I was a little skeptical coming to this shop due to some reviews, but the reviews didn't make me run away, plus I had a blow out. they had my tire size they also took care of me within a good 20-25 minutes. hello everybody I came to their business on the third on a Saturday ask her to take my tires off the rims because I have the tires sold my set of Rucci ramps they charged me almost $30 and the repair one tire. I had a screw in it and all four rims air up took the rims to the powder coder he said three weeks to a month before he gets to him here. It is three weeks later to a month crack two out of four rims. and she tells me they're not responsible the crack in my ramps but I paid tires and rims $2000 I'll tell everybody there a garbage place and don't go there and she hung up on me read more

I pulled in about 4:30. I spoke with the owners daughter and got squared away. She was so sweet to me. My dad always takes care of these kind of things.. So here I am, at a tire shop getting tires. I received 2 Goodyear Fortera tires with 85% tread for $80. I thought it was $80/each. I'm so lost when it comes to this stuff. None the less: they got my truck right in, put them on and on my way I went. It seems that they have it down to a science. I don't think I waited too long. You live in Michigan, and you drive, don't you? Then why haven't you tried this place yet? I blow out a couple tires year, just from my 40 mile each way drive on I 94. I could be lining the pockets of bigger named tire places, but why? Repairs are sometimes only $10. For $35, you can have a very good replacement for a tire if it's beyond repair. With the extreme changes in temperature rendering Michigan roads into virtual obstacle course, this is the place you really need to visit... again and again.i A word of advice: this place is always busy. They close at 6 PM but they take their last order at 5:30 PM. Don't show up right before closing time expect to get in. Your best bet is to show up just when they open (9 a.m.)There will be a line at that point, but you know you'll be able to get in. read more

First off I will admit there pricing is great, can't beat it! I got there towards the end of the day yesterday to get 4-used tires put on but these tires were almost brand new! It was difficult to find anyone to help me at first and then they had a employee pissed off at the world working on my car, oh well nbd.. I drove my car home and first thing I noticed this morning was that I had a flat on my front drivers side. It's 15 degrees outside with heavy winds and I am outside trying to fill my "just put on last night tire'" I got just enough air in it to arrive Interstate before opening hours. Waited until it opens at 9am. I go to talk to the guy that just walked in and the door was relocked back up, went back into my car as I waited, 9:15am finally they let me in. Again the guy w the pissed off attitude let me in and still not a happy camper.. I pull in and get out of the car, that guy noticed the flat. They pulled my tire off and rolled it to the back without saying a word to me, finally another employee rolls it back to put it on, I asked what was wrong with it and he said there was a nail hole in the tire, I told him I didn't want a patch work done on the tire, it was put on last night and it already had issues.. Needless to say now that guy gave me attitude saying well why didn't you tell someone what you wanted, I told him no one said a word to me when I pulled in. Went storming to the back to put a new tire on it while yelling, you should of told someone what to do then!! Wait a sec don't you think that should be there job as customer service to first ask what is wrong with the tire and how I would want it fixed/replaced? Again he that same guy storms back and without letting me inspect the tire hurries up and slaps it on and opens the door. Without saying a word to me, "all pissed off, like its was my problem." I had to ask am I all set now. He yells yupp.! After reading this I just want you guys to know they do have great prices on there tires but there customer service is junk.. They are super rude.. I lost 2 1/2 hrs of work and had to drive all the way back to have them fix the problem.. Update 2/1/15 Over the weekend I was able to look at the tire they put on to replace the bad one with, sure enough them ass@$-es put on the same tire that had the hole in it with the patch in it! That is such a low class establishment to do such a thing! I will never be using them again nor I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them, the same thing could happen to you!! ;( read more

Popped my tire came here to get a new one. They gave me a cracked tire with multiple patches that was as good as garbage. Found out my rim was bent and they put the garbage tire on my bent rim, took my money all the same. This is my first ever review on here and I'm sure people have had good experiences here, but watch out cause this place only care about your money. read more

Went to get a tire because they told me mine could not be repaired because of a nail in the sidewall. They put the tire on and when I got home I noticed it was the wrong tire. Called them and they said to bring it back up and they would swap it our. Went back the next day and they put my old tire that they repaired even thought it is against industry standard. So the the short of the story is they sold me my own tire back that should have been fixed. Thy only gave my money back for the tire not the cost of the change out. Be very careful going here. read more

Fair pricing and super fast service! They had about 10 vehicles waiting to get in and I had a tire already off the vehicle it was going on. (Drove another vehicle up there). They had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Friendly and helpful crew. I got a used tire and you could hardly tell that it was used. Extremely satisfied and I would recommend this place to anyone. I've been a customer for many years and until recently the only complaint I had was that the weights that they used to balance my tires after they mounted them would come flying off my vehicle and I would have to return to have them rebalanced. The reason for this is that they reuse the old weights that they take off of other Wheels. The last time this happened they actually charged me to rebalance the tire which I could not believe. Lately the customer service has been lacking at this place as well they used to be much more friendlier. It seems like this is happening all over. The prices they have are good but they could be nicer to the customers and they really should stop the practice of reusing old weights. read more

These guys are hard to beat if you're a value shopper. The place doesn't look like a Belle Tire or other fancy franchise, but there's a reason there's usually a line out the door. They work hard, and fast, but the best thing about them is they stand behind their work and have a no bs pricing policy. They will tell you what your options are and what its gonna cost you. Everywhere I go I get ripped off for tires: rotations, insurance, refunds, replacements, and repairs. These guys are fast and friendly. They get the job done and it is cost effective. You can't beat the price and the service. You just can't. Discount tire and Belle Tire have made so many mistakes that cost me an unbelievable amount of money. I can go to allstate and not spend up to $500. They don't try to talk you into contracts and "insurance". It is unacceptable to charge what other garages charge with mistakes and lies about refunds, replacements, and repairs. Allstate does it right without being wrong. Good honest business. We have been going here for years. They are always polite, kind, quick, and respectful. In this day and age a woman doesn't always feel welcome in a garage. They always make me feel appreciated and do not talk down to me because I'm a woman. I was sent here today by my local gas station that couldn't patch my flat. I should have thought of them first. Not only were they able to fix my tire but they did it in just a couple minutes. I want to thank the gentlemen for making what could have been the last straw in a long and tiring day into a breeze. I've never posted a review before in my life but this time I have to. This place is the absolute best. New tires for my cars would have been outrageous but these guys have EXCELLENT used tires with a ton of life left in them for a fraction of the cost. I've gotten both matching pairs for my one car and a full matching set of four for another, all for probably a quarter of what new tires would have cost me. The line of cars wrapped around the building is a testament to how good this place is. Beyond that they're helpful and stand behind their tires. I got a pair of rear tires from them last week and a pothole destroyed one of them and they replaced the pair at no cost. They're helpful and knowledgable, honestly I can't say enough good things about the place. Would recommend them to anyone, especially people on a tight budget. read more
