This guy was great. He's a younger guy. He came out when he said he'd be here worked on it. Got the key squared away. It's been working great ever since and I was 100% use him again! read more

They are the Best! Came right on time and call me 20 minutes upon arrival time as they said. The tech Elmer was very kind, work very clean and pretty fast. He finished with the job less than a hour (7 brand new locks). I'm glad I used them, price was fair and they provided it before starting the work. RECOMMENDED read more

Called at night and they showed up next day to help with my car! Two new keys cut and programmed! Great price. Great service and done quick. read more

Very professional and honest man! Arrived on time, He needed to order a part and we paid a fair price.

Locked my keys inside my house, found this listing, called and they had someone working on it in less than 20 mins. Price was fair for an on call service, especially since he had to start all over again on a second lock when the first option was too complicated to open. Based on this experience, I'd call them again! read more

Professional services all the way around. Needed locks changed and was done quickly. Highly recommend.

My husband got locked out of his big rig while on the road. If anyone reading this is in trucking you know how expensive - and S L O W - road service can be. So I was dreading making this call. I was expecting an exorbitant price since it was a truck and located at a giant warehouse and I was expecting to get the runaround. Boy was I surprised!! I called around 845am and a tech had unlocked my husband's truck by 935. In trucking time is money so I was relieved he was able to make his 10am drop off with no problems. While I never want to NEED a locksmith again, if I do I hope the company is as professional as this one. read more

I called thinking I would set something up this week. My situation was not an emergency and I told them so. They still said they could be there in 30 minutes. The locksmith showed up on time as stated. And removed my storage lock, fast and clean. Saved me an extra months rent. I will definitely use this company again. If you get a message, leave it! They will get back to you in minutes. read more

Got locked out of my rental after a long flight from Tampa. They had someone there within 30 min and good communication of arrival. $250 for new lock (bit expensive) but worth it to have done so fast. In and out in 20 minutes read more

Can we agree, Yelpers, that hiring a locksmith is one of those things that confirms at least one of two things: you got locked out of something, or you're a grownup now. I'm the latter in this case, and as a grownup, I can say with confidence that My Locksmith is going to stay on my referral list. We closed on our new house, which was exciting enough, and one of the first things that needs to be done is to change the locks. My Locksmith gave me an upfront quote right away and we scheduled our appointment for later that evening. Simple as that! Our technician was prompt and professional. He came prepared with an assortment of options for what we needed. There were three doorknobs that had to be completely replaced and although we chose the cheaper option, the doorknobs are strong, secure, and even fit in with my ideas for decoration. We had all the doors and bolts keyed to the same key to make our lives easier. The whole process took a little over an hour from arrival to departure. My Locksmith takes cash or credit cards, so if you want to use cash, make sure you are prepared in advance - even though the quote is given to you, the final total might be more than you thought. Should we need the locks redone again, I'll definitely give My Locksmith another call. I'm happy to add them to my arsenal of vendors and as a homeowner, you want all the recommendations you can get. read more

Not very responsive, quite a bit of miscommunication between staff re scheduling. Most expensive and push to spend more for new rather than repair read more

Locked myself out of the house and requested someone to pick the locks for me. The locksmith was unable to open either of my house locks that were basic Schlage locks -- nothing fancy! While he was nice and arrived timely the fact that he was unable to do anything over 30+ minutes plus was kinda sad. He charged me $30 for his time. Not something I was happy to pay read more

Guy was on time for our appointment , followed all of the covid protocols for safety , and was extremely knowledgeable along with skilled. He was able to help us rekey our house and did a great job for a great price and very quickly. read more

Needing a re-key can be an experience ranging from a minor inconvenience to an emergency that requires an immediate remedy. Regardless, it's stressful (and admittedly embarrassing). My Locksmith Rochester responded to my call with what I consider to be unmatched immediacy. I called for a car rekey at 2pm and was in my fully rekeyed car by 3pm. My locksmith was Saif; he was super professional and very knowledgeable (and he very patiently explained more than once what I'd need to do if I ever found my original key, because I didn't understand when he explained it to me the first time). I hope I won't need a locksmith again soon, but if I do, I'll be a loyal customer of My Locksmith Rochester for sure. Thank you! read more

Wife lost key fob Monday. Contacted Garber Honda twice on Tuesday for them to replace. Both times told they'd get back to me. Never did. Mr. Keys came to my home over an hour away, and I had a new programmed fob and door key an hour later. Great service, and the lock smith was very personable. Will definitely use their service again. read more

After family members of the previous tenant let themselves into our home when we were not there with an extra key they didn't admit to having AND removed property (that's called stealing, isn't it?) leaving us in fear for our safety, I contacted three locksmiths first thing the next morning. One never returned my plea for help, one responded via yelp (that's expeditious, isn't it?); the third one, Sharon of My Locksmith called within 5 minutes. Sharon arranged for Elmer to head out within an hour. I cannot say enough about Elmer. He explained our choices and installed three electronic keypad deadbolts within 90 minutes. That included drilling a new hole for one of the doors. He went about his business quickly, quietly and professionally. My Locksmith's Elmer was just the technician we needed to complete the job. Imagine the nerve of those two crooks letting themselves in when our vehicle was not in the driveway. I would have loved to see the look on their faces if I had greeted them at the door. Again, thank you Sharon and Elmer of My Locksmiths!! read more

I had a terrible experience with Bernie. I informed him that I needed to get into a safe to retrieve paperwork to plan a funeral. His attitude was nasty. My dad asked him for a price and Bernie told him that was a stupid question. Customer service was awful. Would not recommend to ANYONE!!! read more

My Locksmith is terrific. Dark, freezing cold. Neither front nor back doorstep would unlock. Guy came in about 15" and repaired 30 year old locks to my amazement. I felt sure I would need to replace locks but he encouraged me to let him try. He saved me 100s of $s. Really nice person. This business deserves all the 5 stars they get! read more
