A few years ago, I was at Costco in Henrietta, pumping gas, and a van speeds up to the pump next to me in the wrong direction, slams on its break, and a male gets out of the van. There is a female in the passenger seat (more on her later). The man starts to absolutely berate the poor gas attendant, harassing him like, "don't you even come over here," as the attendant starts to confront him about pulling into the pumps the wrong way. It was so extremely aggressive. So the van this man was driving was a company van, name and phone number promoted. I quickly noted the phone number and dialed. A woman answered. I said, "I'd like to speak with your manager regarding an incident that occurred with your employee." The woman responds, "this is a family owned business, so I am the manager..." I started to tell her about the incident at Costco and she immediately goes off on me and you can hear, who I now know, her husband, man from Costco, literally screaming at me - bitch, c**t... AJ completely saved me! He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend his services! I was in Rochester helping a friend move. She drove off with her family in their moving truck and I stayed back with another friend taking some final images of the apartment before locking up. 1-2 hours later, we close the padlock and and my friend calls an Uber to the airport to catch our flights. I reach for my back pocket and realize--I've left my phone inside. And our friend who was moving had the keys with her. My friend has to leave to catch her flight, so I sit in front of our friends house, phoneless in an unfamiliar neighborhood, hoping the man we just called would actually turn up before my later flight leaves. He did!! I was able to get my phone (hallelujah!), and AJ brought one of his own locks to replace the one that was there, charging a very reasonable rate. AJ and his lovely partner were able to then run my card on the spot. As we chatted, they kindly asked where I was heading, and if I was okay to get there. The neighborhood we were in was not the safest, and I had camera gear. They ended up giving me a ride to the airport! So AJ, Nicole, and company--THANK YOU! You totally saved the day, and turned what could have been a really awful afternoon into an extremely memorable one. read more

Every Airhead Needs an Angel-I didn't just lock my keys in my car, I locked in my keys, PHONE, purse, and DOG on an 83-degree day (it was well over 110 in the car). I was lifting my 70lb, 3-legged dog in my small, black car, and it took so long that the car automatically re-locked the doors. As I closed his door I realized that the car keys were in the holder of the door I just shut. I panicked and asked bystanders to use their phone to call 911, but the town I was in did not offer locksmith services and 911 told me to call a locksmith. After a lot of running around not knowing what to do, someone said they called a locksmith. I said they will take too long, I need a hammer. The Petsmart manager came out w/ a hammer and as soon as I was about to take the hammer from her, an man named LIAM from AAA 24/7 Locksmith Service came up and said "don't break the window, I'm the locksmith". It took 3 minutes from the time I was told a locksmith was called until the time the aparatus was on my door to unlock it and save my dog. The employee was really hot too.
