Solid choice. Solid…read more Great food. Even better service. We got the gamut on the menu. We went from pizza, to a burger, to a ribeye steak (though a touch over cooked), yet none of us were disappointed! If you are a sauce heavy person, ask for extra sauce on your pizza. But regardless, the pizza was fantastic. My daughter said, "mom!! Let's make this our pizza place!" The blackberry mojito (1/2 sweet) was delicious and I'll for sure ask for that again (and pray it's made the same way as this drink was fantastic!) The restaurant is clean. A revolving door of guests. Really really great place! And the bathrooms are clean- which we all know is of utmost importance. When we're hungry for dinner out, don't want to do dishes or are feeling blah- this is our place! It's sure to leave our bellies full and put a smile on our faces. That's a win/win for us!

I also ordered tea and they asked me if I would like to have fries with that. I laughingly said that I couldn't eat the fries because they would literally kill me because I am extremely allergic to shellfish. The guy who was taking my order just told me to pull around. He handed me my tea and said that he needed to get a manager. The manager came to the window right away. He apologetically and kindly informed me that I couldn't eat anything there. Although I can't review the food and will never eat there, the customer service was really great! So, I'm giving five stars for paying attention and not killing me on Friday afternoon. I'll definitely not be taking recommendations from my husband again anytime soon, lol.

I spoke with the manager about the issue, but they were unwilling to resolve the situation or provide a satisfactory solution. It was frustrating to place an order, make the trip to the store, and then have to deal with an unresolved refund afterward. I hope management takes situations like this seriously and improves communication and customer service when online orders cannot be fulfilled.

The owner was incredibly friendly and prepared the food for us after we ordered. We ordered the Elite Meat pizza and 6 boneless wings. Both hit the spot after spending the day hiking through caves. Well, we just had an awful experience ordering pizza from Papa John's Pizza in Glasgow…read more We ordered two pizzas and two cookies for delivery. See the email receipt image. After the delivery driver left, we discovered that instead of two different pizzas, we received two identical pizzas (two of the one with green peppers, the upper one on the receipt). No biggie - mistakes happen. We call the store to get a replacement brought out. The person we speak to says she made the pizzas so she "knows" they were right. Then we are told WE have to drive the wrong pizza back to the store to prove it's wrong to even get a replacement pizza started. So we are being called liars. So we take ALL of the order, as well as the receipt, back to get a refund on the whole thing. We show the pizzas to the person in charge, who had called us a liar and said they knew the pizzas were right. She looks in both boxes, comparing what's in the boxes to the labels on the boxes. She says ok, you can get a refund. No apology. No admission that the pizzas are obviously wrong. Just says that is their "policy" in such situations. We will NEVER buy pizza from Papa John's again. You CAN'T call your customers a liar - even is that is your "policy" (especially after living here 20 years and buying pizza from them that whole time) and expect to keep them. So what SHOULD they have done? They should have apologized for the issue immediately on the phone (they didn't apologize at ANY point in this whole mess) and said they would rush a corrected replacement out and ask us to keep the wrong pizza to give it back to the driver that brings out the replacement (so they could check if it was wrong then). We don't want anything for free. We know mistakes happen. But don't call your customers a liar and then put the onus on the customers to prove whether you are right or not in calling us a liar.
