A quick look showed that one of the lift cables had broken. I checked the Profetta Door Company website, and it showed that they opened at 7:30 AM. I was on the phone at 7:31, and they promptly answered my call. Roughly 90 minutes later, their team member was at my house, making repairs. He replaced the cable, did a check of the opener's internals, adjusted the door, and had me back in business in barely an hour. Great Job!!

If you still think you want to use Best Construction, insist on a price guarantee, deadline completion date, and refundable deposit for cancellation. You can do better elsewhere.
