I took my Harley in to see Neil about 5 weeks ago. We went over systems and prices. Neil said he was going to send me an email with all the equipment and prices. To date, I have heard nothing from Neil or Rolling Audio. My poor Harley wants a complete audio makeover but I guess it was not meant to be. Rolling Audio finished what I had in mind for Infiniti 2004. Stereo wires were apparently moved around, resulting in zero sound. Took about 30 minutes for the guy helping to figure out the issue, and fix all of the problems my car had. Sound works amazing, just as new. read more

After RA told me in no uncertain terms that I was no longer welcome at their store, because I had the nerve to post a [well deserved] bad review, I took my car to Paradyme Audio on Fulton. They replaced my 6" door speakers, made sure they were shrouded so that water could not damage them, and corrected a wiring problem to the amp that RA had originally installed. The system has been trouble free since last December, and sounds much better since the wiring gaffe has been corrected. If Rolling Audio had done a thorough job in the first place, instead of blaming me for misusing my system or [this is really strange] washing my car too much, they would still have a customer. I do not recommend Rolling Audio. read more

Met the guys a couple weeks ago and instead of trying to sell me a whole new system neil was spot on when he revived my speakers with a new stereo and magic. I went back today with an unknown blown fuse and in 5 minutes neil had me back bumping down the road.these folk are very honest ,fair and do great work. So I took my tundra here for an audio upgrade, Gary was very helpful with different options that would go good with my truck, I ended up at first going in on a whim to see about a new deck since my truck just had a stock deck, he gave me a great deal on a double din radio/DVD that I am pleased with, I really wanted something basic that would allow me to stream my music from phone and accept calls over Bluetooth.. I am happy with the choice, I also explained that I will want to upgrade to a rear view camera and better speakers later, his recommendations made that possible, I returned about a month later to have the rear view camera and door speakers and had a slight mishap with install, I returned to explain my concern and was told that it would be fixed. About a month later I returned for the fix and couldn't be happier with the way the situation was handled, thanks Gary!! I will soon be back for rear speakers and possibly subs! Rolling Audio is the best car audio place in the area. I have dealt with a few over the years, and Rolling offers that rare blend of excellent customer service, quality workmanship and components, and very competitive prices. I had a difficult stereo upgrade in an 18 year old specialty car. After consulting several shops, including Paradyme and Audio Innovations, I decided to go with Niel and Gary at Rolling. Reasons: 1) They were confident that they could install a modern double din touchscreen head unit, compact amp and component speakers in the car. Other shops either said that it was either not possible or gave me a stupid price on overly estimated hours. 2) They gave great unbiased advice on the equipment I wanted to use (and should not use). Amongst other top brands, Rolling carries Arc Audio components, which I had never heard of as they are not carried in big box stores. I found out that Arc Audio makes some of the best USA designed car audio equipment in the industry ("Overhaulin' " uses Arc Audio in their customizations). Rolling Audio does not sell crap. 3) They worked with me to provide and install a high quality system that fit my budget. They easily beat out other estimates and yet managed to provide better equipment. 4) On the human side, these are nice, friendly people and obviously take pride in their work. I liked the way they do business. After the initial installation, I was not really happy with the sound. Rolling Audio stepped up without hesitation to make it right, modifying the speaker installation and making me a solid deal on exchanging the budget amp I selected with a superior model (which they recommended in the first place). Rolling Audio delivered personalized service (they call me by my first name), a very high end system that sounds incredible and is professionally installed so that it looks like it came from the factory at the best price in town. I called and made an appointment to bring my 2005 Jeep Wrangler in for a stock radio replacement. At their facility, I told Gary what my needs were and how I was expecting to use the radio unit with my iPhone. He helped me choose a Pioneer unit and phone holder that perfectly fitted my needs. 9 years ago, Neil Kostka (Rolling Audio) installed a deck, amp, sub woofer, tweeters and S-Pods into our Honda S2000. We loved the system and never had any problems. Apparently others thought it was awesome too because 3.5 years ago someone sliced through our back window and stripped our car of everything, including our system. Fast forward to today....brand new Pioneer system, amp and subwoofer. The sound is A M A Z I N G!!!! The install is superb!!! Neil is worth his weight in gold!!!! We live in San Jose and I will travel the 2 hours any day of the week to have high quality equipment and top notch install work completed. This was by far some of the best money I have ever spent. Excellent customer service. I bought a replacement Kenwood stereo for my Chrysler 300 and had it installed at Fry's only to find out that the system was incompatible with the amplifier in the Boston Acoustics system in the car. The owner was patient, set me up with a new under seat Kicker Amp and even wired a switch for a subwoofer (to be installed later) at no additional cost. The price was fair, the sound is awesome and I drive on happy with the great service at Rolling Audio. I will be back to have that subwoofer installed at a later date. read more

I bought a used 2007 Mustang GT with an aftermarket stereo. The GPS and Bluetooth didn't work, so I stopped by to have Gary look at it. He could have easily told me the system was no good and tried to sell me a new one, but he didn't. He told me the dealer had cut some of the wires when they prepped the car rendering the GPS and Bluetooth non functional. About $20.00 bucks in parts and $80.00 in labor and now the system is as good as new. It's hard to find people you can trust that do good work, but these guys do.
