has no idea what he's doing. He can barely use the terminal and the few times I've had the pleasure of interacting with him he openly speaks down to his employees and speaks poorly about them to customers. I don't know who decided to open this Chick-fil-A but they should do some housekeeping in their management department because every experience I've had with "the management" is pitiful. They make Chick-fil-A as a company look awful. Never have I ever consistently experienced such poor things at a Chick-fil-A.

White Castle, oh beacon of late-night cravings and slider sanctuaries!…read more Allow me to serenade you with a lyrical ode to those tiny, onion-kissed wonders: The Slider Symphony: Picture it--a Castle-shaped restaurant, bathed in neon glow. And there it is, the humble 100% beef patty with its trusty sidekicks: onions and a pickle. The Slider, they called it. But oh, it was more--a symphony of flavor, a pocket-sized marvel. Burger Rescues: White Castle, the unsung hero of hunger emergencies! Whether you need salvation from a midnight snack attack or a lunchtime crisis, they've got your back. One burger? Sure. A hundred burgers? Absolutely! They'll save you from the hangry abyss. Fries, Friends, and Flavor: But wait, there's more! Their fries--golden, crispy, and seasoned just right--are like edible confetti. And the service? Phenomenal. The employees care if you like your food or not. It's like having a food-loving fairy godmother. Deals and Delights: White Castle knows how to woo us. Sales, discounts, and deals--they're like love letters to our taste buds. Buy one, get one? Yes, please! They've turned fast food into a romance novel. Fountain Drinks Nirvana: Ah, the fountain drinks! White Castle's Coca-Cola is the stuff of legends. The syrup-to-carbonated-water ratio? Perfectly balanced, like a tightrope walker in flavor town. It's never too sweet, never too watery--it's the elixir of joy. Managerial Maestros: Let's give a standing ovation to the manager and the assistant managers. They orchestrate this burger ballet, ensuring every bite is harmonious. Their secret ingredient? Passion. And maybe a dash of pickle juice. So, fellow burger enthusiasts, heed my call: Go forth to White Castle! Whether you crave one slider or a hundred, whether it's rain or shine, let the scent of grilled onions guide you. And when you sip that perfectly chilled Coca-Cola, know that you're sipping from the fountain of fast-food dreams. White Castle: where cravings meet community, and every bite is a mini adventure.

Our first time ever eating at Jersey Mike's in Glasgow, KY was an absolute disaster, and after…read moretonight, we will NEVER be back. We walked in and were immediately greeted with, "What do you want?" We explained that we had never eaten at Jersey Mike's before and needed a minute to figure out what we wanted. Apparently, taking 60 seconds to look at the menu was too much to ask. Within about 30 seconds, we were being pushed to order. We were also told they were out of white bread, which was no big deal. The attitude, however, was. When my sandwich was ready to be dressed, I asked for cheese. The blonde male employee rudely informed me that the cheese was already on it and was underneath the meat. Since this was our FIRST TIME eating here, I obviously didn't know how they prepared the sandwiches. Instead of simply explaining it, he chose to be rude about it. At the register, I explained that the three of us were together. I was asked what my husband and son had ordered. I didn't know because they were still talking to the employees and I wasn't going to interrupt them. The employee then made a comment about it being time for her to leave, as if we were personally responsible for holding her up. Then came the ridiculous sandwich mix-up. There were three of us in line: me, my son, and my husband. My sandwich was made first. The next sandwich was assumed to be my son's, so my son told the employee what toppings he wanted. We then discovered that sandwich was actually my husband's. Instead of simply saying, "Oops, this is actually your husband's sandwich," the employee removed the toppings my son had requested. Before throwing them away, he actually held the wadded-up toppings in his hand and asked my husband if he wanted them put on his sandwich. My husband said no. Then the employee rudely asked my son, "Why did you tell me what to put on his sandwich?" My son explained that he thought the sandwich was his. The employee huffed and rolled his eyes. Let me be clear: mistakes happen. We aren't upset because a sandwich got mixed up. We are upset because of the absolutely terrible customer service and the disrespectful attitudes from multiple employees. We were first-time customers. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, we were rushed, spoken to rudely, rolled eyes at, and made to feel like we were an inconvenience. If this is how Jersey Mike's in Glasgow treats people who are trying their restaurant for the first time, they shouldn't be surprised when those customers never return. The food might be good, but no sandwich is worth being treated like that. We will take our business somewhere else.
