I have been ordering pizzas from here for about a year now. Love the food and normally love the service. Not tonight. I ordered for pickup at 7:15. Once there, I was told they were running about 15 minutes behind. I left and came back at 7:30. Still not ready. I was told it was being made at that moment and he would bring it out as soon as it was ready. A half hour latsr, I all again. It had been sitting there for who knows how long. Needless to say, it was cold when I got home. This will teach me not to be so understanding and accommodating. Future nasty customer! read more

Great spot, love the vibes and atmosphere especially when the weather is nice and they open the garage doors. You really can't go wrong in ordering any pizza off their specials list-I've tried half of them and can't pick a favorite yet. Wide range of beers on tap and they'll even let you try them oth first. Just had a delicious margherita pizza and a bruschetta avocado. Very good and a great option in a town hard pressed for vegetarian meals. Washed it down with a Guinness, poured perfectly the first time. Great variety of brews and food and fun place to hang out in. We have needed this in Versailles. The wings and sandwiches as well as the creative pizza toppings make it a regular stop off for lunch and dinner. They tell me it can be a long wait at night to try 5-5:30 to beat the rush. Dully noted. Sunday afternoon it was easy in and out. Cold drink in hand, watching the brick oven flames and the jovial banter, great spot for a rainy day pick me up. read more

Love this place we have been four or five times and the pizza has been excellent. It is very popular and can get crowded but just be patient and have one of their many great beers that they have on tap.Can't wait for warmer weather and sitting outside on their patio. read more

I would like to give this a 3 1/2 only because of two reasons. The food has greatly improved since the first time I tried them as a food truck. They have a great beer selection and the pizzas are good, although toppings are limited. I wanted just a sausage pizza but they only have chorizo sausage. That is an acquired taste and I do like it in stuffed poblanos but not on my pizza. So I ordered a pepperoni instead. We ordered a lunch special each which is a great deal, 8 inch pizza and any beer for 10 bucks. The beer selection rotates and tried to highlight local breweries (they're are a lot) and here is the kicker, they only have bottles of soda and water, including ale8 one long necks. No fountain drinks. This in my opinion is a deal breaker for bringing our kids, one no sodas they will drink and two they would suck down 4 bottles a piece (if allowed)... so it will be just adult trips when we visit... Parking here is limited at the front door so park behind the library to avoid the court house square issues... read more

My family went on a Tuesday evening and were pleasantly surprised at the spacious interior. Following that we were confused by the fact that no one even acknowledged we were there. No signs saying seat yourself or come to bar to order. We went to the bar because there was a crowd there and waited 10 minutes before moving to end of bar where we did get service finally. The male server was anything but friendly. No smile or small talk. We got beers and cheese sticks for an appetizer. We drank our beers and still hadn't gotten our appetizer so I went to bar and ordered more beers and 2 pizzas. A few minutes after I sat down again the male server brought, what appeared to me, a cheese pizza and tried to leave quickly. I stopped him explaining that we'd ordered cheese sticks. Instead of explaining that their cheese sticks were a sauceless pizza (we clearly didn't read the description) he said with a sneer "We don't serve that deep fried garbage here. We bake everything in our oven." That's fine and dandy but he didn't have to talk down to me like I was a naughty child. I was a server for many years and a friendly demeanor and a smile go a long way with a patron. I was excited that we have a new pizza place within walking distance but I doubt I'll go back anytime soon as the food was mediocre and the service left a lot to be desired. read more

If you're looking for "fast food" this isn't your place. The food takes awhile to prepare because it's made with fresh ingredients in a wood fired stove. I had the baked avocado skins and they were hands down one of the best things I have ever tasted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was blown away out how good the pizza was! Our whole party was thoroughly impressed. The pizza is thin but not quite New York style. The selection of draught beer is really good. We enjoyed everything. And it's the best reheated pizza I've ever had the next day too. Prices are very reasonable. read more

After hearing nothing but wonderful things about this place from my family, I decided to check it out with high hopes. Upon entering, I was met with rude and condescending staff who acted like they were doing me a favor by serving me. I then asked for a glass of tap water, to which they replied, "Sorry, we don't serve that here.", despite there clearly being a glass and a sink behind the counter. I spent the duration of the meal filling an empty beer glass with water from the bathroom faucet due to the staff's neglect. read more

My wife and I chose to eat dinner here the other night. I doubt we will be back. It took us ten minutes of driving around to find the place and only found it by asking a local. It's tucked in the corner of the courthouse square with no sign other than very small sandwich board in front of the door that you can't see because of cars parked nearby blocking the view. We ordered a pizza and wings and prosciutto (sp?) wrapped asparagus. The menu didn't mention how many wings or asparagus on the order. We elected for water to drink since they only had about 16 beers on tap, no bottles, and some soft drinks that we could see. We were given a bottled water for $1 each which wasn't bad but I noticed the soft drinks given out were all bottles. There didn't seem to be an ice machine or cups for them around. Just glasses for beer. Yes it's a taproom but a variety for people to choose is relatively inexpensive. I prefer bourbon and wife likes ciders. They had none. We went to try the food and not drinks. The beer selection wasn't that great with about five IPAs and a couple stouts/porters. No ciders. Big mistake as women love those. We got our food and the wings and asparagus came out first. There were 7 wings for $9 and 8 big wrapped asparagus for $7. I would have preferred to see the menu have how many come with an order. The wings were ok but small and seemed scrawny with regard to meet. The asparagus was good but the big spears can be tough. The pizza toppings were good but the bread tasted like chemical cleaner had somehow come in contact with it. Overall I would say they built a decent place but left too much lacking behind the counter. Not enough variety of drinks/beers/alcohol especially for bourbon country. Food was not too good. Once the new wears off I wonder if it will make it. Other places in the same area are much better for similar money. Our bill was around 31 dollars and I left hungry. read more
