She set-up a consultation appointment with me, showed up on time was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us the best options that they could offer (without compromising quality or the risk of losing warranty) during her visit. She gave us a quote/proposal fairly quickly and followed up with me for any questions I may still have. Every question/clarification that popped up in my head after my appointment with her that I texted, I got an immediate response. When I shared with her that we decided to go with another vendor, she asked for more information from me so they can maybe potentially offer what we needed for future clients. In the end, she even wished us well for our project! Now THAT is how you run your business!!!
