We recently lost power for 4 days (underground cables got damaged in our neighborhood). Turns out the *only* way to get into our garage to get our cars / bikes is via the electric garage doors. Windows to the garage painted shut. Ooops! No power = no transportation! Whaaaa whaaaaa. In steps Felluca to the rescue! They installed a fantastic lock and key that can override the electric cables! They were quick to schedule the appointment, very thorough and patient in teaching us how to use the new override, and cleaned-up our garage doors while there. Very communicative as the driver got close, within the 3-hour window scheduled. We felt the pricing for parts & labor was very fair. And money well-spent, should we lose power again! read more

Deceptive pricing, terrible communication, and shockingly rude, aggressive behavior. I cannot recommend this company. Their process involves deceptive pricing structures, a complete lack of upfront communication, and shocking customer service. * The Pricing Trick: Two weeks ago, I called them because my garage door felt heavy. They quoted me $250 over the phone to fix a spring. After inspecting it, they told me the spring wasn't broken yet, but they completely failed to mention any service or trip fees. When the spring actually broke a day later, I hired them based on that $250 phone quote. * The Bait-and-Switch: Once the job was done today, the final bill was suddenly over $350. When I questioned why it was higher than the quote, the installer condescendingly "schooled" me, claiming my door had two springs and they "never just replace one." If that is industry standard, the person on the phone should have clarified that upfront instead of using a low quote to get their foot in the door. * Unacceptable, Hostile Behavior: The installer was curt, miserable, and incredibly rude. After I paid him and he walked away, he actually made a special trip back to knock on my front door just to argue with me again, insulting my property and calling my yard "swampy." In reality, he bizarrely chose to hike through the woods and climb through a back chain-link fence instead of simply using the clearly visible vinyl side gate right by the house. Even my normally sweet dog immediately picked up on his aggressive, hostile energy. The job got done, but it came with hidden fees, mansplaining, and an installer who went out of his way to intimidate and insult a customer on their own property. Avoid this business. read more

Called at 8:15 am to schedule a repair of a broken spring on my garage door. Tim came out about 9:45 the same day, replaced both springs in about 30 minutes. This man knows his stuff! Very professional. Very pleased with my experience. Cost was exactly what I expected. read more

Always do a excellent job at a fair price. Ive used them twice and will continue to use.

Will under quote a job and after completion will upcharge you without prior asking or authorization. Stay away

I do not recommend this company because they behaved deceptively. I had a Felluca Overhead Doors representative come inspect my non-functioning garage door opener. The employee fiddled with the equipment a bit and declared it 'dead'. The ONLY option was to replace the whole device for $800. This was all done just for show. I had previously read the garage door instructions and watched them closely. The things he was 'inspecting' would not have caused the mechanism to do anything; it was misleading, deceptive behavior. After they left, I took an educated guess and swapped out the logic board for $89. It worked perfectly. Would you rather spend $89 for the part that was actually broken or $800 for a new installation? Felluca may do great installations of new garage door openers, but their repair service is not trustworthy in my opinion. read more

Marc McCullough came out, looked at my broken garage, decided what had to be done, and then fixed it on the spot - even though someone from another company said the door had to be replaced. Always impressive to watch a professional work. read more

I had Felluca install my garage doors a few years ago. I have called them for maintenance two times over the past 8 years. The latest was to repair a broken cable. They responded to my call within 24 hours and had it repaired along with some preventive work in a very short time. The technician was very helpful when I asked questions about what I could do to maintain the doors in the future. I will continue to call Felluca for any future work since they do a good job a a reasonable price. read more

Showed up right in time, quick installation and followed with clear instructions. Would really

Because of Felluca's high Yelp reviews, I called for an appointment for my garage door. I have an older garage and one of the doors had been broken for some time. The employee on the phone was friendly and informed me of the service charge for labor, etc. It was easy to make an appointment a few days out. When the day came I received a phone call about 10 minutes before the worker was going to arrive at my house, which was helpful. The worker was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He had my garage door fixed within 20 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone with a garage door need. read more

Installer was very conscientious. When I had a question about the door operation they insisted on sending a technician out. Dave, the technician, thoroughly explained why the door was not closing. It was a crooked sensor. Proved his theory that it was off center, corrected the issue. Showed me how to correct it should it get knocked off center in the future. I couldn't be happier with the product, installation and the customer service. read more

Our garage door's cables came undone. I thought it was an easy fix. Called Felluca on Monday and the next morning at 9am they were here. Immediately Steve, the serviceman, knew it was the spring that was actually broken. He told me the cost upfront so there would be no surprises. He got to work and 30 minutes later it was replaced and functioning perfectly again. Very pleased with this service and will use them again. read more

In the Rochester area you have Roly-Door and Felluca as the 2 best known companies around here, IMO. Both are great. There are others but these 2 companies are well known for quality. I have used them and others before. Felluca Overhead Door installed the new Clopay # 9203 Premium Classic 7' x 17' x 2" thick Model 9203 Premium Series with Elegant Long Panel design, Intellicore polyurethane 18.4 R insulation, with (4) Charleston 608 double insulated windows garage door last week and we are very happy with the door itself and the entire Felluca team. First off, the pricing including installation was very good. This kind of quality door is not something you want to have installed by from the big box stores. They send untrained kids or hacks who have no clue as to complexities and mechanics involved to install it correctly. Stick with the pros. The pricing is the same or close. The Felluca Emergency Crew, the Sales People and the Installers are top notch. The Installers I had, Eric and Tim, are a First Class act. They worked in perfect harmony and they did every thing the right way, no small detail was missed. No dents, scratches or dings on our new door at all. No air leaks at all, the sides, top and bottom door seals are perfect. They are extremely careful. They clean up the work area to perfection. It seems that they both take great pride in what they do and how they do it. That is just what we we looking for in a company. And they are fast. No radios with music blaring, no foul language, perfect gentlemen. They are well qualified pros and it shows. As far as the Clopay Classic, it is just a marvelous unit. The door is heavy duty and built like a tank, yet it is beautiful looking, I ordered mine with heavy duty 14 gage hinges, dual heavy duty torsion springs, heavy duty ball bearing rollers, double insulated windows, and it is very quiet going up and down. The Charleston windows added really make this a sharp looker. It is also very quiet in my garage now, the insulation helps blocks out road noise. It stays warm or cool a whole lot longer in my garage now. And what a great curb appeal difference this new door makes for our home. Felluca Garage Door Co. is a class act and I am a very hard to please guy. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Felluca Garage Door Co., I can't thank you enough for such a beautiful job all around. read more

Our original garage door was installed by Felluca and we always called them for service. So when the door finally failed we called them for an estimate to replace. Dave Lindsay was very knowledgeable about the product and once we told him that we only wanted a standard insulated door, he did not try to upsell us. When it came time to install the new door Tom was very polite and did a fantastic job. He even took the time at the end to go over what I needed to do to maintain the door. read more
