Poor service! Repaired the door 18 days ago replacing the pair of coil springs. The door will not operate i.e. will not close at all.

Had a horrible experience with Patriot. We hired them to replace our soffit, fascia, and gutters…read more The person who quoted the job only included material and labor for about half the work to be completed. After several change orders and numerous calls on my part to get the correct materials to complete the job, the total cost of the project was almost double what was originally quoted. Now less than a year after the work was completed, there are several spots where the soffits are falling away from the fascia and they are not willing to send someone to fix their work. We have had several home renovation projects recently and have hired several different contractors. Patriot has been by far the worst we have dealt with. They ended up being our most expensive option after all the change orders, they had poor communication, poor planning, and we received little to no resolution once their quoting error was discovered. To top it off, now that their work is failing, they are not sending anyone to fix it and make it right. My lessons learned from this experience: Get multiple quotes and take one of the middle options. Hire a contractor that has their own workers, no subcontractors. You might pay a little more for the work to be done, but it will be done right.

I had water damage due to a burst water pipe. My insurance company recommended Patriot for drywall,…read morepaint, flooring, vanity, and moldings. First issue with them was the time it took them to complete the job. A maybe two-week job took more than 6 months! They use and rely mainly on sub-contractors. Next issue: About 40% of the drywall that was supposed to be replaced as per contract was not done. Of the 4 rooms and 3 closets to be drywalled as per contract, 2 rooms and 0 closets were actually done. We agreed to eliminate the amount that I overspent on flooring by not drywalling 2 closets. Then Dan said that "the 3rd closet won't be drywalled because the inside of the front door was painted". Yes, he actually said that! The foyer and the bathroom were not drywalled although the contract specified drywalling those areas. Next issue: Door moldings. The contract called for new moldings but all the old ones were put back on - all 210 board feet. They said caulking the old nail holes costs as much as new molding. Give me a break!! Before they put the old molding back on, I sorted out and took all the old nails out. I might add that I painted all the baseboard heat vents and covers in all 4 rooms myself - ca. 56 feet. Then Dan and Jeremy called and said they will pay me an additional ca. $150.00. I NEVER SAW IT. I feel they owe me the $150.00 plus a fair reimbursement for the work not done per the contract (drywall 2 rooms and new door moldings). Also, there was no final walk-through or inspection and no final paperwork! I don't bother calling them anymore because they won't call back. Dave R.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! The quality, craftsmenship and customer service is mediocre at best. Spent…read moreover $60,000 on 21 windows, 2 doors and a shower install in 2025. Here are all of the calls/fixes we have needed; one window didn't open/close properly. One was missing a screen. The person came and literally just scraped the broken window frame with a knife and didn't bring the screen so that was another call and visit. The new storm door and frame somehow pinches themselves together if the wind blows it too hard when closing. The only way to open it is to eaither unscrew the frame and take the bottom of the door apart or rip the frame off the house if you're stuck outside (this happened twice before someone came). The "fix"- a few long screws strategically placed that look cheap and ridiculous. (I wish I could upload pics) But the actual window install went well enough that we made the mistake of thinking they would be good at replacing an old jet tub with a custom shower. The contract was signed on 11/11/25. Install was suppose to be in about 60 days. Once completed, the shower would be measured so the door could be ordered and installed 4 weeks later. The shower was completed 3/4/26. It looks ok. We were told it would be seemless except the corners but one was added and not centered so it looks a bit stupid and has gaps in the grout. We figured they could regrout when they came back with the door. On 3/25, 3 weeks later, we called to follow up because we had not heard anything. We were assured that the installers had measured and the door was ordered. The door install was scheduled for 4/9 from 10am-12pm. We get a call on 4/8 that they will just be measuring on 4/9 because NO ONE MEASURED THE DOOR. No one even noticed that no one even ordered the door until 1 day before the scheduled install. (And just an FYI, my husband forwarded pics of the newly installed shower on 3/25 because we were concerned about the small bumpout. This was not part of the original layout and we were concerned it would effect the door.) So we get 1 days notice and it will be at least 3-5 weeks late. (I cancelled 5 appointments for tomorrow's install!!) And every person we talked to today says the same thing, "Sorry, best we can do is measure tomorrow, order the door and hope it arrives in the 2-4 weeks". Not one person has said with any sincerity, "I'm sorry, this should not have happened. We dropped the ball." Alan told me "it wasn't his fault cause he is only suppose to order the door so I need to talk to someone else". The last guy, Matt D, said this is not how the company normally operates yet HUNG UP ON ME 4X! He said it was because he was using an app to call me. An app that hides his number. The 5th call back was using his actual phone. As I said in the beginning, we began this shower project 11/10/25, it is now 4/8/26 and the door has not been measured or ordered yet. If you are considering Wonder Windows don't. Just walk away. Once they get your money, they do not care about your business.
