Brisket Pho (bottom) and Rice Platter (top)
Erika N.

Service was quick and easy. We ordered and paid first and then were able to seat ourselves. Our food didn't take long to come out and I was happy with the large portion size. I ordered the brisket pho and it was delicious! The table we sat at wasn't in the best condition (booth was torn up), but wasn't that big of a deal for me. To-go containers are already set out near the back to get as many as you need, so you don't need to wait for a staff member to get them for you. Overall, it was a nice dining experience and I will definitely come back!

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Utah I have been to!! My friend loved their broth and the vermicelli N3 was totally delish!! The fresh shrimp spring rolls with the peanut sauce, divine!! This is definitely my go to whenever I'm in Utah!! The staff was beyond friendly and what a great service with a beautiful smile! Thank you very much Nam!!

You order and pay first, and then choose your table. It was really quiet and there were a lot of open seats during lunchtime. Our meals were great! They were so large and delicious that I was able to eat it over two meals. I ordered N7 and loved how fresh everything tasted. It was a milder flavour (not as sweet as other places) which I loved.

Bun Bo Hue

Cute Vietnamese restaurant in south Provo. It's not in the best location which explains why I've never heard of/seen it (especially being a Vietnamese food lover)! We got the grilled pork banh mi and bun bo hue. The banh mi needed more pickled veggies and cilantro but the meat was good. (It was also a bit heavy on the mayo.) The bun bo hue tasted like what I was expecting, there wasn't much noodles though. They also gave lettuce instead of shredded cabbage on the side which was new to me. Next time I'll ask for extra tendons instead of all the meat! Overall, a solid Vietnamese restaurant in Provo. Very decently priced and friendly & quick service!

Spicy beef bahn mi

I've been here a few times and have tried a few different things and have loved it every time. Today I got the spicy beef bahn mi and it was sooo good. The bread was nice and flaky, the beef was well seasoned. The fresh vegetables added were nice and crunchy. And really good combination of flavors in one time. You order when you get in and can sit wherever you want. You get a number and they will bring the food out to you fairly quickly. Definitely recommend.

There is another Rollz in Taylorsville, UT. This Provo location does not have the full menu that Rollz in Taylorsville has, but they still have quite a bit of menu items here. When we walked in we were greeted and advised that we need to order at the hostess desk first and then sit wherever we would like with our table number that was given to us after ordering. Our coffee and water was first, then the chicken spring rolls, Banh Mi, and finally our chicken wings. It also came out fairly quickly too. There may have been a mix up with my wings because I asked for the fish sauce chicken wings, but when they arrived it looked more like the sweet and sour wings. Those were also the only two options of flavors for the wings. They were piping hot and still had a nice crunch to them even after being sauced. After sampling them I didn't say anything about the mix up because they were pretty darn delicious. We happily finished them off. My partner ordered the chicken spring rolls. The appetizer comes with 3 rolls. I enjoyed one myself. It had a crunchy ingredient that I rather enjoyed. Maybe fried onion. I couldn't quite figure it out. A good appetizer. Especially with the accompanying peanut sauce. Banh Mi was what we were craving that day and Rollz did not disappoint. The bread was a hit for my partner. He mentioned that it tasted like they toasted the inside of the bread on the griddle with butter or something lol. Which was unique to him and elevated the sandwich. Overall great meal. Would definitely come back here when in the area.

Great place for pho tai (P3) $12.99 and grilled chicken noodle salad (N2) $12.49 during a pit stop. Order and pay up front and the food comes out pretty quickly and is made fresh. I asked for more limes and the staff were all very friendly and nice. Would come back in a heartbeat if in the area. Clean tables with utensils on every table

First time customer and it definitely won't be the last! I've been consuming less meat and trying…read moreto slowly incorporate a more whole food plant based diet. While I'm not planning to go 100% vegan, I still love restaurants like this that offer so much variety. Everything is meatless which is hard to find in Utah county. The food surprised me and my spouse. Everything was tasty beyond expectation! We repeatedly said how delicious it was throughout the meal and talked about coming back and bringing other people with us. You could tell it's family run and everyone was really kind. We each got a dish and shared an appetizer. We left super full and happy. My husband said he would happily become vegan if this is what it tasted like all the time lol. So if you haven't been-let me assure you it's well worth the visit!

You order at the front and everything else is self-service. My food was fresh and delicious. As someone who's been to many pho spots, I'd say the flavor isn't the most complex compared to some others, but it's still pretty good and satisfying. Portions were a bit smaller than what I'm used to at other pho places, but the prices are reasonable and about average for the area. Overall, a good option if you're looking for vegan Vietnamese comfort food.
