Where do I begin... hire them! Our experience began with a meeting with Yuri to discuss our project, then a meeting with Dan to begin designing and planning for the addition, and then following through to the completion of our addition as foreman of the entire project. Dan was patient with our questions and adjustments as we went along. He offered suggestions in the design of the room, ideas that we had not thought of. He informed us when the next stage of the project was to be started and when vendors would be dropping off materials. Then Chris, Ted, and Nick, Dave, Odle Excavation(Mike and his son) came on the scene; they are hardworking, respectful, friendly, and polite skilled tradesmen. We had two neighbors comment about their professionalism...no loud music, swearing, or negative behavior. One of the vendors, while dropping off supplies, ran into our neighbor's fence. Dan was notified, and someone was here the following morning to fix the fence. I had a personal, unplanned health event during the construction phase, and the company sent me flowers, which is above and beyond what a construction company would normally do! Because of this medical diagnosis, we had many doctor appointments, which led to eventual surgery. We had to leave our home unlocked so they could continue the project. We weren't hesitant because of the character of these workers and the company they represent.
The best part of this whole project was that the estimated completion time was 3-4 months. They completed our 16 x 12 feet, 4-season room in just over 2 months!
