First of all I love how easy it is to eat healthy here. Being on a diet makes where you can go somewhat limited but Roly Poly has great choices if you're watching what you eat. I placed my order online and it told me my food would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at that time to pick my food up, my food wasn't ready. No apologies, no offers of anything for my wasted time, nothing. There were maybe 5 people in there eating. The phone was ringing but they had 5 or 6 people working. I only saw 2 of them doing anything. The others were standing around chatting. I was NOT satisfied with my experience at all. This is an excellent stop if you love selections! It is also one of the only places I've seen in the area that caters to vegetarians. They have multiple veggie wraps and tuna wraps too. They also have salad, and build your own if you like. I got the Thai Tuna which was really good with the Red Beans & Rice, so flavorful. The prices are reasonable about $6-7 each. I cannot believe I didn't stop here sooner and can't wait to go back. Plus, the staff were so friendly and nice. read more

They specialize in wraps and I just love how creative their menu choices are. I have tried the Thai-influenced Basil Cashew Chicken and the Delhi Chicken, which included curried chicken salad and mango chutney. They also have scrumptious potato salad with thin-sliced potatoes and lots of sour cream. Took awhile to make our sammiches but they were pretty good.

I downloaded the yelp app because I was highly disappointed in my roly poly experience today. I was in a hurry, so I called for a To-go order...I was immediately put on hold and stayed on hold for 15 minutes. Once I finally made my order, they didn't tell me how long it would be, so I waited about 10 minutes before I drove through the drive thru. At the dive thru, I sat there for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I finally got my order (a cold sandwich wrap) and drove to work. Once I got to work, I opened my sandwich and noticed it had a difference sauce that it was supposed to have. I unrolled the sandwich to find it had the green peppers that I had asked not to be there plus it ended up being a completely different sandwich. I drove back up to the restaurant and told them my order was incorrect. The woman made a horrible face at me and took my bag, asked what I ordered, and walked off. I got my sandwich back and when I got back to work, I noticed that it still had that same, Incorrect sauce on it AND tasted a lot like green peppers. Apparently, they took the incorrect stuff off, used the same sandwich wrap, and added more on top. (And they didn't have the right sauce/dressing on it STILL) I cannot eat green peppers and now I have an incredibly itchy throat because of this. There is a reason I ordered what I did and when an order is incorrect, I expect it to be remade. Not just fixed up to be kind of like what is is supposed to have. I am incredibly disappointed in this establishment and I seriously doubt I will be returning. read more

There were 6 ppl in our party at 1:00pm. It took 35 minutes to get our food and when it did make it out, he just put all 6 sandwiches on the table and we didn't know which sandwich was which. My wrap was great! But the service and punctuality was lacking. read more

If you have a lot of time to kill, great place. I just ordered 3 wraps in an empty restaurant and it took 18 minutes to get them. There were no other customers and two employees. And then no apology when my food was finally finished. Don't recommend. read more

I've tried the Cape Codder a couple of times. It's a great combination wrap.

My experience with this restaurant was far beyond acceptable. A wrap took longer than it should have. To top off my experience after spending almost 12 dollars for a wrap, a shot glass sized container or potato salad, and a drink I politely told the ladies behind the counter that the C02 for the coke dispenser was out. All the ladies proceeded to look at said coke machine and moaned/complained about how they aren't going to fix it. I then try to get some sweet tea and that's empty as well. I then ask is there anymore tea and she said yes. Well she took the tea container and said it'll be about 5 minutes. I said is there anything else I can get to drink I'm on my lunch break and can't wait. The lady just walked off and ignore me. I will not be back to this place simply because of the lack of customer service. Not once did she offer a bottled drink from the counter or refund my drink. Although she did suggest i get unsweetened tea and put sugar in it. What an insult that didn't solve anything. read more
