Fair pricing, as well! The operations manager Adam was very helpful in getting the job scheduled when it was going to work best for my family. I knew it was going to be a 2-3 week job and scheduling of start/end dates becomes important for a project of that duration. Kudos to the whole crew for nailing those dates. Last but certainly not least, the two painters that were leading the execution were outstanding! Erin and Craig were the best. Worked tirelessly everyday, including weekends, to get the job done on schedule. They were the consummate professionals- hard working, considerate, quality-focused, and really pleasant. They did an excellent job prepping and painting and handled everything with care (including my dogs which tend to be inquisitive). Thanks for the great job Erin and Craig. I found sahds on Facebook while looking for ornamental iron for upcoming job. I went up there and…read morewas blown away by this place. I've been to a lot of scrap yards and i can honestly say that I've never seen / experienced one like this. It's so well organized, you don't have to go searching or digging for anything. I just drove through the lot until i saw what I was looking, all organized into piles. And the staff was amazing. Super helpful and professional. You can tell that they genuinely enjoy working there. Which says a lot about the way the business is ran. The guys working the lot were very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I had also reached out on Facebook with some questions and they responded almost immediately sending pictures, videos, pricing, etc. And from a woman's perspective I can say it was refreshing. I wasn't treated like I didn't know what I was doing, which more often than not is what happens when I walk in to other places like this. I just can't say enough about the staff. Sahds is so uniquely different than any other scrap yard/metal recycling place I've ever been to. It's over an hour away from me but there's no question that I'll be going back there, many many time.

Mike was fantastic, analyzing the problem and offering me several possible solutions. While he was working on the one gutter, he even partially re-shingled the slate tiles that had been blocking the gutter. His work went above and beyond and the price I paid was absolutely fair. Mike is an ethical contractor - if he tells you he needs something done, you can count on it. I think his Christian faith motivates him to do the best he can to glorify the God he serves. Sidenote - just because it's a Christian business doesn't mean he pushes his faith on you - he's there to do a job, like any other contractor. If I have any future gutter needs, I will call on 3:16 Gutters. I highly recommend them.

I called E-town Heating and Cooling out last year because my AC unit wasn't cooling anymore. It was…read morean emergency and they came out pretty quickly and took care of the issue. Fast forward about a year and the same thing seemed to be happening. I called yesterday and while it wasn't an emergency they had someone out to my house before 10am next day. Tyler was the tech that stopped out this time and he was efficient, friendly and chatted with me when I had questions. Turned out this time was not the same issue, the capacitor was bad which I am told happens at times after prolonged heat and humidity. I am glad it wasn't the same issue as before showing the fix they put in place last year is still going strong. Whereas I have no idea if the invoice charge is high or low, the service was excellent and it was money well spent. I definitely recommend E-town Heating and Cooling.

Several other electrical companies charged over $100 just to come out and do an estimate before even doing any work - I found this to be ridiculous and decided to go with "James Morrow Electrician and Handyman." I can tell you right away that I made a solid decision as that Jim did a great job from the gecko! He was very responsive, professional and explained everything he is going to do over the phone so that I felt comfortable with choosing him as a professional. When he arrived, he was very respectful to the property. He did not mind me watching him install the electrical outlets in my home and explain how the whole system works.
