Believe it or not, this restaurant is located at the top floor of the Raddison Blu Plaza Hotel in Oslo. It's not actually roof top dining because it's not outside on the roof, but there are spectacular views of the city.
This restaurant offers the ultimate fine dining experience where there are multiple small plates delivered to your table. My meal started out with an expensive bottle of wine, followed by fresh bread and butter. The large oysters had an interesting seasoning. All the food was artfully presented and delicious, but the portions are comparable to hors d'oeuvres. I ordered a couple desserts because of it. Afterwards, I was finally satisfied.
The most memorable part of the dining experience was that the waiter spoke multiple languages. I forget how many, but it was more than half a dozen and he was fluent in all of them. Switching from one language to another was impressive. read more
