He arrived spot-on-time for our appointment, and then gave a solid look at my roof - he brings binoculars and a camera with a photographic lens to document things. We had a small leak due to some of the shingles underneath the ridge vent were cut short. Ken came and explained the entire issue to us and told us that he can take care of it in a day or so. And as promised his crew was there and did a fantastic job of sealing our ridge vent the way it should have been done in first place. I got a good price and a comprehensive roof replacement from Roof.net. Scheduling was easy and the crew was able to show up the day after I accepted the proposal. Had multiple contractors take a look at a window that is leaking and he found the leak is not from the window itself but the window above it. He suggested using caulking to see if it corrects the issue - definitely an honest person that went out of his way to demonstrate the problem. Mind you the other contractors provided estimates that exceed $3K and if this can be corrected with just caulk, that would be a huge! Ken promptly answered the phone when we called him at 6 pm in the evening to request an estimate. I have to say that I was in a panic when I called Roof.net! I had had my roof repaired by another company 5 years- almost to the day!- when it began to leak into the exact same spot. Now that would be bad enough, if it weren't for the fact it was leaking into the hardwired smoke detectors. Needless to say that was a loud, painful morning. I called the former roofers and after 4 messages and 4 days they ,finally, replied with "Sometime next week we probably, maybe, are able to get out and give estimate" and "Ohhhh well just move the wires and put something to soak up the water in there."- ummmm- hello!
