They left considering the work done and were expect the balance of the payment. I got a few quotes and Michael was by far the clear best choice. He was the one who went above and beyond during his initial inspection, and he created thorough documentation of hail damage and even compiled a professional report proving the storm time/date/location that allowed me to easily file a claim. I figured if the quality of the work was as high as his work ethic to land the job then this was an easy choice and I wasn't wrong. In this day and age it seems honesty, strong work ethic, and great communication is a lost art in business. Michael took the time to explain the process to me clearly, educate me on the nitty gritty details when I asked, and what really stood out was him and his teams ability to work rapidly under the tight timeline I had to close on my house. The work was super high quality and flawless by the way, couldn't have made a better choice than to go with Michael and the HD roofing team.

I have nothing but good things to say about HD Roofing And Repairs, in particular Michael Partain…read morewho oversaw our project from start to finish. We were hit with hail on May 28th, 2025. We didn't notice any problem until after all the rain over the 4th of July when we noticed two water spots on our ceiling. We worked with Michael to do a "tune up" on our roof about 2 years ago, so I called him and he came out and inspected our roof. He provided me with two PDFs, one with photos of hail damage to our house and one containing weather details of hail impact in our area. Armed with his documentation I filed a claim with my insurance. Michael was present for the inspection by the insurance adjuster and we were approved on the spot for a new roof. I believe Michaels documentation and presence for the inspection worked in our favor, we went in with our guns loaded. Our project involved 1) exterior repair and painting 2) new roof 3) interior ceiling repair and painting. We had trim and siding that was rotted or damaged by critters, including the chimney which was the source of our leaks. Exterior repairs were made and the house painted. Then the roof was replaced. Finally the water spots were cut out of the ceiling, insulation fell through and was removed, sheetrock replaced and painted, and new insulation brought in to replace the old. The ceiling repairs were important to us because we were concerned about mold. The whole project was completed within about a month of the insurance inspection and claim approval. Michael was involved throughout the entire process. He patiently answered my questions, we made a few tweaks along the way, and he made sure work was done correctly. I couldn't be happier with the result. It was a pleasure working with him and I have great peace of mind knowing that the job was done right. I highly recommend Michael Partain and HD Roofing And Construction for residential roofing and repairs.

If you're looking for a reliable, honest roofing company with technical expertise and exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend using Willie Hendrix with Castle Roofing. Willie is honest, professional and wonderful to work with. You know you're working with a trusted and respected company when the roofing contractor return your calls, send the written estimates you asked for on time, address any of your concerns, and show up to the job site on time and guarantees their work. It is unbelievable the level of detail Willie covered with me regarding my roof as well as the insurance process and guidance. He put all the details about the project in writing - even breaking down how the company calculates overhead and profit. We had filed a claim with our insurance company who used a drone initially to inspect our roof for damages. Unfortunately, with the drone, they could not detect any damage. I requested an inspector (human) come onsite to inspect our roof. Willie met with the inspector and showed him all the damage, which included hail damage to our gutters, window screens, garage door, etc. Subsequently, the inspector had my insurance agent on Facetime to tell me they approved the repairs and I could move forward with Willie. I've used other roofing companies in the past and thus far this was the best experience. Willie handled every detail from start to finish and always made sure I was in the loop during the entire process. Not once did I feel as though he was trying to take advantage of me! If you are in need of a roof, I highly recommend Willie and his crew at Castle Roofing! We felt at ease knowing we were in very experienced hands. He has a small crew, isn't a huge outfit that will oversell and underdeliver. His word is his bond and he delivered as promised. Excellent work and everything went very smooth. The roofing was scheduled for a week when the weather was clear, leaving me peace of mind that we would not be expecting any rain when the shingles were off. The yard was cleaned and the "nails" picked up with large sweepers with magnets on them. I just got to say, you can't go wrong with Castle Roofing. Give Willie a call and you will not regret it.
