A crook who will call you "my friend" and will charge you double for parts and labor. He will lie about unexistent problems to inflate the bill. He definitely has no shame and a low consideration for clients needs. This shop will fix the car with zip ties and enter the wrong engine type for his diagnosis. This place was recommended by a friend but I have a feeling my friend has not been here in a very very long time. Overcharged for an oil change and windshield wipers. I didn't necessarily need windshield wipers, thought I should get new ones before winter and I regret it. They didn't give me a price first, charged me $40 for windshield wipers that skipped all winter long meaning I have to take time out of my extremely busy day to have someone do it correctly. They also put my girlfriends rotors on backwards. Fucking backwards. The lack of professional mechanics in this place is mind blowing, don't waste your time or money. read more

I brought my car in for an occasional stalling issue and left with a grinding noise in my front end, turns out, they loosened my lug nuts and DID NOT TIGHTEN THEM BACK UP! That could have caused an accident! 0/10 would not recommend. read more

On my way to work, my car started suddenly violently shaking and stalling out. Called Ron and he immediately had me come up. I was able to drop my car off and within 45 minutes he called me with the issue and quoted me $350 to repair. When I picked up my car the next day it was running like normal and only paid $250. Was very disappointed with this place, took my car in for it stalling, I was asked to drop it off when they opened and I did, he said he needed a day with it, 6hrs later no call on what was wrong with it, so I call them and Ron said he was looking at it soon, 2hrs later still no call, I call them again, and then he tells me I have 3 errors that I had last time I brought it in, which means they didn't fix the problem I paid them for last time, he said he didn't know what was causing the problem and he said he needed another day with it, I took a half a day off of work thinking it was going to get fixed and felt like the day got wasted, so my friend picks the car up and one of the workers slams the door when he gets out, he was asked to not slam the door and the worker said don't start with me dips**t, got called basement dweller, it was completely unprofessional and inappropriate, we were paying customers and didn't deserve to get treated like that, so no I would not take your car here unless you want to wait forever just to get a call about what's wrong with your car and then not even get the problem fixed after already paying $800 dollars for the issue and then get berated for asking to not slam the door read more

I called Rons Auto and they were very nice and helpful on the phone. Then they let me drop my truck off late in the day and they even put it in the garage to keep it safe! Then the next day they had it done super fast and as far as i can tell they did an awesome job! (exhaust put on and i didnt look underneath but sounds amazing) and they did it for a great and fair price. I will definitely be going back if i need anything else done. read more

Terrible service we took our used van there since we bought it and they always said that they either rotated the new tires when we had the oil changed or that they did not need to be rotated. My wife went there again a week ago and they said they rotated them and did not it is a front wheel drive van and now the tires are bald up front and are new in the back (I never thought to look). Also we just had a plug put in the rear tire from a highly recommended place discount tires in the right rear before she brought the van in for oil/rotation etc and guess what the plugged tire is still in the rear. TYo top it off the owner Ron was rude to my wife and acted like he could care less. read more

I can't give less than 1 star! I have had nothing but trouble with the work coming from this place. Two years ago I paid to have a new powersteering pump put in my truck. They charged me 120.99 for a pump that was used from a junk yard (they didn't tell me this. A reliable mechanic did.) One year after the install it leaked and they claimed the fitting were just loose now it's leaking again and I have to pay a real mechanic to fix it properly. read more
