I said, "I'd like to speak with your manager regarding an incident that occurred with your employee." The woman responds, "this is a family owned business, so I am the manager..." I started to tell her about the incident at Costco and she immediately goes off on me and you can hear, who I now know, her husband, man from Costco, literally screaming at me - bitch, c**t...
