Our Well Arranged Travel - Rome Private Tours experience this May was outstanding. We started with a driving tour of Rome to get our bearings on the first day of our visit, and then had in-depth tours of the Coliseum, the Forum and the Vatican during our stay. The guides were very professional and friendly. On the driving tour, it was clear our guide had years of experience navigating the neighborhoods. He was thorough in giving us both history and up-to-date info about the areas, as well as tips about what else to see while in Rome. He also had great restaurant recommendations. As for our tours of key Roman sites like the Vatican, our guide was amazing. There is so much to take in ... so we benefitted very much from his knowledge of ancient Rome, art and church history. He shared many wonderful stories, was very patient in answering our questions, and was even thoughtful about our personal comfort, tailoring the tours to our interests and needs.
