He explained to me the parts I needed and why I was getting the error messages my car was having. He fixed and provided exceptional service with communication and repairing my vehicle. Does your car have high mileage? My check engine and vsc warning lights came on at the same time. Yikes!!! I drive a 2009 Pontiac Vibe with over 225,000 miles on the odometer. My car was leaking oil. I brought it back to the shop that changed my oil a week earlier. They said the leak appeared to be coming from my rear main engine seal & they didn't work on engines. I found Borche's through Google maps. They were able to get me in quickly even with COVID. They were able to confirm the leak was coming from the rear main engine seal & I needed a new clutch & flywheel. I had previously purchased an Exedy clutch & flywheel, they were willing to put them in after double checking they did fit my vehicle. They got my car fixed quickly & for a reasonable price. They also spotted that my control arm was going. The next month I went back & had my control arm fixed. Then a few months later my speedometer quit working while I was driving into work. We had a leak in our radiator for our 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we called a few times to ask some questions and the person answering the phone was very kind and patient in talking to us. When we did bring the car in, Jason was great at communicating what needed to be fixed. He also found another issue that was not an emergency repair and he did not pressure us to get that fix. took my truck in for repairs, repair 1 mds clear code so mds would function, still no mds, now they deleted b106 open rear defrost circuit would fix problem but now they claim they can't restore code that was deleted..mds gone for good...repair # 2 bob & Jason said that I need to replace back window with a defrost window, so I did, Jason said just connect the wires in the back and should work , but the truck never came with rear window defrost no wires in back...what a joke....weeks later took truck to borches service,. truck was in accident, so I picked up parts for the repair but I had to order them takes time... when parts came they were happy.... called 2 days later to see if truck was done and they said we can't get to it now because you took to long to get parts. still had to wait for a wheel, special order, dropped it off and Jason was happy, he said when this car next to me is done we pull yours in, ok great 2 days later bob answer the phone on a tuesday and I said how's things looking, Bob said we can't get to it because we are now pulling a motor on a car we will try monday, and I said I will come by and tow my truck out. I towed truck home only to find out wheel has a locking lug nut on it , I never bought lock lug nuts for the wheels, I called borches, they said we don't have lock lug nut key and I need to look around,. they pulled one wheel off to see if steering knuckle was correct size then put wheel back on with locking lug nut, but it's easy to get them off...this place is a joke, they like to play mind games but there not good at it and its sad and obvious to see this...I can't do the work myself but did it anyways. I am on disability and they no it, and I lost a couple of important doctors appointments because bob /Jason stringing me along with there childish mind games had my truck tied up in the yard for 3 weeks, steering knuckle part came 4 days later then 3 more days for wheel, THIS AUTO REPAIR COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE, good for oil change, tire change, car wash, wipers, somthing simple, motor swap, and you will get there hi tech repair bill.....never again....what a shame... bad arrogent people......it would have have been nice if they were strait up with me and tell me what there problem was...these are the kind of people i believe enjoy talking behind your back.2faced......NEVER AGAIN.... read more
