We got free rolls that were pretty good. Really good for free! Buttered and seasoned. I had the Shrimp Cremora for my entree and a Caesar Salad for an appetizer. The salad was delicious. It was rich and creamy. It reminded me of a Caesar Salad from Bugatti's in St. Charles. My entree was hot, fresh and seasoned well. I did add a dash of Salt & Pepper. It was delicious. My brother has the Salmon Peacotta. I tried some of his. It was FULL OF FLAVOR, not S&P necessary. My wife and daughter enjoyed their entrees as well. We will be back to discover more of the Roma menu. read more

The service was not good. Didn't write down the order so they got it completely wrong. Didn't take the dirty dishes or keep drinks full. Every time we looked the 2 waitresses and the owner were standing there talking. Ordered Lobster ravioli and brought me cheese ravioli. Ordered a Supreme pizza with no mushrooms and sausage. Pizza came out with sausage. And the pizza pan was full of water so the crust was soggy. So we only could eat 4 pieces. It's really a shame because the food has great flavor but unless they improve service and their pizza I don't see them lasting. read more

Service was okay but food was abysmal. The marinara was runner than the salsa you find at your local Mexican restaurant. The foccacia was literally a toasted hot dog bun with cheese and nearly uncooked tomato slices. The chicken parm patty loked like it had been bought from Costco. I've waited a few weeks to make this review. Initially I would have given this a 0 star. The booth seats were all torn, not comfy in shorts.... The Chicken parm was clearly a frozen chicken breast and mush.... The bread was alright plus 1 star and the server was doing her best plus another star. read more

The food was so good! We had 4 different items plus an appetizer and it was all fabulous!

We had lunch on Aug 5th, and the veal was horrible, It isn't a cutlet it is a round pressed patty and shouldn't be listed as veal cutlet. Ice tea wasn't brewed and by noon still not served to us. Not thrilled with our first visit, and came away feeling over priced and under fed. And no lunch menu. read more

I have FINALLY found an Italian restaurant in town that makes delicious lasagna!! They were very busy at dinner time, so we waited maybe 15 minutes for a table. Service was prompt and friendly. The dinner rolls are light and airy. My lasagna was so cheesy and the sauce was yummy. The portions are very good. read more

The servers were friendly and efficient. Our waitress remembered our drinks from our visit a month ago. The owner, originally from Sicily, prepared our food. It was absolutely delicious! Our group ordered chicken parm, tutto mare(sp?), and manicotti. He is an amazing chef. The salad and bread were delicious as well. The bread was stilI warm from the oven. visited on 12/27/25. Ordered the Shrimp Scampi. The sauce was very watery, scampi sauce is usually creamy. Two people for lunch was $59.55.

Food tasted like it was microwaved. It did not taste homemade. Lots of cheese was used, it was heavy and didn't have good flavor

The server with the multicolored hair/dreadlocks was extremely rude. First they forgot that we had arrived and no one ever came to take our order. Then we were finally assigned someone when we asked about it an hour later. He leaned over the table and dripped sweat on our food. Disgusting. The sauce on my pasta was horrible. On Halloween my sisters and son wanted me me to join them at Roma. I don't normally care for Italian food but they assured me that there were seafood dishes on the menu as well. Once there and I seen the prices I was instantly discouraged from ordering any seafood dish, instead I ordered the pizza. What a horrible mess it was. Totally under baked. Trying to pick up a slice was like trying to pick up a wet rag. With the use of a fork I managed to get a couple of bits that is all it took for me to put it in a box and take it home to my cats who in turn wouldn't eat it. NEVER never again will I go to this restaurant. Had far better pizza from the frozen food section of a supermarket. read more

My wife and I have eaten here several since the restaurant opened. We were happy that there is finally an Italian restaurant with regular daily business hours. Italian food is one of our favorite cuisines. The owners have strived to make improvements in the facility's physical facility, i.e.: Reupolstering all the booths, lighting issues, and exterior improvements. The owners take customer Yelp reviews seriously and have changed the recipes of menu items based on those comments. They will also customize what spices you'd like more or less of such as garlic. The service has always been great. If you ate here early on when they first opened and were disappointed, I recommend that you give it a second try and I don't think that you will be dissatisfied. We've sampled many of the menu items and all have always been delicious, ample portions (usually enough for a second meal to take home and reheat. It's always been good to see that retaurant attendance has increased since they opened. However, I'd recommend that you try it out and judge for yourself, but I don't think you'll be disappointed. Alesha forced me to tip her on a to go order. Not that I wasn't going to tip, she just went about it the wrong way and was rude. She owed me $4 back and only had $2 in change. When I said that I was supposed to have $4 in change back she said "well I don't have $2 more so idk what you want me to do". if she would of came at me in a more polite and respectful way I wouldn't of had a problem. My husband and I tried Roma's, the new Italian restaurant in Rolla, the restaurant looked to be nice and clean, the service was fantastic, the menu could use a few more offerings. my husband and I ordered a salad, the salad was very plain, and very small, the dinner rolls were good, my husband ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo, and I had the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. The Meat Sauce on the spaghetti was just Ok, not much flavor, I use sauce out of a jar that has more flavor, same goes for the Alfredo Sauce, they need to up the use of their spices! I would love to see them succeed, because we need a good Italian restaurant in Rolla, as of right now I cannot compare them with any other Italian restaurant, all the other Italian restaurants top them, like Olive Garden, Pasta House or the Authentic Italian restaurants on the Hill in St Louis. In my opinion there is room for improvement. Offer Specials, Work on Pricing, Work on Portions of your Dinner Salad, Up the Use of Spices, Season that FOOD! Note... Most people who order desert after dinner, they normally want coffee with their cake. You need to offer COFFEE! I couldn't believe we couldn't get coffee with our desert.
