I'm a read every word of the fine print person and they patiently went through everything with me. Their bid was incredibly detailed down to the types of nails they'd be using. Other companies gave a very general bid (harder to come back a them if they did a poor job). This was a complete reroof down to the frame and they worked full 10 hour days from the day they started to some 4 days later when it was completed. I see other roofing companies nearby take weeks to Complete a basic re-shingle job. They even credited me $1000 on the contract I agreed to after work started when they found they could re-use some materials already on my roof (how honest is that!). They have a 20(?) year WORKMANSHIP warranty (very different from a MATERIALS warranty). Most other roofing companies have a 5 year workmanship warranty. I've since had them come out once to make the downspout of the gutters less loud and they sent someone out with no complaints and no charge. These guys can get booked out a couple months out so give yourself a time buffer for this.

On time, on budget, cleaned up after themselves and it was clear their workers were not casual hires like many other roofers. Several years later we had a gutter issue and they sent out Mike to quote a fix. Turns out it was a simple blockage that he fixed and wouldn't take payment. A different gutter company had given a several thousand dollar quote but had clearly not even looked. This totally backs up our 'good feeling' about LH. Like I said, not the cheapest but reliable, honest and ethical.

RoofWorks installed the gutters on my new house. Kevin and Jeff were the choice of our GC and…read moreseemed to have done a decent job based on their own design and spec. Then it rained. Multiple times. The north side of our house was instantly flooded, water coming through the windows that were opened (that was the end of open windows) and the gutter system failed miserably. Roof size / gutter and downspout capacity were not aligned. Nick, one their team members, was onsite and quickly diagnosed the problem to be downspout positioning (one of the two basically useless) and suggested they add a third one. From there it has been months (!) of chasing Kevin and Jeff. Replying to emails was not working and with voicemails that are full and not accepting additional messages, it was quite challenging. After GC stepped in, I was given a quote for gutters screen (an upgrade I requested) and the additional downspout that was needed. After *three* months of chasing them, the first installation date they would offer is three months out. Total of six months!! My expectation that they cover the cost of the downspout that they have failed to install in the right place in the beginning and recommended I add after the fact was flat out rejected. The ugliness of this company came straight out in blaming me for the mistake (the newly found gutter specialist). Then claiming their team member should have never recommended it and that it was not the problem. Going on and on about all of the various reasons it is my responsibility and not theirs. Many thousands of dollars of a project. $150 fix (paid to someone else who did it in ~30 minutes of work). Losing you good name, integrity and reputation like this reflects on the company, leadership and quality of work (or lack thereof) you can expect from RoofWorks Northwest. The images are of the actual one way email communications I had with them for ~3 months. As well as the latest reply I refined. I had two other vendors take a look at the fix, add the gutters screen protectors (additional business) and do the job in les than a week. I'd go with either of them - or many others - before RoofWorks Northwest. They are not worthy of your business and evidently, won't be there for you after.

I knew this would be a expensive fix as we were going to paint the full exterior of the home once siding repairs were complete. I had about 6 different companies out to bid the work on our house all ranging above my budget for just the siding repairs. Sam and his team from Side Pros came out to do a bid and not only did they beat all the bids he took the time to explain what they would do and provide me with different options to stay within my budget. I also had a deadline to get things done as we had a date for exterior paint starting in a couple weeks. Sam knew this and was able to assemble a crew to get the project moving along quickly. The crew he assembled was amazing and I'm still truly impressed with how good their work is. This project was daunting to me as no wants to spend money on siding and it was important I found the right company for the job that wouldn't rip me off and does quality work. I can honestly say I trust Sam and his crew at Side Pros and would reccomend them over and over. They beat all my expectations and do incredible work.
