To my surprise, it was much harder than I expected to tell the cannoli, tiramisu, Nutella, amaretto, and loganberry cheesecakes apart. They all had a rich, creamy texture and a strong vanilla flavor that tied them together, which isn't a bad thing at all. My daughter declared the loganberry her favorite, while my one son couldn't get enough of the coconut slice (really it's amaretto). As for me, I think I'll just have to keep eating more cheesecake before I can confidently pick a favorite!

Not only do they make cinnamon though, they take a unique approach to their fruit scones by filling them with fruit jelly, so of course I tried a lemon blueberry filled scone too. The filled ones are better in theory than practice. The lemon flavor of the dough was almost nonexistent and the blueberry jam didn't spread well enough to help out the other lacking flavors. I can't wait to try more, but I'll have to stop by Thur-Sun after 12 noon. But they are open into the evenings many days, great for the Allentown restaurant and bar crowd.
