I ask the employee who was the manager and was referred to a person named Jaycee. She answered the phone and was very rude said their policies are what they are and did not really care about getting the Lowes warranty business. They are a small shop and very busy so I would just have to go along with the way they do their business or go somewhere else. I called the company that set me up with this shop to do exactly what they said and will instruct the company to send me to someone else that will appreciate the work and opportunity to earn a customer's business. I would be very cautious recommending this business to anyone as it appears that they do not know what a customer service business is all about. Unfortunately he did not call in advance so I wasn't prepared. I was in the middle of something that I couldn't drop and took me about 10 min. Then the snow blower was on the back porch so I had to add gas, get out the electric start cord and bring it out front. When I got there he had left. When I called him he was very rude saying he had already wasted a half hour and would have to clean the carb (he claimed the gas was bad but it ran fine). Most of this could have been avoided if he would have just called before coming so I could be ready for him. Never will call him again for anything.
