After spending less than four hours at the site, they did very little to identify the source of the leak but only spread silicone sealant on the wall panels over a large area the wall that looked terrible. They left considering the work done and were expect the balance of the payment. They have since agreed to reduce the cost of the work (ackowledging the sub-standard result), that normally I would have expected a full refund for, since it was done so poorly. I now have to replace the wall as it is beyond repairing in a way that would be acceptable. Do not work with this company.

I called three different roofing companies and Alex came out the same day. I never even got a call back from other two places. Ever since that first visit Alex has been a fantastic communicator. His crew came out and replaced the roof and vents in one day. His other crew came to replace all the gutters and downspouts. They even hung a new gutter/spout by the front door entrance and told me it would be no charge. Alex also personally replaced our hail-damaged screens. Now for the icing on the cake. Because we chose impact resistant shingles we are eligible for a significant reduction in our homeowners insurance. Alex took care of all the paperwork and communicated directly with our insurance company to make that happen. THAT is customer service and blew me away when he told me he would do that. All of our solar panels, roof, windows, fencing, and personal items were ruined, I had never experienced a hailstorm like the one we went through that night, The next morning I posted pictures on FB and my solar guy reached out to me and he was telling me about A1 General Contractors. At first it was all good my roof got done in 2 months, along with my gutters, I'm still waiting for my back downspout to be installed it's been since December 2023, and they still can't seem to get it installed. My solar panels finally got installed, I was on the phone and emailing back and forth with my solar company until they were able to get them installed. Then came the interior fix to which I'm not happy with. The painting company that A1 put to do my interior was ok but they were not very throughout, they got paint on my foyer chandelier, my hallway and stair light fixtures (3) paint on my tiles which slowly I'm getting the paint off because the paint is in the grout. They got paint on my bar accent wall to which we are going to have to repaint. In the mancave they got several paint spots on the carpet and did a poor job on a wall that had to be redone and didn't wait for the mud to dry and repainted that wall and now there are paint and mud clumps on that wall. i still haven't gotten my windows replaced or my fence done because I was told that there is no more money to get those items done. I was told to call my insurance to get them to give me more funds for those 2 items. I have tried to call, text and have left several messages for Andre Calixto and have not heard from him since July 2024. Some of our neighbors are in the same boat it seems that we gave him our trust to fix and repair our homes and he just ghosted all of us. He was more worried about his overhead profit. Every time he came out or was talking to my insurance people those words always came out. I trusted him and his company to get the job done and he has failed at doing so. I entrusted him with over $60,000.00 to get all and everything that needed to get done and on top of that my husband did some or most of the little jobs to save money to put towards our windows and fence. I went over my paperwork and supplied my insurance company with invoices and found out that A1 will have to payback some money to our insurance company. Our neighbors and us have not been able to contact him since July-August 2024. All of us would like to get our jobs done and get back to our normal lives if only Andre would get in touch with us. Seems like he just took our money and ran.
