    Chicken Tikka Wrap...Yumm!
    Mori N.

You like Indian flavours? Give them a try. Why? Here's why.... The Chicken Tikka was Fresh, Hot and bursting with vibrant Indian flavours. The Peri Peri Fries had been seasoned with just the right amount of spice, which you get to select. Hot. Mild or Medium. Nice. I love Indian food, but it was more than that. It was an Indian experience. You walk in and there's Indian music, which is so befitting and appropriate. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly polite and courteous. The cozy little space was clean and properly ventilated, and condiments such as ketchup, salt and pepper were alongside napkins for you to help yourself with....niceeee! In an age where even Starbucks expects a tip for handing you your $7 latte, I found it charming that their card machine doesn't prompt for a tip. That kind of common sense, humility and appreciation is rare to find in businesses these days. So again, why should you try this place? Excellent Food. Wonderful Service. Clean Space. Reasonable Prices. Why wouldn't you!? ;)

Rollzzy - great place for indian kathi rolls. I got their galouti chicken roll and it was phenomenal. Hugge roll with delicious chutneys and the galouti blend was mind blowing. This is one of my fav late night eateries in Vancouver - conveniently next to Japadog - another late night snacking spot. Overall if you are in the mood of some indian kathi roll in Downtown Vancouver - look no further.

This cozy spot offers a welcoming atmosphere with attentive staff. The food arrived quickly and was super flavorful. Portion sizes were average and reasonably priced. finding parking was a bit challenging. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience and will highly recommend it

Rollzzy is a great hole in the wall of you're craving Indian food and something quick. Service is fast and the rolls are tasty and decent.

Haryali Kebab Roll + Masala Chai

I was eager to give this place a try since their concept isn't very common in Vancouver (although a few places have similar menu items) and they're the only ones I know of who specialize in kathi rolls. There's tons of vegetarian most of the vegetarian rolls can be veganized, but you have to specify that you want vegan otherwise you'll get mayo. I tried the haryali kebab roll. The kebabs were a little different from what I was expecting, just a bit drier, but they were still good, and very flavourful when combined with the chutney and spicy mayo. The paratha was fresh and soft. Really tasty. I went for medium spice and will confirm that the medium is a very safe middle-of-the-road option for those who like some spice but don't want their mouth tingling when they're finished. Although the roll is thin it was very long, so it was a good amount of food (if you have a really big appetite, you might need a side to be full, but I was satisfied) and good value at $11. I got their masala chai too, which was also pretty good, if a little on the mild side with the spices. It does have the flavour of real Indian-style chai though. It's brewed unsweetened so you can add sugar to your taste. Mine was served piping hot. I gave them my own mug to put it in but I think they used one of their disposable cups to measure it out before pouring it into mine which completely defeats the point unless they reused that cup, which I am not inclined to believe they did. The shop space on Robson is very small and mostly designed for takeout. There are three stools set up at a counter by the window if you need to eat in. I don't mind that the atmosphere is purely utilitarian in a place like this, but it was so cold out and I would have appreciated it if the door wasn't left wide open - I understand it doesn't close automatically so there's no way to force people to close it, but at least put up a sign asking to close it or something because it was freezing in there.

Its a small shop on Robson Street. I love India Rolls so I had to try it. The first quality is they make fresh rolls right in front of you. The size is pretty good and the service is fast. They have good veg and non veg options. The price is definitely budget friendly. Cons are really cleanliness. I did not feel personally it was clean place. The hygiene is something has lot of room for improvement. There is hardly any sitting space so I will recommend take out.

I made reservations for us for 4pm, so as to take advantage of their Happy Hour. We went earlier today (a Wednesday) and the place was empty at 4pm. I think it fills up later, for dinner. (I still advise making reservations as you never really know if it's going to be busy). Right off the bat, we were blown away by the interior. It is gorgeous! Small, but gorgeous. The murals, the chandeliers, the bar....and omg, the bathrooms. If you visit, you MUST check out the bathrooms. They have the most fabulous sinks I have ever seen. They didn't have a large selection of HH offerings, unfortunately, but what they did have was amazingly good. My friends who were extremely knowledgeable on Indian cuisine ordered for us, and we shared 3 different small plates (tandoori vegetable momos, cochin cauliflower bites, and some sort of delicious fried onions), and 2 desserts (soan paid malai khwaab, and foxtail millet pudding). And just...wow, everything was SO SO good. The three appetizers were so flavorful and the desserts, unlike anything I've ever had before and simply delicious. We also had drinks (but, of course!). One friend had a mango lassi which she loved, one friend had a high ball which she loved, and I had a mango mojito which I loved. (See a pattern? lol). All was great. Our server, Leesa (not sure of spelling) was so incredibly personable and lovely, and a gentleman I gather is the owner came by twice to make sure everything was okay. We felt like VIPs, with all the care and attention we got. Seriously, the folks here could not be nicer. I'm already planning on bringing my two daughters here. I know they'll love this place. Heck, anyone would love this place. My friends and I all plan on returning. Great great place!

We came around 4pm and had a couple of drinks from the regular menu plus the Kerala pepper chicken the momos and the veggie fritters. Again, the food is very good and the prices were reasonable. I will have to come back late night to see if the happy hour issue is rectified at that time as I see the menu is still the exact same as before. ********* Came here after hearing about the recent celebrity visit. First of all, the food is very good the portions are also decent and the prices are reasonable. I would have liked to have come back here for the lunch special as it's walking distance for me, but my visit left a bad taste in my mouth, which I will detail below. The dishes are inventive. There are the usual suspects, but also some that aren't often see at most Indian restaurants in Metro Van. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. The cocktails are pricey, but interesting. The decor is trendy. The bathrooms have an interesting sink feature that I have not seen before. If you're into social media, there's definitely some photo opportunities here. The service is a bit weird as there isn't really a dedicated server for the table. So, basically, we had all sorts of different people taking our drink and food orders, bringing us food, refilling our water and checking in on us. On the plus, it means that you are checked on a lot. On the minus, it is a bit inconsistent because there isn't one single person who knows what is going on with the table, but more a revolving door. For instance, one staff member came and took our drink order, however the wrong drink ended up being made and brought to me by the bartender, even though the drinks had been extensively discussed with the original server. So there's definitely communication issues. My biggest gripe with this restaurant is that we were denied ordering from the happy hour menu by the manager. I did not want to argue about it at the time as the bartender was told in front of us to deny us the happy hour menu, from which we wanted to order some cocktails. At this point, we had already ordered several menu items (in fact so many that the server had advised us we had more than enough food and that we did not need to order an additional dish we were considering) plus full priced cocktails. So it's not like they weren't making money off our table. The reason we were given, which I believe was told to the bartender (to be clear, I do not believe the bartender was at fault, but simply the messenger in this situation), was that the happy hour was only a summer thing. Again, we visually saw the manager instruct the bartender to tell us these things -- they were literally standing in front of our table, less than 5 feet away. This was not only unprofessional, but I found it incredibly dishonest. It was mid-December when we were at the restaurant, 3.5 months after summer had ended. The happy hour menu is literally the first page in the menu book. If a restaurant doesn't want to honour their own happy hour menu, it costs very little to simply reprint the happy hour menu, remove that page completely, or cross it out, if they really want to be cheap. At minimum, they should have honoured the menu for patrons that they gave it to and then rectified the situation for future. For this reason, I cannot recommend this establishment even though the food was very good and I would have otherwise come back and supported this small business.

We got the look as if we were sure we were in the right place not in a bad way but as if we were sure that was what we wanted. Every time we have visited there was no wait to get seated in fact the place is almost empty. Just a few people at a time. They are very friendly and feels like family vibes and I love that. Like mom is in the kitchen. Dad got the front door and the boys are bringing in the produce from outside. Service is great and the family is very humble and proud as they should be. Food comes out pretty quick and you can always get a drink to keep you comfortable. I got a glass of Malbec my favorite. Two people two dishes we were reminded that it is a lot of food and would be satisfied. Thankfully! Wife loves butter chicken and I love korma but got the saag my second runner up. Garlic naan and rice... we were full! End of the meal my man tells us they just finished making dessert and brought us some great bread pudding. Unexpected but they did not charge us for it and seemed very gracious for us dropping in. I would also love to see more businesses like this! I hope they thrive in 2026 and continue to do so.
