I got a falafel roll, and it was very, very nice. They seemed to read my mind and make about half of it pickled onions. I also tried their kombucha, which was definitely not as good as I was hoping for. Their cornbread, which has maple on top (or something similar, I can't recall) was also not as good as I was expecting it to be. The bathroom is difficult to find and it is bike themed once you get in there. There were not many people at the place and it still took a long time to get the food, but we were not in a hurry so this was totally fine by us and we got to enjoy their lovely seating area outside. I would go back to this place, but if there was anywhere else in this town that looked as good as this place did, I would probably try that first next time. They wraps were, however, fantastic.

It's not like a typical Cubano, but it's a fun twist. The bread was a perfect texture and the dijon mustard added great flavor. I was impressed by how well plated the food was for being on a ski mountain. Cocktails were good, but pricey. Hot cocoas were cheaper and more delicious! Overall the food was awesome, great for sharing, and reasonably priced. I don't ski at Saddleback often, but when I come back I will make a point to stop for lunch again. High recommend!

I love that they have a small, curated menu, which makes it easy: Maine oysters (two kinds, both awesome) got me started with a martini (well OK two martinis; friendly bartender makes them *perfectly*), and then you can extend to dinner with a few rotating options. I got lucky because whoever is making this delicious food decided that bolognese and lasagna should have a baby and be served in a piping-hot dish with some bread and salad on the side, and who could be mad about that?! (NB get some red wine with it). And they feature the fabulous Maine martini (aka Allen's Coffee Brandy, to which I have been converted), so there's your perfect nightcap. Sometimes when you go to bars with small menus the food is so-so, but not here: everything was insanely good and the perfect portion size.
