My eyebrows are naturally shaped and full + fluffy. I asked for a cleaning, instead I got 2 different sets of eyebrows. Different shapes & different thickness. I'm trying not to crash out :) I pointed it out to the artist. And she swears she couldn't see the difference. I then asked her coworker, who then confirmed and apologized. I ended up paying for service and leaving immediately. Needless to say I'm upset. I don't even know how to fix them atm bc make up isn't cutting it.

That it's better for me to draw my other brow on to match my thick side. It's always horrible when a service provider doesn't want to what you requested because it's not matching the current trends. It's wasn't till I came here and meet Payal. She was so sweet. She listened, handed me a mirror and did little by little with constant checks in with me for if I was happy. Unsure what happened to their usual workers but they have a few new ones who are clearly inexperience. I went back a few times after they messed up my eyebrows to give them another shot and coincidentally kept getting the new girls. I'm all for letting the new girls take their time to make my eyebrows look nice but every single time I came out with uneven eyebrows and leftover hairs that I have to pluck out myself at home. Being a regular I know that they offer hand sanitizer before the threading starts and Aloe for after, and every single time the new girls did not offer either. Another con is that they prefer cash only and I used to keep cash on me solely to pay for their services. My last straw was when I gave her cash and she didn't give me any change. I tip very well even with bad service and I wasn't going to make a fuss about a few dollars. I previously recommended this place to a few people and they are also all in agreement that the quality is not the same as it use to be. Anywho, found a new threading place that's cheaper, has high quality work, and isn't cash only!
