Glen, the owner of Falcon Roofing was an absolute joy to work with. Many of our neighbors in our area have had roofs redone by him and based on their recommendations, I decided to go to Falcon for an estimate to redo our 20+ years old roof. Glen's estimate came in at less than 50% of the one we got from a national roofing company, without the high-pressure sales pitch, just straight talk after a thorough inspection of our roof. Our new roof and gutters are beautiful- and were installed according to schedule and the cleanup was thorough. I was concerned about my garden, which was right next to the house, but Glen took care to minimize the falling debris from the roof and covered things up with tarps. The new gutters are a significant upgrade from our old ones and I no longer have spillover during heavy rains. Our garage door frame was slightly nicked during the delivery of the pallets of roofing materials, and even though Glen's team was not responsible for the delivery, he spoke to his supplier, arranged for replacement parts, and very kindly repaired the damage himself. Though the damage was only to one side of the garage, he offered to replace the other side as well - and refused to take any payment from me for the extra work. I love being able to support local small businesses and in this case, I am so glad I did. If you need a new roof or repairs, and/or new gutters, Falcon Roofing is the way to go. Glen is a real professional and runs an honest, ethical company. Stay away from the door-to-door solicitors for national companies who will use local craftsman but up-charge by over 100% to cover marketing costs, executive management and profit. read more

Glenn and Falcon Roofing did a great job on a roof replacement and new gutters. He worked with us through our color choice debate. The work was efficient and the clean up great. The price was less than the bigger companies and no sales pressure just a small business that's easy to work with. On the initial inquiry I asked about a chimney cap repair along with the roof replacement, which Glenn promptly told me he no longer had the correct personnel do the cap repair. It is refreshing that if someone can't do the proper job they decline the work. Yes the reviews for falcon are spaced out over a long period of time, they are small but mighty and have been in business a long time. read more

Glenn Provided great service for our minor repair. He quoted a fair price and he and team were timely. They went above and beyond with the repair and left the siding in a much better condition going forward. Very happy with the result and interaction. read more

Extremely quick and efficient work, quote was also lower than other options around the area. Wanted to get our roof replaced due to streaks from age. Guy dropped by to inspect with a ladder and provide us with a quote. It was reasonable and then sent over by email the papers for material and color. Returned papers to them, and they were able to schedule roofing, they were able to accommodate our schedule and reschedule it for another weekend. And then everything was done and cleaned out. Roof and gutter both look great. Best part was that the guy was very straightforward, minimal sales pitch attitude, and finished everything so quickly without fuss. read more

Glenn came out on Friday to give us an estimate on gutter replacement. Price was quite reasonable, and product high quality, so we said we wanted to move forward. Glenn said he would fit us in when he could. Five hours later, he calls and says, since it's supposed to rain later in the day tomorrow, we're not going to do a roof project. Would you like your gutters installed tomorrow at 9am? At 9am on the dot, there was a ring at the door, and Glenn and team were there to install. They were quick and efficient-- actually extruding the gutters on site to custom fit the length needed, so no seems. He also had creative solutions to ensure that thegutters fit with our rain barrels. I only wish we had used him for the roof as well. He stayed with his team the full time. Highest recommendation possible for this small business. I'd give 7* if I could. read more

People all I can say is shop around. This guy or this company is way over priced. As the person before me said they had a small leak same as I did. And these guys wanted to charge 450. I had the next place come out and told me they would do it for 225 plus added a military discount. They couldn't fix it same day but for free tasty Same day he did a quick temporary fix this was before I told him that I was going to book them for the job. But this guy didn't do any of that and was going to over charge by double. Also a person needs to be curious enough to put on boot cover when walking into a persons home especially when the house is carpeted. The other company did do that right of the bat. read more

We had a new roof and gutters put on today: 4-20-22 on a one story single family home. This is our 2nd time using them and we are once again happy customers. ( The first time was for a townhouse we sold. ) The team did an awesome job and for a great price! They came on time, protected bushes, communicated with us as needed during the project, cleaned up afterwards and finished the job in one day. We highly recommend them. read more

We have had a small leak in our roof that we thought we had fixed last winter but apparently it was not fixed completely. As rainy season approached we referred to Angie's List to get in touch with a roofer in our area for a quote. My husband made the call and explained the call and that same day they were able to come by to inspect the problem and provide us with a quote. Once we agreed to have them do the work they scheduled the work for the following day and were here when they said they would be, completed the work quickly and cleaned up all debris so that it's almost like they were never here. The work they did to replace the ridge vent, pipe collars, weatherproofing and laying new shingles around the area was done quickly, professionally and all work and repairs were thoroughly explained and photos of old and new work were emailed to us for our records. I would highly recommend them and use them again for any roofing and similar work. read more

Glenn and his associate provided an expert roof repair where our shingles meet the brick chimney. He was fair with his estimate (cheaper than another local company), provided quick service with quality workmanship, including a water-proof material under the shingles. I look forward to using Falcon Roofing when we need the whole roof repaired. He has also been in the area for many years, with excellent references. read more

Glenn was so great to work with. Very personable and professional. He was able to schedule me in as soon as I received HOA approval.

Glen is very professional and knowlegeable on roofing and gutter installation as well as very personable. We are extremely satisfied with the service of Glenn of Falcon Roofing Inc. Glenn and his associates replaced our roof and gutters this month, May 2019. Not only was Glenn, knowledgeable, polite and efficient, but also very reasonable and honest. He was recommended to us by our neighbor. Falcon Roofing Inc., removed our existing shingles and installed new shingles and power attic roof fan. They used quality products and suitable colors for the HOA. The company also replaced exiting gutters and downspouts. After they were done, they cleaned all the debris properly. Glenn was upfront about pricing and warranties. He told us that there might be additional cost if the CDX or FTR plywood need replacing so that we know exactly what to expect. Lucky for us there was no damage, so he didn't have to replace them. His team finished everything in a day. He was on time, on schedule and communicative of his plans. We highly recommend Falcon Roofing Inc. for anyone who wants to get their roof and gutter replaced. nassissie read more

I found these guys through the neighborhood grapevine and followed up with an Angies list check, where they have a lot (probably the most) A ratings in the area. But was a bit surprised they didn't have anything on yelp - so here goes. I contacted them about a small leak around an attic fan, and when looking at their site, found they did gutter work as well. So I asked for a quote on replacing a crushed section of downspout in addition. I called them on tuesday, mid-morning and they called me back promptly, and we arranged for an inspection/quote the next day. They arrived at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to inspect the various areas they needed to. It was discovered, no shock to me, that the fan was rusting out so replacement was recommended. We set a weather dependent (snow was forecast) appointment for the next day (thursday) to have all the work done. The weather was fine and by 4 pm Thursday, everything was done and cleaned up. I'll note CLEANED up - there were no bits of old material, nails etc left about. Mess left in the wake of job is one of my peeves. Falcon disposed of all the old items and picked up any associated debris. These guys pay attention to the details. Another attention to their detail oriented work is that they used the downspout retaining strap to mask the splice they put in. There was a splice done in the past under the previous owner and it looked like a 5th grader had done the work - rough edges, ends that were just mashed together vs crimped. At the other end of the spectrum, the work by Falcon is invisible at more than a couple feet, and anyone would miss it if not pointed out. Similarly the attic fan was installed with attention to the details, down to noting exactly what temp they set the thermostatic switch to. They were prompt, worked quickly AND paid attention to the detail. Our house is older and will need more work in the future. When that time comes I'll be calling them again. read more

I have a leak in my roof, and I contacted Falcon Roofing after researching highly rated roofers in the area through Angie's List. They were quick to return my phone call, and Glenn was able to stop by to review the issue. I was impressed with his knowledge and straightforward approach. Glenn identified the problem and offered an effective and inexpensive remedy. My roof still has a number or years of life, so I very much appreciated his not trying to sell me more than I needed. Falcon is on my list as my preferred roofer, and I would highly recommend them! read more

I needed a full roof replacement due to numerous leaks that had been occurring and, my gutters to be replaced, and a few more added on my back screen porch. I was able to get this work done within 6 days of signing a contract which was appreciated. Glenn and his crew were prompt, professional, and provided me with a good roof and proper gutters to handle the water which was not the situation prior. I feel that I got a competitive price for this work. I recommend this company, highly. Their clean-up was remarkable. My new roof is great. read more

Glenn came out right away for a roof repair and gave us a great price and great service. No hassles, honest and does good work. What else can you ask for? read more

Wonderful company. I called Falcon Roofing for an estimate for a full roof replacement after hail damaged our roof and gutters. Glen was the only contractor our of four that actually went on the roof to assess what would need to be done and gave me a roof replacement quote without trying to wrangle more money. There was zero pressure, he dropped off the estimate and gave us a few days to look it over and think about it, every other contractor we encountered tried to press me to sign the same day even though they couldn't give me a true estimate. Falcon had THE BEST PRICE BY FAR. When we decided on Falcon, Glen came by and explained everything they planned to do and why (replace roof, skylights, and upgrade gutters), told us about his crew (names and backgrounds), and answered our questions. He informed us that it would take 2 -3 days to finish the project and ensure we had a quality product. Work was scheduled to begin a week after we signed the contract but due to weather it was pushed a week. The day work began they showed on time and began work right away. The workers were very courteous and professional, if it wasn't for the hammering and equipment sounds, I wouldn't have even known they were there. Glen was on site both days and really took care of his crew, ensuring they weren't overexerting themselves in the extreme heat, staying hydrated and safe. The work site was cleaned each day to make sure it was safe for my family to move around. They accomplished beautiful, quality work in a very reasonable amount of time. These gentlemen were not just contractors, they were craftsmen who took pride in their product. We're extremely pleased with the work that was done and we'd definitely recommend them. read more
