Came in on a Saturday night. The main room was mildly full; 3 open tables and 3 guests seated at the bar. I waited at the host stand as is said please wait to be seated but after 3 minutes of standing there, I decided to seat myself at the bar 2 seats away from the host stand, 1 seat away from the other guests at the bar. The 2 bartenders were busy making drinks so I was content to wait. 6 minutes later I had not been greeted nor acknowledged in any way. So gather my belongs and left without anyone even knowing. Don't even look at the other cocktails, go straight for the Delta Royale! The bartender was not wrong when he said "this will ruin all other cocktails for you." So good, and we'll be bringing all our out of town guests here when they visit. Service was excellent too, very knowledgeable waitress and they got us in right at our scheduled reservation time. I do suggest making a reservation, they filled up pretty quickly and never had an empty seat for long. read more

Came here for happy hour and absolutely loved it - super cute spot, extremely friendly staff/host and incredible mojitos ($8). The cocktails were strong and the ambience was perfect. Met a friend here for a drink last weekend. This bar is decorated beautifully and the drinks were great. We wanted another drink, but ended up leaving after one because the music was so loud. My ears were ringing the next morning after spending 45 minutes in there. It wasn't, like, "fun, loud bar" volume. It was "walk in and your ears are bleeding within 10 seconds" volume. If you're looking for a place to have a conversation, this isn't it. I really want to give this place a higher rating but the menu was missing several items on it, like the happy hour oysters. The menu was very limited. It's more of a bar and the decor is beautiful. The ambiance took a turn for the worse with the music. They had on what I can only describe is awful. It sorta sounded like Kanye West or auto-tune garbage combined. It 100% did not go with the bar's decor. It was really ruining it for me and my friend. Maybe we are just too old (mid 40s) or something? Regardless there was a mismatch between the decor and the music, in my opinion. Happy hour was coming to an end and the server didn't offer us anything else, which could have benefited her. I had looked forward to going to this bar for over a year and was horribly disappointed. My friend and I arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation on a quiet Monday evening and were ignored at the door until we finally caught the eye of the bartender and asked to be seated. After he begrudgingly pointed out our table, we sat for another 15 minutes (watching happy hour tick away) while both bartenders averted eye contact, seated another party, served the person who arrived after us, and never came over to greet us or take our order. Eventually, we gave up and left without ever having been acknowledged. Ageism? Arrogance? Hard to say. It definitely was not due to their heavy work load as everyone in the bar (all 10 of them) had clearly been served. I walked by RFM yesterday morning while grabbing coffee next door. I told my husband and friends "we have to come back here later for drinks!!" We arrived around 3 and we all immediately loved it!
